The Mosque is considered as the House of Almighty, Allah SWT, and also a place of worship for Muslims; doing salat, pray, reciting Quran, etc. When doing salat or praying, Muslims need to focus and concentrate, therefore they need a serene atmosphere that can support to focus and concentrate when they are doing the salat or praying and other activities. This condition can happen if the mosque produces a sacred atmosphere.Understanding the meaning of the sacred can vary in each individual. Each individual has her/his way to understand the meaning of sacredness. These differences emerge because of many factors which can influence the meaning of sacredness in a mosque. Therefore this study wants to find out what factors can influence the sacredness of a mosque and whether mosque design is one of the factors which have greatly influenced the sacredness of a mosqueThe research method is a qualitative method using grounded theory. The results of the study stated that the design was the most chosen factor by respondents as a factor influencing the sacredness of the mosqu

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    Variations on the Author

“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

The current condition of Mushollah Al Ikhlas needs to be developed because the congregation of Mushollah Al Ikhlas is increasing and increasingly unable to be accommodated. In addition to the height of the bathroom floor which is not comfortable to use, the number of toilets is only one, there is only one ablution area, there is no division of ablution areas for men and women. When Friday prayers are often not accommodated, the congregation is often not accommodated, especially when the month of Ramadan arrives, the congregation is not accommodated so that they are forced to worship in the road area around the Al Ikhlas Mosque. To overcome this problem, the manager of the Al Ikhlas Mushollah wants to increase the Mushollah room to 2 floors. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to develop and add facilities for the Mushollah Al Ikhlas, thus it is necessary to design the renovation of the Mushollah Al Ikhlas as a first step before the construction of the renovation of the Mushollah Al Ikhlas. The method of implementing the activities uses the Architectural Design Process. Where the design of the renovation of the Mushollah Al Ikhlas is adjusted to the input from the manager of the Mushollah, while the working drawings of the design of the renovation of the Mushollah are adjusted to architectural standards. The purpose of the Mushollah renovation design is so that the Mushollah is able to accommodate worshipers when performing Friday prayers and tarawih activities during the month of Ramadan in accordance with architectural standards and in accordance with the concept of the Cempaka Putih Mushollah, so that provide comfort for the congregation of Mushollah. The stages of implementing the activity begin with licensing the implementation of activities, site surveys or location observations, coordination with the mosque management, measuring and drawing the mosque to be renovated, making working drawings, Budget Plans, and 3D drawings of buildings, drawing consultations, construction of mosque renovations, monitoring development progress. The result of this activity is the application of architectural design in the construction of the renovation of the Al Ikhlas mosque in Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta. &nbsp

Rawamangun Village which is the target area for community service activities are RW 01, 02, 03, and 05. From the aspect of open space, RW 02 has four sports fields, both standing on state land, and those using vacant public land. This sports field is located in the middle of a residential area, and is united with a public open space. The condition of the open space is used as a parking area, a place to sell, built a non-permanent shop, and also as a place for children to play. It is different with RW 01, 03 and RW 05, which do not have a field or open space for their citizens to do activities. In addition, there is still a lack of public knowledge about the concept of environmentally friendly settlements. Solutions that can solve the problems of the Rawamangun sub-district community include providing knowledge about green open space in the form of verticulture with urban farming and making verticulture with urban farming which is applied to narrow land in the form of verticulture in the Rawamangun sub-district environment. The method used is the TRI-DAYA concept approach, namely social power by inviting the community through community assistance activities, environmental power by identifying people's ignorance of the green environment, and economic power with the production of vertical farming with urban farming that can be used alone or sold. to the general public. The output target of this activity is to increase public knowledge about green open space and its application in the form of verticulture with urban farming that can be made by the local community

Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis

The phenomenon of urban areas in Indonesia today tends to experience a typical problem, namely the high rate of population growth mainly due to the flow of urbanization so that the management of urban space becomes heavier. The high number of urban population that continues to increase from time to time has implications for the high pressure on the use of urban space, so that the spatial planning of urban areas needs special attention, especially those related to the provision of residential areas, public and social facilities and spaces open public in urban areas. In general, public open spaces in urban areas consist of green open spaces and non-green open spaces. Urban Green Open Space is part of open spaces of an urban area filled with plants, plants and vegetation (endemic and introduced) to support ecological, socio-cultural and architectural benefits that can provide economic benefits (welfare) for the community. Communities in urban areas are heterogeneous with heterogeneous educational backgrounds as well as environmental conditions in the RT. 05 RW. 04 Tugu Selatan Village, Koja Subdistrict, North Jakarta, where the condition of the land is narrow at each resident's house, so the provision of reforestation is not a top priority for them. RT community problems. 05 RW. 04 Tugu Selatan Village, Koja Subdistrict, North Jakarta at the moment is the lack of public knowledge about the concept of environmentally friendly settlements, which can be realized by providing reforestation on narrow land with vertical gardens. The facilitation and utilization of vertical gardens as greening on narrow land in Jakarta is carried out with the aim of increasing people's understanding of the concept of environmentally friendly settlements through the application of vertical gardens as a form of greening on narrow land and assisting the community in applying vertical gardens on narrow land. With the application of the concept of Tri Daya in the activities of Assistance and Utilization of Vertical Garden as Greening on Narrow Land in Jakarta, the implementation of community service activities through the licensing stage to the local RW and RT for the implementation of community service activities, survey of target community locations to obtain community service data to the community, coordinating with the local RT and RW to organize this training activity, training in the use of vertical gardens for greening, preparation of community service activities at Budi Luhur University, vertical garden utilization workshops for greening and monitoring the results of making vertical gardens in target communities. As a result of this activity, the community has better understood the reforestation that can be carried out in a narrow area, the community can apply the creation of a vertical garden using simple tools and materials. So that the target people can easily practice themselves in their homes

Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
