Bukhari Iskandar and His Work of Islamic Education in Labuhanbatu
No full textThis research aims to investigate the ideas, contributions, and involvement of Bukhari Iskandar in Islamic education in Labuhanbatu. Using a qualitative approach, this study employed in-depth interviews with Bukhari Iskandar’s colleagues to gather relevant data. This research indicates that Bukhari Iskandar is influential in advancing Islamic education in Labuhanbatu. His innovative ideas, including a contextual approach to religious learning, information and communication technology, and character education, have brought about positive changes in teaching and learning religion. Bukhari Iskandar’s contributions are also evident in developing a comprehensive Islamic education curriculum, intensive teacher training, and the writing and publishing of quality books. The findings of this study provide a deep understanding of the efforts made by Bukhari in strengthening religious education, enhancing teaching quality, and expanding access to Islamic education in the region

No full textThis study aims to determine the thought of Islamic education and the contribution of KH. Hasyim Asy\u27ari. The research method used in this research is the Library Research method, which is a series of activities related to library information collection methods, reading and writing, and processing research material. The data analysis technique that the author uses in this research is content analysis or what is often called content analysis. This content analysis is used to compare one research with other research that is in accordance with this article. It is a research that uses literature sources from articles and journals to obtain research information. This article also discusses the challenges and opportunities in applying K.H. Hasyim Asy\u27ari\u27s educational thought in the context of modern education. The challenges include the different views and interests in the current education system, while the opportunities lie in the community\u27s need for value-based and character development-oriented education. The results of the study explain that K.H. Hasyim Asy\u27ari introduced the impact of his appearance on various sides of life, especially in the field of religion, considering the reflection for the field of schooling. The idea of schooling applied by K.H. Hasyim Asy\u27ari relies on the Qur\u27an as a worldview that combines three points of view because it depends on God\u27s revelation that a total schooling system with instructive purposes is given, as well as the type of information according to its capabilities. It also incorporates his outstanding works. His considerations on schooling, not through progressive but rather by advancing, in light of the fact that he is hostile to evil who loves harmony

Speaking skill is one of the most important skills in learning Arabic, and it is a form of language activity. It has been known in one of the schools, the students have problems speaking Arabic. from here, the author wants to make students have an interest and enthusiasm in speaking Arabic with the correct rules by using language games. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of using language games, “do you know why?†for learning to speak at Ulun Nuha School. and the purpose of this research is to find out the effect of the game “do you know why?†on learning to speak at Ulun Nuha school. The research is a quantitative method designed only control design for the true experimental post-test only design. Techniques of analysing research data using quantitative data with the product moment formula and test-t formula. And the results of this study using the t-test formula is to 2.259 greater than tt which is 2.003. The reciprocal hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Conclusion is that there is an effect of using the game "do you know why?" on speaking ability.

United States of America Policies in Managing Treats of Drugs from Mexico (2017-2019)
No full textDrugs has become a trend among the US – Mexico citizens that resulted imbalance in the national security of each country especially in the border area between US – Mexico. In this study, author use the national interest theory with the concept of national security and Transnational Organized Crime. By using descriptive qualitative research, this study aims to determine the efficiency of US policies that were continued by President Donald Trump. Even though the relationship between Mexico and the US is going-well and President Donald Trump is taking serious way for handling drug abuse in the US, unfortunately, the large sense of dependence from US citizen on drugs makes the policies that have been implemented inefficient. In addition, President Donald Trump’s policy can also have other impacts, such as an increase in the number of illegal immigrants entering the US through the border wall and an increasing number of the availability of several types of drugs such as heroin and marijuana in some states.
