Parking management system at Public University / Mohd Nur Azam Mohamad
No full textThis research has been made of study on parking management system at Public University. This study focus on the parking problem has occurred in the each university. The issue of this problem had happened in the university, parties must take action to overcome this problem. Only three case of studies will be carried out of the research which is University of Malaya (UM), University of Putra Malaysia (UPM) and University of Teknologi MARA (UiTM). All the case studies will be use to get the information about the parking management system. The research also have a three objective to complete it. The purpose and objectives of the study are to identify parking management system at public university and to identify the user level of satisfaction and problems that is related to parking management system at public university. Lastly is to give a recommendation to the problem. This research, data collection will be collect based on the qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data have two category are primary data and secondary data. The primary data have include the interview and observation. Thus, secondary data have books, journal, articles and internet. Then, quantitative data have questionnaire, pilot study, sample population and survey instrument. This research also use pilot study to gather of data collection. Questionnaires will also be distributed at random to get the information about level of satisfaction and problem that are related to a parking management system in the university. Besides that, the author will suggest how to overcome on parking problem of the each university. From the study, will evaluate the better off parking management system between third public university. No full textThis brief article aims to analyze Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas' thoughts on tamaddun using the philosophy of history as a theoretical framework. This research elucidates that tamaddun is a state of human social life that has reached a high level of morality (ādab) and culture for society. The critical elements of tamaddun are al-dīn, ādab, and al-'ilm, which accumulate in 'ilm, amal, and iḥsan. Al-Attas defines Islamic civilization as a civilization that arises amid the multifariousness of cultures of Muslim communities of the world as a result of the permeation of the fundamental elements of the religion of Islam, which those communities have begun to arise from inside themselves, and a manifestation of integration in multifariousness as well as of multifariousness in unity. Al-Attas wants to show that Islam has arranged the Malay-Indonesian Archipelago for the coming modern world as proof that the world has been Islamized

No full textThe Flipped Learning offers a great use of technology - especially if it can divert lecture out of the classrooms and into the hands and control of the learners in this projects’ context, the students of UTP. The Flipped Learning videos have a place in the models and cycles of learning proposed by educational psychologists and instructional designers. Providing educators with a full framework of how the Flipped Learning can be used in their educational settings will increase its validity for educators and their administrators. Hence, this project will look into the feasibility of developing a framework for implementing flipped learning in UTP and tackle the challenges associated with that. The subject-focussed of this project are the lecturers and course instructors of UTP who will be the executor of flipped learning in UTP. Aiming at providing a cost free solution with ease of access and straightforward user interface, this project looks into developing a platform with guidance in implementing constructed flipped learning for lecturers and instructors of UTP. This user-guiding platform will model and enable the flipped learning method into the education system of UTP. This project paper outlines the development of Flipped Learning enabler platform that guides lecturers and instructors in implementing flipped learning wholesomely in UTP

to oil spills with the aim of preventing oil from reaching sensitive area at the oil terminal.
The oil spill is defined as the release of a liquid petroleum hydrocarbon into the
environment, especially the marine ecosystem from the human activity. This research
relates with emergency response of the incident of the oil spill. The factors that contribute
to the oil spill is from human activities in sector oil and gas. This research towards the
contingency plan activities of the preparation and response towards the oil spill at the
