No full textLa sentenza della Corte di Giustizia UE del 4 settembre 2014, ha ritenuto che “la determinazione dei costi minimi d’esercizio per l’autotrasporto [...] è idonea a restringere il gioco della concorrenza” e che, sebbene la tutela della sicurezza stradale sia un obiettivo legittimo, “la determinazione dei costi minimi d’esercizio non risulta idonea né direttamente né indirettamente a garantirne il conseguimento”. L’art. 83-bis comma 9 del D. L. n. 112/2008 deve quindi ritenersi in contrasto con l’ordinamento comunitario

E questo è possibile non solo garantendo la cura educativa dei bambini, ma anche qualificandosi come attivi facilitatori di comprensione, in grado di proporre un’educazione aperta al futuro, capaci di portare all’attenzione quelle priorità educative che contribuiscono a rendere i soggetti maggiormente protagonisti del proprio tempo.The thesis supported in this essay is that educators and teachers of early childhood services are authoritative interlocutors for families when they help to enable parents to become good educators. Synchronous Robot-Assisted Pulmonary and Urologic Resections for Cancer
No full textSynchronous cancers should be first evaluated at high-volume referral oncological centers. Multidisciplinary evaluation, as the first step of multimodal treatment strategy, is also a way to select candidates fit for surgical resections. Concurrent minimally invasive approaches are a safe and effective option that may result in long-term control of the disease. Robot-assisted surgery allows obtaining the oncological radicality with lower invasiveness for the patient, thus retaining greater surgical aggressiveness even in high-risk patients. The reports of successful synchronous robot-assisted pulmonary and urologic resections for cancer in frail elderly subjects are described here
