The challenges implementation of photovoltaic system in the office buildings / Muhammad Zaidi Ismail
World energy consumption based on the fossil fuel is rapidly increasing year by year. The energy based fossil fuel has many disadvantages such as non-renewable sources, high cost, produce carbon dioxide emission that hazadous to the enviroment. Therefore, this kind of energy need to be replace by an alternative energy such as solar energy. The solar energy has a huge potential in order to produce electricity in Malaysia and has many advantage such as produce clean energy, require little maintenance and no harmful emission produced. However, the solar energy is abundant if compared with another type of alternative energy. In order to develop solar energy, there are several method can be used to harvest the sunlight and produce an electricity. For this research, the author will only focus on the photovoltaic system as one method to produce the solar energy. In this research, the author will describe the definition of photovoltaic system, the components of photovoltaic system such as photovoltaic cells, inverter and others. This research also will discuss about the building integrated photovoltaic which is one of the way to integrate the photovoltaic system and the maintenance of this system. After that, the author will discuss about the factor need to be considered for photovoltaic system implementation, then followed with the development of this system in Malaysia. There are several case study has been chose to archieve the research’s objective which is the diamond building, digi building and GreenTech Malaysia GEO building. All of these three case study will be discusses about it’s photovoltaic system that has been implement in the building. The inteview session and questionnaire will be distributed and the data will be analyze. The result will be presented in graph and table as shown in the Chapter 5. The finding of this research will be determined by the mean score. There are sfeveral dimension will be make to obtain the results such as the reason photovoltaic system not fully implemented in Malaysia, the factor implement photovoltaic system, reason of development of photovoltaic system in the building is slower, the advantages of photovoltaic system, the ways to know photovoltaic system work efficiently, the ways to maintain the efficiency of the photovoltaic system, the ways to increase the development of photovoltaic system and finally the challenges to implement the photovoltaic system in the building. All the result obtained will be discussed at the Chapter 5. At the end of this research, the author will make a conclusion and recommendation regarding the challenges implementation of the photovoltaic system in the office buildings

Industrial training is compulsory for each student at University Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in semester 6, which is a part of the academic credit hour to achieve a degree status. As a final year student, I am required to undergo an industrial training program at Kelana Agresif Automart (M) Sdn. Bhd, which is one of PERODUA franchises that provided services such as repairing, painting and insurance services. The industrial training program will take around 24 weeks, from 1 March 2023 until 15 August 2023. The main purpose of this industrial training is to complete the course in order to achieve the degree in Office System Management as well as graduated from university. Industrial training is important because it will teach, expose, and give an experience for students to know how the real working environment. Besides that, practical training can help the students to gain new knowledge through hands-on observation and job execution. I am undergoing this industrial training to seek input from my service manager and all staff. Every task and job that has been assigned in the training is also stated for the employment work-study

The paper collage is inspired by the absence of gestures during the Movement Control Order (MCO). The emptiness, loneliness, and dullness of ambiance are portrayed through the top view scenery of the small jetty at the fishing village. The river shows its natural color, which is free from human activities and any pollutants. The abandoned boats tell the plight of fishermen who have to stop doing any activities to earn a living. The pandemic had changed human nature and habits whilst leaving a huge impact on the entire environment. The process of the artwork started by selecting a photo as an inspirational image that shows the real condition during the Movement Control Order (MCO). It was followed by selecting recycled papers from magazines that suit the real color of the inspirational image and was cut into a variety of small pieces. Each tiny piece is pasted carefully on the greyscale inspirational image to fill the entire space. Every process was passionately and neatly done towards producing a clean and precise artwork. All in all, the paper collage is an expression of arts during the boredom and trying to tell the audiences about the true color of the pandemic that brings both positive and negative impacts to humankind and Mother Nature. It is up to humans to face, adapt and find solutions to end this unexpected situation and continue to live
Automatic voting counter system by using Arduino / Muhammad Amin Azhar and Muhammad Asyraf Muhammad Zaidi
In a campus, an election is one of the most important things for students to do to appoint their new leader for the campus organization. The leader is chosen by counting the most votes received from the voter. However, problems often occur regarding the counting vote process such as took a long time to finish counting and too many fake votes received, for example in a certain campus votes are often received by the same person although they already know that they can only vote once in an election. To overcome these problems, one of the easiest ways to improve counting vote process is by using an automatic vote system. It uses a Tcs230 color sensor detection of votes which sets in red, blue and green color. Voters get to choose the color of vote they want and put it in the voting box. Votes counting process will be much easier to be done and saves time. Not to mention, the number of each color vote will be displayed on the LCD and make it easier for the counters to see the results. So, the election will be finished way faster using this method rather than the manual vote counting. This can be seen clearly when manual vote counting can sometimes lead to miscalculation and of course immediate recounting need to be done from the beginning which can be tiring and waste a lot of time
The assessment of foreign market entry strategies: a case on Trurich Resources Sdn Bhd (TRSB) venturing into Indonesian market / Muhammad Zaidi Zainal Abidin
Globalization has widening the scope of world economy, increases the level of cooperation, and revolutionized the traditional business practices into international business expansion. Nowadays, foreign direct investment (FDI) has become popular among the big corporations as a medium to enter into foreign market. To ensure the successful in foreign market, firms must first evaluate the respective market. The main objective of this study is to identify the assessment, strategies and barriers encountered by Trurich Resources Sdn. Bhd. when they venturing into foreign market. The assessments studied are based on Dunning Eclectic Theory (OLI), Internalization theory, Foreign Market Entry Strategies and Porter’s Theory of Nation Competitive Advantages. Other international strategies such corporate strategy, business strategy, Porter’s Generic Strategies and integrative strategies also were included into the study
to further identify the company’s strategies and barriers encountered to achieve such objectives.
The data was collected primarily through a series of interview session with Trurich Resources’ top management; Mhamod Bin Mokhtar (CEO), Ramli Bin Mohd Tahar (General Manager) and
Mohamad Azhar Bin Abd Rahman (Estate Manager). Some of the data were obtained from the researcher observations, industry review, statistical records and internet. The data collected shows that the company owned the three advantages (OLI) as per described in Dunning Eclectic theory. The Porter’s Nation Competitive Advantages also do reflect with the company’s succession in international expansion. Automatic Cat Flap is one of the projects that can help our pets to enter and exit the house safely and quick as it can without human assistant. Based on the observation, people had some problem when manage their pets. For example their pets were threatening by others animal and could be danger the pet it selves. The system of the Automatic Cat Flap is to detect the magnet at the cat’s collar with sensing coil. When the cats enter through the flap, the solenoid will release it shaft and the flap opened automatically for several second. It will lock back and reed switch gives an alert to the household with the melody sound. This system was similar when the cats exit from the flap. We used 2 IC which is CA3130A on the cat flap circuit and M 3485 on the melody circuit. This project used 12V and ,9V supply to operate the cat flap circuit. While at the melody circuit we used 3 V supply to operate
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
