No full textSetiap umat Muslim berkewajiban untuk memberikan sedekah dari rezeki yang dikaruniakan Allah SWT. Kewajiban ini tertulis di dalam Al-Qur’an. Pada awalnya, Al-Qur’an hanya memerintahkan untuk memberikan sedekah (pemberian yang sifatnya bebas, tidak wajib). Namun, pada kemudian hari, umat Islam diperintahkan untuk membayar zakat. Zakat menjadi wajib hukumnya sejak tahun 662 M. Nabi Muhammad SAW. melembagakan perintah zakat ini dengan menetapkan pajak bertingkat bagi mereka yang kaya untuk meringankan beban kehidupan mereka yang miskin. Sejak saat ini, zakat diterapkan dalam negara-negara Islam. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pada kemudian hari ada pengaturan pemberian zakat, khususnya mengenai jumlah zakat tersebut

No full textThis research work was mainly to study the acoustic parameters in Aspirasi hall, UiTM Terengganu. The measurement setup was took place based on Apple’s application software installed in the iphone. The software is reliable and useful for acoustic engineer to identify acoustic properties for closed room. Based on measurements results, the highest sound pressure level (SPL) was recorded at lower frequency at 250 Hz and 500 Hz. It was investigated that SPL is lower at higher frequency. These results show that Aspirasi Hall was designed to absorb sound energy particularly at speech frequency from 250Hz to 4kH
Winnable candidate : the Sabahan voters preferences a study at the P.171, Sepanggar's parliamentary constituency / Muhammad Yazrin Zaifuddin Zainuddin and Mohd Hanis Sayuthi Mohd Dini
No full textThe objectives of this study were to identify the most preferred candidate's demographic factor followed by the second preferred factor and so on so forth; secondly is to see the variables associated with the demographic preferences of the winnable candidate; thirdly is to see the differences on variables and the demographic preferences of the winnable candidate and finally to see the general understanding of the voters at P. 171 on the winnable candidate and practicality of political marketing theory. This study was conducted using self-developed questionnaires involving 150 eligible and registered voters of P. 171, Sepanggar Parliamentary Constituency. From the study, it is found that political party of a candidate is the most preferred demographic factor by the voters, secondly is education, thirdly is religion, fourthly is ethnicity, fifthly is gender and lastly is age. With regards to the analysis of comparison and association, it is found that the ethnicity of respondents show significant involvement in determining the preferences. Finally, the level of understanding on winnable candidate among Sepanggar voters is quite high and the winnable candidate shows it can be a good political marketing strategy in practice

Keduanya memiliki kedudukan yang sangat penting mengingat tanpa adanya salah satu dari keduanya, maka zakat tidak dapat terlaksana. Oleh karena itu, keduanya memiliki peran, kewajiban dan hak yang saling melengkapi untuk menyeimbangkan kehidupan beragama maupun kehidupan sosial. No full textAjaran Jesus dan ajaran Nabi Muhammad saw berasal daripada sumber yang sama iaitu Allah Yang Maha Mengetahui lagi Maha Berkuasa. Mereka merupakan antara rasul yang telah Allah mengutuskah ke muka bumi ini. Justeru itu, terdapat banyak persamaan antara ajaran kedua-dua rasul ini seperti yang termaktub di dalam Bible dan Al-Quran. Kajian ini meneliti dan menganalisis persamaan-persamaan yang terdapat dalam ajaran Jesus seperti yang tercatat dalam Bible dan ajaran Nabi Muhammad saw seperti yang terdapat dalam al-Quran, dalam bidang akidah dan hukum hakam. Fokus kajian ini ialah melakukan analisis tekstual terhadap beberapa isu utama. Metodologi yang digunakan melibatkan analisis komparatif terhadap teks-teks kitab suci daripada kedua-dua agama iaitu Bible dan al-Quran, dengan menggunakan pendekatan hermeneutika untuk mengenal pasti dan membandingkan tema-tema utama serta persamaan substantif dalam kedua-dua ajaran ini. Hasil kajian ini mendedahkan keselarasan dalam bidang akidah, iaitu setiap rasul utusan Allah membawa akidah tauhid dan hukum hakam yang perlu diikuti dalam ajaran kedua-dua kitab suci, memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang titik-titik persamaan dalam ajaran Jesus dan ajaran Nabi Muhammad saw. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan penjelasan yang lebih mendalam mengenai keselarasan yang ada antara ajaran Jesus dengan ajaran nabi Muhammad seterusnya memperkukuhkan lagi dialog antara agama dengan menekankan persamaan-persamaan asas yang ditemui.
The teachings of Jesus and those of Prophet Muhammad pbuh originate from the same source, which is Allah, the All-Knowing and All-Powerful. Both of them are among the messengers whom Allah has sent to this world. As such, there are numerous similarities between the teachings of these two messengers, as enshrined in the Bible and the Quran. This study examines and analyzes the similarities found in the teachings of Jesus, as recorded in the Bible, and the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), as revealed in the Quran, particularly in the areas of creed and jurisprudence. The focus of this research is to conduct a textual analysis of several key issues. The methodology employed involves a comparative analysis of the sacred texts from both religions, namely the Bible and the Quran, using a hermeneutical approach to identify and compare the main themes and substantive similarities in these two teachings. The findings of this study reveal a harmony in the area of creed, showing that every messenger sent by Allah brought the message of monotheism and the laws that must be followed, as outlined in the sacred texts of both religions. This deeper understanding of the commonalities between the teachings of Jesus and Prophet Muhammad pbuh aims to provide a more profound explanation of the alignment between the two, further strengthening interfaith dialogue by highlighting the fundamental similarities discovered
Chickan Slaughter Mechanism In Realizing Halal Product Guarantee (Studi On The Light Lasinrang Chicken Slaughterhouse)

In the international trade system, the issue of certification and marking halalness of products has received good attention in order to provide protection for Muslim consumers around the world as well as as a strategy to face the challenges of globalization. This study aims to find out how the process of slaughtering chickens in the Lasinrang Chicken Slaughterhouse and how the operational process of the Lasinrang Chicken Slaughterhouse in realizing the Halal Assurance System (SJH). The research methods used are qualitative with a femomenological approach, data sources used primary and secondary, methods of collecting interview data, observation, and documentation, data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study found that first, the process of slaughtering animals in the Ayam Lasinrang slaughterhouse is in accordance with the provisions of Shari'a through the method of using a sharp knife, facing the Qibla and always threatening bismillah every time you slaughter a chicken. Second, the Operational Process in realizing the halal assurance system at the chicken slaughterhouse in Lasinrang is still in the process stage because to have Halal certification, it must go through MUI supervision with a training model held by MUI regarding Halal certification to get Halal assurance system certification so that consumers can feel comfortable in buying a chicken cut
