    Kekerasan adalah merupakan ungkapan perasaan marah dan permusuhan yang mengakibatkan hilangnya kontrol diri dimana individu bisa berprilaku penyerangan atau melakukan suatu tindakan yang dapat membahayakan diri sendiri, orang lain, dan lingkungan.Secara kasat mata kekerasan dapat dilakukan oleh siapa saja dan dimana saja. Seperti dalam Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Bandung No.1409/PID.B/2015/PN.BDG Penelitian ini berdasarkan pemikiran bahwa setiap pelaku tindak pidana kekerasan pantas di hukum sesuai dengan perbuatannya yang dilakukan dan di jatuhi hukuman yang sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. Begitu pula bagi para pelaku tindak pidana kekerasan yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa pertimbangan hukum hakim dalam memutuskan putusan tindak pidana dimuka umum secara bersamasama melakukan kekerasan terhadap orang yang mengakibatkan matinya orang dalam Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Bandung No.1409/PID.B/2015/PN.BDG Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analis, yakni metode yang menggambarkan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku yang dikaitkan dengan teori hukum dan implementasinya menyangkut dalam masalah penelitian ini yang kemudian untuk disusun , dijelaskan dan dianalisis. Adapun pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus (case study) menganalisis Putusan Pengadilan Negeri dikaitkan dengan teori hukum yang berlaku.(1) Pelaksanaan Pasal 170 Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana adalah bahwa pelaksanaannya kurang cukup bukti yang sesungguhnya cenderung pada pelaksanaan Pasal 358 KUHP; (2) Dalam Pertimbangan Hukum oleh Hakim adalah perbuatan para pelaku atau terdakwa dilakukan bersama-sama secara serentak sesuai unsur Pasal 170 KUHP, yang terungkap di persidangan sesungguhnya adalah perbuatan masing-masing para terdakwa; (3) Analisa terhadap Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Bandung No.1409/PID.B/2015/PN.BDG adalah melihat kepada perbuatan para terdakwa secara bergantian tersebut maka sebenernya yang terjadi berdasarkan fakta di persidangan adalah cenderung kepada Pasal 358 KUHPidana yang menjelaskan unsurnya dilakukan oleh masing-masing, sehingga dapat diadili secara terpisah diantara para terdakwa hal inilah yang menyebabkan perbedaan prinsip antara pelaksanaan Pasal 170 KUHP yang di adili bersama-sama secara serentak yang berbeda dengan perbuatan pidana bersama-sama secara bergantian terdakwa diadili masing-masing sendiri secara terpisah

    Heat Transfer Characteristics of Paraffin in Staggered Fins Heat Exchanger for the Cooling Process to Room Cooling Applications

The night air temperature which is below or equal to the temperature of human thermal comfort is very potential to be used to help reduce the thermal load of the room. This utilization can help minimize the electrical energy consumption of air conditioning systems. Phase change material (PCM) can be used to utilize the potential of cold air at night as latent heat thermal energy storage (LHTES). One model of the application of PCM is the heat exchanger. PCM fills one part of the heat exchanger. The characteristics of heat transfer need to be known so that it can know the cooling rate and the time required in the process. The variable used in this study is the inlet air velocity. In this research, a staggered fins-type heat exchanger which contains PCM with paraffin material is used in the cooling process. The results showed that an increase in speed would accelerate the cooling rate. At a velocity of 3 m.s-1, the average cooling rate of the PCM mass unity was 6.4 °C.hr'.kg-1. With this rate of cooling, the potential for cold night air for about two to three hours can be utilized for the PCM freezing process

    Implementasi Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Tingkat Sekolah Dasar

    This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of academic supervision of the principal at SD Santa Theresia Marsudirini 77 Salatiga to improve teacher teaching performance. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach type with the subjects being the principal and teachers of SD Santa Theresia Marsudirini 77 Salatiga. Qualitative data were taken through a series of in-depth interview techniques and document studies of the implementation of academic supervision of the principal. The study results show that the implementation of academic supervision of the principal at SD Santa Theresia Marsudirini 77 Salatiga uses guidelines set by the National Education Standards Agency including planning, implementation, and follow-up of supervision. The planning stage formulates objectives and makes a schedule for the implementation of supervision. In contrast, the implementation stage focuses on administration prepared by teachers and the implementation of learning in the classroom. The findings are that some teachers are not optimal in preparing learning devices and the selection of learning models is not relevant today. Follow-up at the stage of academic supervision of the principal of SD Santa Theresia Marsudirini 77 uses a teacher self-development approach by participating in training provided by the school, the Marsudirini Foundation, and the Teacher Working Group (KKG)

    Analysis of The Effectiveness of Household Scale Smart Window Panel as a New Renewable Energy Source Using PVsyst Software

    Increasing electrical energy consumption causes problems because it produces greenhouse gas emissions. The problem is that the fuel used so far is not renewable. Carbon emissions can trigger global warming. Global warming causes the temperature on earth to increase, causing icebergs in the polar regions to melt and sea levels to rise. Efforts can be made to minimize this problem by transitioning to alternative energy, such as solar panels. Using solar panels as an energy source has an excellent opportunity to be implemented because Indonesia gets sunlight throughout the year. However, solar panels have drawbacks, such as surfaces that are difficult to clean, depending on location and weather conditions, and their installation requires a large area. Therefore, this research was conducted by designing smart window panels that are easy to apply on a household scale so that their effectiveness is known when implemented. The method used in this study is a simulation method using the PVsyst software. The simulation was carried out with a variable angle of installation of the smart window panel, 0°,30°,45°,60°, and 90°. The results showed that the best results were obtained from modules with an installation angle of 90° because the EfrGrid value was 19168 Kw/year and E_Solar was 104.28 Kw/year. Increasing the number of modules used can be done by using suitable inverters so that optimizing the use of smart window panels on the household scale can be done to reduce carbon emissions and achieve energy security in Indonesia
