This research is intended to analyze the influence of public accountability, public transparency and control to the SKPD performance with the local financial management as a variable intervening. The population in this study is SKPD environment Bungo district government. The simultaneous and partial test of the hypothesis is done with test “F” and test “t” using the path analysis method. Results shows that simultaneously public accountability, public transparency, control, and local financial management, affect the performance of SKPD in Bungo district government. Partially, public accountability, public transparency, control, and local financial management affect the performance of SKPD in Bungo district government. Results shows that simultaneously public accountability, public transparency, and control, affect to local financial management.
