Image is the most important part in the television broadcast,
cameraman is taking the big part in a shooting program. Cameraman try to act
variously, creatively and courageously in deciding the angle, shot size, taking
pictures in order to produce an artistic image up to the expectations of a
production concept and attracting viewers to watch the program.
So the cameraman is the first person to know an event that happened
on the field and try to visualize or record the event, so that the audience
knows what's going on

Numerical simulation of agent-based modeling of spatially inhomogeneous disease dynamics
In recent years much about the modeling and understanding of various types of disease spreading and epidemic behavior have been studied. In principle one can distinguish two types of models for disease spread. On the one hand there is the classical SIR-model from Kermack and McKendrick [1] which describes the time evolution of the number of susceptible (S), infected (I) and recovered (R) individuals by a system of ordinary differential equations. This model has been developed and extended exhaustively in the last 90 years. Among those extensions are the introduction of new compartments to model vector-bourne diseases, see e.g. [2], delay equations to model incubation time, e.g. [3], models considering the age and wealth structure etc. Recently, models with fractional derivatives have also been considered[4]. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a detailed account concerning this subject and refer the interested reader to [5]. A main drawback of the models described above is that they do not provide any information about the spatial spread of a disease. Nevertheless, there have been various approaches to link many different SIR-areas to obtain spatial behavior. In the SIR-model case, an advection-diffusion equation has been identified as the limiting equation, see e.g. [6]. Another approach in incorporating spatial information for the SIR-model may also be found in [7]. Although the SIR-model and all its extensions are very flexible in describing the different aspects of disease dynamics, the modeling assumptions of the disease spread is purely on the macroscopic level. However, for many different diseases the infection mechanism is only known on the microscopic, i.e., particle-to-particle or individ uumto-individuum level. One way to consider both microscopical modeling and spatial resolution is to describe of the disease dynamics by means of an interacting particle system with suitable interaction potentials. Fundamental in this area are dynamics in so-called marked configuration spaces [8]. These techniques together with a proper scaling of the microscopic system, the so-called Vlasov scaling, have been recently used to model the dynamics of cancer cells [9]. In our approach the components of particle configurations consist of susceptible and infected/infective particles that interact with one another. One may also easily incorporate other types of particles to model recovery or short time immunity. Themicroscopic dynamics then results from suitable ”spin-flip”-processes (particle changes the type). This article shows first numerical results for the SIS-system without movement. The SIS-system allows infective/infected particles to recover and become susceptible again. The numerical methods are based on the analysis provided in [10].</p
Capacity Reserves Investigations – Case Studies from Cairo and Yogyakarta
AbstractIn developing countries, investing in road networks is among main items in the governmental spending. Despite of the key role of mobility networks in the economic and social activities, yet the current debate now with the global trend of cutting budgets, is how to maximize the capacity of governmental assets, among which, the road networks. It is worth mentioning here that in one case study, a road link is operating at ≈ 60% of its capacity due to inappropriate land use, unregulated on-street parking, besides other deteriorated geometric and structural characteristics of the carriageways. In this paper, a comprehensive understanding of “road network capacity dampers” shall be developed in a way that address the traffic engineering parameters (capacity reserves, flow, dimensions), as well as inappropriate land use. This understanding is elaborated in a quantifiable approach to reveal the significance of these reserves, thereafter, provide the foundation for the tradeoff between altering the already established land use, or to operate at deteriorated capacities. This discussion is presented in two case studies from two emerging cities: Cairo (Kamel Sedky St.) in Egypt, and Yogyakarta (Kesehatan St.,) in Indonesia. Finally, an urban-economic model will investigate potential measures to reclaim the capacity and how to integrate these capacity dampers as a valuable parameter in the road maintenance management plans
Develop brand loyalty through business innovation
Abstract. Busingss fashion retail industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly since 1995. Characterized by its growing number of international brands to enter Indonesia. This condition is of course also impact to the local brand that provides many options for customers to choose fashion which according to their characteristics. The demand for local products from Bandung has a huge market of big cities in Indonesia, such as Jakarta, Semarang, Surabaya and Medan. Another thing that causes the growth of the local brand in the fashion industry in Singapore increased significantly is the price of imported products very expensive, so the biggest target market that is largely started looking for a subsstatute item. With so many demands of the market, many local entrepreneurs are competing to offer their products. With growing fashion retail industry in Indonesia, many new products found in the market. In this study, researchers wanted to examine how local brands brand can compete and increase customer loyalty to a brand through innovation of business done performing and using the innovations. In this study, author use you local brands from Jakarta name Kala as a subject. The method that author used is by interview respondent that match with characteristic with the target market Kala. From the results of interview author can generate some of the alternative business innovation. Business innovation in question is doing product innovation, consisting of product innovation and manufacture innovation, the next process is by innovating the process of delivering information to the target market is by brand innovation and marketing innovation. Keywords: Kala, business innovation, innovation marketing innovation, product innovation, brand loyalt
Systolic time intervals vs invasive predictors of fluid responsiveness after coronary artery bypass surgery(dagger)
OBJECTIVES: Haemodynamic parameters for predicting fluid responsiveness in intensive care patients are invasive, technically challenging or not universally applicable. We compared the initial systolic time interval (ISTI), a non-invasive measure of the time interval between the electrical and mechanical activities of the heart measured by impedance cardiography, with invasively measured haemodynamic parameters in predicting fluid responsiveness after cardiac surgery. METHODS: Thirty-two clinically hypovolemic patients admitted to the intensive care unit after coronary artery bypass surgery received 500 ml of gelatine solution in two volume loading steps of 250 ml at an infusion rate of 1000 ml/h. Haemodynamic and biochemical measurements were done at baseline and 15 min after each volume loading step with continuous recording of the impedance cardiogram and electrocardiogram. RESULTS: Forty-four percentage (n = 14) of patients showed a stroke volume (SV) index increase >10%. ISTI predicted fluid responsiveness with an optimum threshold of >153 ms (P = 0.023) and a sensitivity of 71% and specificity of 78%. The predictive values of ISTI did not differ from those of arterial pressure or SV at baseline. A decrease of ISTI of =8.3 ms predicted fluid responsiveness with the highest positive predictive value (88%, P = 0.004) among the variables, and absence thereof virtually excluded fluid responsiveness (specificity 94%). CONCLUSIONS: Non-invasively measured ISTI is able to predict and monitor fluid responsiveness after cardiac surgery non-inferiorly to invasively measured haemodynamic indices. © The Author 2013. Based on author literature search, PT. Freeport Indonesia is the first Indonesian PMA company in the field of mineral mining which has been operating its business activities since 1968, at the time of enactment of Law no. 1 Year 1967 about PMA. Based on the economic analysis of law according to Richard A. Postner, the change of the mining concession policy from contract-based in the form of Contract of Work (KK) to license-based through a Special Mining Business License (IUPK) is in accordance with the economic approach to the law. Government of Indonesia gradually over its attitude that the renewal of mining concession mechanism that is more oriented to the greatest prosperity of the people. Keywords: Economic Analysis Of Law, Contract of Work, Freepor
Business Strategy for Clothing Brand in Indonesia
ABSTRACT: The growth of the fashion industry was able to contribute about 18.01%, or IDR 116 trillion. The fashion industry's revenue is anticipated to reach $9.30 billion in 2022, according to recent data. By taking advantage of this chance, Good News is a Christian and Catholic spiritual clothing company. In Indonesia, Good News aims a market of 28.88 million Christians and Catholics. with 1,401,771 potential customers in Jakarta, where Good News is based. Three products were eventually released by Good News, but sales haven't yet surpassed expectations. Additionally, based on the market potential previously mentioned, Good News sales are unable to reach the 1,401,771-person potential market in Jakarta as a whole.
Qualitative research techniques are used in this study. Owners of Good News businesses are interviewed for internal data sources. External sources can be found by reviewing published sources of information for pertinent political, governmental, legal, technological, and competitive trends and events. Before analyzing Good News's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, the author first collects external business factors. The data is then converted into an IFE and EFE matrix, which can be used to determine rankings and weights. A matching IE matrix is created after the data analysis.
Good News The total weighted scores for the IFE matrix and EFE matrix are 2.54 and 2.86, respectively. The Hold and Maintain strategy fits the Good News based on the IE Matrix. Good News can change its strategy by working on product development and market penetration. Additionally, starting in January 2023, the author developed an implementation plan, timeline, and budget plan to track strategies to keep the business on course
