Optimasi Basis Data Terdistribusi Dengan Algoritma Priority Scheduling
Optimasi waktu akses database terdistribusi pada instansi/perusahan yang memiliki banyak cabang membutuhkan sistem informasi yang sangat memadai,untuk kemudahan akses data dan back-updata, untuk menjamin ketersedian data secara berkelanjutan merupakan hal yang sangat penting,instansi/perusahaan yang memiliki banyak cabang untuk dapat melakukan integrasi dan prioritas data pada masing-masing cabang yang terhubung langsung dengan bagian pusat instansi. Banyaknya data yang masuk bersamaan menyebabkan database lambat untuk memproses data yang diprioritas. Proses replikasi,distribusi dan prioritas data menjadi permasalahan utama dalam kasus ini. Dengan Penggunaan tabel status/temporary dan tabel prioritas merupakan teknik untuk mengoptimalkan waktu proses replikasi dan prioritas data, penggunaan algoritma Priority Scheduling untuk mempercepat proses prioritas pada distribusi data. Dengan menggunakan metode ini proses replikasi,distribusi dan prioritas data ke setiap cabang instansi/perusahan dapat mengakses data secara langsung dan data yang di prioritas akan lebih cepat masuk ke server pusa
Membangun Framework Repository Source Code Algoritma Komputer pada Platform Web
Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 programmer dihadirkan platform CMS, Web builder yang mempercepat pembuatan program seperti create templete responsive/dinamis, CRUD dan grafik namun belum adanya framework untuk membangun source code pada platform web yang memecahkan alur proses pada sebuah algoritma sehingga akan membantu programmer/peneliti dalam menyelesaikan masalah aritmatika/logical proses pada sebuah algoritma/metode jika di-implementasikan kedalam source code platform web HTML, PHP, CSS. Urgensi permasalahan ini harus adanya sistem repository yang menyediakan source code algoritma komputer meliputi (expert system, data mining, decision system, artificial intelligence, kriptografi/security computer, system information, searching, image processing). Adanya repository ini akan memberikan kemudahan dalam menghasilkan source code algoritma/metode komputer untuk dapat digunakan sebagai, modify,combine, comparation, example, trying, testing , implementation, sehingga akan mudah dalam penyelesaian program penelitian dan membantu mempercepat laju skill programmer/peneliti di perguruan tinggi
COMBINATION OF LEARNING VECTOR QUANTIZATION AND LINEAR DISCRIMINANT ANALYSIS FOR TEA LEAF DISEASE CLASSIFICATION
Tea farming, one of the key pillars of Indonesia's economy, faces productivity challenges due to diseases affecting tea leaves. Manual identification of tea leaf diseases requires significant time and cost, making an automated solution necessary. This research develops an innovative model for classifying tea leaf diseases by synergizing Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) and Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA). By leveraging LVQ’s prototype-based classification and LDA’s dimensionality reduction, the model ensures accurate and efficient disease identification. During preprocessing, tea leaf images were converted to the CIELAB color space to enhance segmentation using Otsu’s Thresholding. Features such as Mean Color and texture attributes based on Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) were extracted, reduced via LDA, and classified using LVQ. Tested on five tea leaf disease classes, the model achieved 94.1% accuracy. This performance underscores its potential to significantly assist farmers in early detection and management of tea leaf diseases, while also providing researchers with a robust tool for advancing agricultural technology
Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Menu Berbasis Android
MC Coffe Bireuen is a place visited by customers to shop for food and drinks, the restaurant business has been very much in demand by the public in general, because apart from having a good turnover, it is also easy to develop. The current condition at MC cafe is still using the manual ordering method and the exemption from the use of internet access by customers. This makes it difficult for cafe owners to spend on internet access bills, plus the payment system is still manual which causes the calculations to be quite time consuming. then designed a local website and management system for the use of internet access that is able to provide solutions in working on ordering services. In the design of this application system, it provides an Android ordering menu to make it easier for customers and their workers to handle orders and payments.MC Coffe Bireuen merupakan suatu tempat yang dikunjungi pelanggan untuk berbelanja makanan dan minuman, bisnis restoran sudah begitu banyak di minati oleh masyarakat pada umumnya, karena selain memiliki omset yang bagus juga mudah berkembang. Kondisi di MC cafe saat ini masih menggunakan cara memesan secara manual dan pembebasan penggunaan akses internet oleh pelanggan. Hal tersebut menyulitkan pemilik cafe dalam pengeluaran biaya tagihan akses internet, di tambah dengan sistem pembayaran pun masih manual yang menyebabkan perhitungan cukup memakan waktu. maka dirancang sebuah website lokal dan sistem manajemen penggunaan akses internet yang mampu memberikan solusi dalam mengerjakan layanan pemesanan. Pada rancangan sistem aplikasi ini menyediakan menu pemesanan secara android agar memudahkan bagi pelanggan maupun pekerjanya dalam menangani pemesanan maupun pembayaran.

Perancangan Aplikasi Web Bidang Agriculture Berbasis Sistem Pakar Untuk Deteksi Penyakit Cabai Dengan Metode Dempster Shaf
Very commonly found in chili plants, but the problem is whether the pest or disease causes significant losses or not. To find out what type of attack occurs on chili plants, sometimes farmers lack knowledge in the field of information on pests and diseases so that there are times when the treatment is not in accordance with the type of attack so the disease continues to spread to other plants. Advances in expert systems can overcome this problem by designing a web-based computer system that is integrated with databases and programming languages such as PHP-MySql so that it can assist farmers in diagnosing the disease that is attacked. The application of an expert system in making decisions uses a forward chaining inference engine (forward reasoning) where cases are traced at the initial state so that goals will be found for the final results of diagnosing chili plant diseases. The results of the implementation of the system, namely the system provides questions in the form of symptoms that must be answered by farmers and the results of this process the system will provide information on what diseases attack plants and solutions for handling themSangat banyak ditemukan pada tanaman cabai, tetapi masalahnya adalah apakah hama atau penyakit tersebut menimbulkan kerugian yang berarti atau tidak. Untuk mengetahui jenis serangan apa yang terjadi pada tanaman cabai terkadang petani minim pengetahuan di bidang informasi hama penyakit sehingga ada kalanya untuk pengobatan tidak sesuai dengan jenis serangan sehingga penyakit tetap merebak ke tanaman lain. Kemajuan sistem pakar dapat mengatasi permasalahan ini yaitu dengan merancang sebuah sistem komputer berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan database dan bahasa pemrograman seperti PHP-MySql sehingga dapat membantu petani dalam mendiagnosa penyakit yang terserang. Aplikasi sistem pakar dalam pengambilan keputusannya menggunakan mesin inferensi forward chaining (penalaran maju) dimana kasus ditelusuri pada stat awal sehingga akan ditemuan goal untuk hasil akhir diagnosa penyakit tanaman cabai. Hasil dari implementasi sistem yaitu sistem memberikan pertanyaan berupa gejala-gejala yang harus dijawab oleh petani dan hasil dari proses tersebut sistem akan memberikan informasi penyakit apa yang menyerang tanaman serta solusi untuk penagananny
ANALISIS METODE MOORA DALAM SISTEM SELEKSI PENERIMAAN KARYAWAN PADA PERUMDA TIRTA PASE ACEH UTARA
Proses penerimaan karyawan baru di Perumda Tirta Pase Aceh Utara, data yang diperoleh dari hasil seleksi masih menggunakan cara manual yang dapat menghabiskan waktu dan tenaga bagi Human Resources Department (HRD) perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Multi Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) dalam melakukan proses penyeleksian karyawan baru pada Perumda Tirta Pase Aceh Utara. Multi Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) memiliki tahapan proses dalam menentukan nilai kriteria, bobot, alternatife sehingga hasil penelitian ini mampu memberikan nilai perangkingan terhadap karyawan terbaik dan menjadi rekomendasi bagi Human Resources Department (HRD) perusahaan dalam menentukan hasil seleksi karyawan. Adapun pembuatan sistem dibangun berbasis web. Hasil metode moora adalah A1 dengan 0,25300731, 0,17484539 0,078161917, peringkat ke-5. sedangkan peringkat pertama A4 0,400386782, 0,13259626, 0,267790523. hasil rekomendasi dalam sistem adalah boidah peringkat pertama, jamal, samiun, raudah dan maimunah

Classification of Receiving Electricity Subsidy Assistance in Blang Panyang Village Using the K-NN (K-Nearest Neighbor) Method
The electricity subsidy program is one of the poverty reduction programs by providing electricity subsidy assistance funds to poor and disadvantaged households paid by the Government of Indonesia to PT PLN (Persero). The government implements a targeted electricity subsidy policy, the subsidy must be truly enjoyed by the poor. The purpose of this research is to test the K-Nearest Neighbors algorithm in predicting the receipt of electricity subsidy assistance. In the dataset of beneficiaries used in this study, there are 45 records or tuples with four attributes (house condition, income, occupation and number of amperes). The prediction of new data categories is done by using the manual calculation stage of Euclidean Distance from three different K values. The results show that with K=15, K=30 and K=45 the new data (46) has an "Ineligible" category with an accuracy rate of 100%. Then with K=45, K=30 and K=45 the new data (D46) has a "Viable" category with an accuracy rate of 66.6%
PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN KEPRIBADIAN TERHADAP KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA MADRASAH DI KABUPATEN AGAM
The problem of this thesis related to the emotional intelligence and personality of the headmaster in state of  madrasah at Agam Regency. The purpose of this thesis is to: 1) to know how much the influence of emotional intelligence in the leadership of the headmaster of Madrasah  in Agam regency, 2) to Know how much  the influence of personality of the headmaster of the leadership of Madrasah  in Agam regency, 3) to Know how much the influence of emotional and personality intelligence  in the headmaster of the leadership of Madrasah  in Agam regency. The research method used descriptive analysis with quantitative approach through the technique of correlation of the data analysis and regression by using parametric statistics. Data was taken by using questionnaire. The population of this reseaerch were MTsN teachers in Agam Regency, the total of  the population is 450 people, with the sample of  this research were 85 teachers. The results of this research , stated that  two independent variables of emotional intelligence and personality had a significant influence on the leadership of the headmaster of  madrasah in Agam regency. Thus the hypothesis which stated that there is an influence of emotional intelligence on the leadership of the headmaster of madrasah  is accepted. Likewise, the hypothesis that stated there is an influence of personality on the leadership of the headmaster is also accepted. Emotional intelligence and personality  had influence of the leadership of the headmaster in  madrasa at Agam Regency
