IMPLEMENTASI STRATEGI PEMASARAN PENDIDIKAN DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS SERIRAMA YLPI PEKANBARU

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi strategi pemasaran
pendidikan di SMA Serirama YLPI Pekanbaru serta faktor pendukung dan
penghambatnya. Rumusan masalah penelitian meliputi: (1) Bagaimana
implementasi strategi pemasaran di SMA Serirama YLPI Pekanbaru? (2) Apa saja
faktor pendukung dan penghambat keberhasilan strategi pemasaran tersebut?
Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data
diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan
menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data,
penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan mencakup bauran pemasaran pendidikan (7P),
yaitu produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, bukti fisik, dan proses. Implementasi
strategi ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya,
kurangnya promosi digital, rendahnya keterlibatan staf dalam pemasaran, serta
ketatnya persaingan dengan sekolah lain. Selain itu, faktor internal seperti
kebijakan sekolah dan kualitas pendidikan, serta faktor eksternal seperti preferensi
pasar dan kondisi sosial-ekonomi, turut memengaruhi keberhasilan strategi
pemasaran. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan promosi digital melalui
media sosial, peningkatan pelatihan sumber daya manusia, dan optimalisasi
evaluasi strategi secara berkala. Langkah-langkah tersebut diharapkan dapat
meningkatkan citra sekolah, menarik minat calon siswa, serta mendukung
keberlanjutan lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi
pengembangan strategi pemasaran pendidikan, khususnya pada sekolah menengah
atas swasta di lingkungan yang kompetitif.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. IMPLEMENTASI KEMITRAAN LEMBAGA DENGAN ORANG TUA DALAM PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER ANAK DI TAMAN PENDIDIKAN AL-QUR’AN
Perkembangan anak tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor genetika, tetapi juga oleh lingkungan dan pendidikan yang diberikan oleh orang tua, masyarakat dan lembaga pendidikan (TPQ) sangat penting dalam membentuk anak menjadi individu yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi kemitraan antara lembaga dan orang tua dalam pembentukan karakter anak-anak di Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPQ). Kemitraan antara lembaga Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPQ) dengan orang tua memegang peran penting dalam pembentukan karakter moral anak. TPQ berperan sebagai lembaga pendidikan agama yang menyediakan pendidikan formal tentang nilai-nilai Islam, sedangkan orang tua memiliki peran utama dalam mendukung dan memperkuat nilai-nilai tersebut di kehidupan sehari-hari anak-anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penetapan informan dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu cara menentukan informan yang ditetapkan secara sengaja atas dasar kriteria atau pertimbangan tertentu. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, dengan langkah-langkah: redukatif data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Kemitraan yang erat antara TPQ dan orang tua memastikan bahwa anak-anak menerima pendidikan moral yang konsisten dan terintegrasi antara lingkungan pendidikan formal di TPQ dan pengalaman sehari-hari di rumah. Hal ini tidak hanya membantu membangun fondasi moral yang kokoh dalam diri anak-anak, tetapi juga membantu mereka mengembangkan sikap yang bertanggung jawab, beretika baik, dan penuh toleransi dalam menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari serta berinteraksi dengan masyarakat. Kesimpulannya bahwa menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi yang erat antara lembaga pendidikan (TPQ) dan orang tua memainkan peran penting dalam pembentukan karakter anak. Kerjasama ini memungkinkan lembaga untuk menyediakan pendidikan agama dan moral yang terstruktur, sementara orang tua memberikan dukungan dan penguatan nilai-nilai tersebut di lingkungan rumah. Hasilnya menekankan bahwa kemitraan yang efektif antara lembaga dan orang tua adalah kunci dalam memperkuat pendidikan karakter anak-anak dalam konteks keagamaan seperti TPQ.

Child development is not only influenced by genetic factors, but also by the environment and education provided by parents, society and educational institutions (TPQ) which is very important in shaping children into quality individuals. This research aims to explore the implementation of partnerships between institutions and parents in forming children's character at the Al-Quran Education Park (TPQ). The partnership between the Al-Quran Education Park (TPQ) institution and parents plays an important role in forming children's moral character. TPQ acts as a religious education institution that provides formal education about Islamic values, while parents have a major role in supporting and strengthening these values in children's daily lives. This research uses qualitative methods to gain in-depth understanding. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Determining informants using a purposive sampling technique is a method of determining informants who are determined deliberately based on certain criteria or considerations. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis, with the steps: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that: The close partnership between TPQ and parents ensures that children receive consistent and integrated moral education between the formal educational environment at TPQ and everyday experiences at home. This not only helps build a solid moral foundation in children, but also helps them develop responsible, ethical and tolerant attitudes in living their daily lives and interacting with society. The conclusion shows that close collaboration between educational institutions (TPQ) and parents plays an important role in forming children's character. This collaboration allows institutions to provide structured religious and moral education, while parents provide support and reinforcement of these values in the home environment. The results emphasize that effective partnerships between institutions and parents are key in strengthening children's character education in religious contexts such as TPQ.

Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
