My name is Muhammad Muizzuddin bin Azizan and I have been assigned at marketing department as I must make any content and post ad media social such as TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. Akbar Gadget is a company focuses on repairing phone and sell anything related to phone and this company located at Balok Center, Kuantan, Pahang. The vision of this company is to be gadget and accessories shop number one in Pahang. This company’s mission is to strengthen and enhance development and management activities so that this company can enhance and boost Bumiputera equity and ensure the profitability of the company. This company have two branch which is first branch located at Balok Makmur and second branch located at Balok Center Kuantan, Pahang. I also provide SWOT analysis in this report. Under SWOT analysis, the strength that this company has is that this company have very strategic location and was a well-known company around the Balok area, so this company also have great reputation among the customer. Using old technology in closing system is one of the weaknesses of this company. So, in order to fix this weakness, I recommend the company to buy new software and casher machine to automatically calculate the daily closing. Next, there are external factor which one of them is trend were consumer focus on environmental sustainability can give Akbar Gadget an opportunity to increase their profit and business awareness. Lastly is threat, there are many competitors within the company target area which can interrupt the company business. The competitor also has the same business which is phone repair shop, so this can reduce the Akbar Gadget profit

    The study aims to investigate the relationship between organizational factors and employee performance among employees in an organization. In this research study, the researcher decided to use working environment, leadership and compensation as the major factors of organizational towards employee performance. A total of 201 questionnaires had been distributed among the employees who work in SAJ Ranhill Sdn. Bhd. headquarters. Besides, researcher used descriptive and convenience sampling method in conducting this research. The researcher also used the Statistical Package in the Social Science Software (SPSS) version 20 to run all the data that have been collected. In general, the result of this research study has shown that all three independents variables which are the working environment, leadership and compensation have a strong relationship towards employee performance

    Skin histological evaluation of topically applied medium chain triacylglycerols cream incorporating a-tocopherol / Muizzuddin Hadi

    Medium chain triacyglycerols (MCTs) have previously been used as earners and enhancers as they work effectively in delivering the active into the skin. ln this study, the permeation levels of MCTs, namely the virgin coconut oil (VCO) and structured virgin coconut oil (SVCO) were investigated based on the rat skin histology. The VCO was extracted by centrifugation method while SVCO was produced by acidolysis reaction using lipase as catalyst. The amount of 5% (w/w) a-tocopherol was used as the model antioxidant. The skin permeation procedure was carried out using the Franz diffusion cells. The MCTs creams were applied on the rat skin membrane for 6 hours at 37±2°C under stirring rate at 400 rpm. Then the skin was subjected to the staining procedure using Harris Haematoxylin-Eosin (H&E) stain kit and Oil Red O (ORO) stain kit for histological study. The result showed that accumulation of SVCO with significant amount in the deeper layer of dermis region suggested the better permeation ability as compared to the VCO. The SVCO that having shorter carbon chain lengths of triacylglycerols (TAGs) than the VCO appeared to influence its ability as the skin permeation enhancer of a-tocopherol. Both SVCO and VCO creams incorporating a­ tocopherol showed higher amount of red spots distribution (skin stained with ORO) than the blank creams

    Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are a type of aircraft that can be remotely operated without requiring the physical presence of a pilot. The latest advancement in technology provides UAVs with the ability to provide accurate positioning and highresolution images, making it a viable option to collect data for topographic survey works. The positioning of high-resolution images from UAVs can be highly accurate with the application of ground control points (GCPs). Furthermore, optimal flight altitude and overlap can be advantageous for orthophoto, digital surface model, and topographic mapping. Therefore, the present study aims to assess the impact of UAV flight parameters in large-scale topographic mapping. The objectives were (1) to investigate the effect of different numbers of GCP and its configuration on photogrammetric products; (2) to analyse the changes in different altitudes as well as overlap and sidelap percentages in photogrammetric image processing; and (3) to validate the photogrammetric products using the ground survey data and accuracy standards for topographic mapping. The investigation comprised three different numbers of GCP configurations (5 GCP, 6 GCP, and 7 GCP), altitudes (60 m, 80 m, and 100 m), as well as overlap (70%, 80%, and 90%) and sidelap (50%, 60%, and 70%) percentages. Ground Control Points (GCPs) and Check Points (CPs) were established using the Global Positioning System (GPS) via Real Time Kinematic (RTK). The data were obtained using Phantom 3 Pro with different flight parameters, which were processed using the Agisoft and PCI Geomatics software. The final photogrammetric products were analysed through accuracy assessment using Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). The outcomes demonstrated that the combinations tested, 5 GCPs at 80m altitude with 70% overlap and 50% sidelap; 6 GCPs at 60m altitude with 80% overlap and 50% sidelap; and 7 GCPs at 100m altitude with 70% overlap and 60% sidelap were proved to be the most effective in utilizing micro UAV flight parameters. These configurations excelled in creating an accurate, detailed topographic map that met the rigorous accuracy standards of either a 1:600 map scale or a 7.5cm accuracy threshold specified by the American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) for digital geospatial data's positional accuracy. The outcome of this study can be used by any private or government agencies, including local authorities, to conduct mapping works at their respective area of interest

    This research will study the effects of various tuning rules on the level process control. The tuning rules being studied are Ziegler-Nichols, Cohen-Coon, and Takahashi tuning rules. Level process control is the process of maintaining a desired liquid level in a tank or vessel by adjusting the flow of liquid into or out of the tank. The basic components of a level control system include a sensor to measure the level of liquid in the tank, a controller to compare the measured level to the desired setpoint, and an actuator to adjust the flow of liquid into or out of the tank. Tuning a level control system involves adjusting the parameters of the controller to achieve the desired performance. There are several different methods for tuning a level control system, including manual tuning, trial-and-error tuning, and automatic tuning. Manual tuning involves adjusting the controller's parameters based on the operator's experience and knowledge. This method is often used when the process is not well understood or when the process is in a steady state. Trial-and-error tuning involves adjusting the controller's parameters and observing the process response. This method can be used when the process is well understood, but it can be time-consuming and may not result in the best performance. The Ziegler-Nichols tuning rule is a popular method that uses process oscillations to determine the controller's parameters. The process is first run in open-loop, and the controller's parameters are adjusted based on the amplitude and period of the oscillations. In summary, level process control is the process of maintaining a desired liquid level in a tank or vessel by adjusting the flow of liquid into or out of the tank.     Nowadays, humankind has generated enormous amounts of waste that can affect the environment and human health. Therefore, an effective waste management system is developed as an initiative to replace the traditional waste collection activity within an area. By using this brand-new system, the administrator and the cleaners can identify which dustbins need to be collected without having to spend a lot of time and effort constantly checking every dustbin. The purpose of this project is to specifically manage the data about the state of each dustbin over a large area, particularly in the UiTM campus. All data that has been collected from every dustbin will be stored and analyzed by this smart system via a secure database channel. The three primary parts in this project are the hardware part, the ThingSpeak database channel and the Telegram app. The administrators and cleaners will be able to receive notifications about the status, location, slot, motion detection and other details of each dustbin, by connecting the ThingSpeak database channel to the Telegram app on a smartphone. An ESP8266 NodeMCU board is mainly used by this system to attest with the online ThingSpeak database channel. The input port is equipped with PIR and ultrasonic sensors, while the output port is equipped with an LCD, LED(s), servo motor, and buzzer. The ultrasonic sensor is applied to measure the amount of space available in the dustbin and a PIR sensor is used to detect movements of any pests, bugs or rats that could create an unhealthy environment. Consequently, this smart developed system has shown benefits to the community by averting hazardous situations and providing a practical and efficient waste management solution

Rattan is a very good material mainly because it is lightweight, durable and to a certain extent flexible which can be shaped into any free form compared to other sustainable materials. The keywords of this topic divided into four which are Sustainable design, Rattan, Rattan Furniture Design and Office Green Environment. The researcher will explain in depth these four keywords in this report writing. The main problem and issue regarding this topic is Malaysian rattan furniture craft tends to be bulky which waste materials to make certain product or craft. This problem will effect and create problem of the availability of the raw materials. So, the purpose of this study is to design functional form of rattan for Office Green Furniture without wasting rattan raw materials and the same time maintain our traditional identity in line with the modern furniture design

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
