Get PDFPenelitian ini disusun untuk menjawab permasalahan, yang pertama tentang bagaimana kewenangan Dewan Pengawas Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2019 tentang Komisi Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi, dan yang kedua tentang bagaimana analisis Fiqh Siyasah terhadap Kewenangan Dewan Pengawas Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi Menurut Undang-Undang Nomor. 19 Tahun 2019 tentang Komisi Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi. Data penelitian dihimpun melalui teknik library research dengan pendekatan statue approach yaitu menelaah peraturan perundangan-undangan yang berkaitan dengan penyusunan penelitian ini dan pendekatan conceptual approach yang bersumber dari perkembangan doktrin dalam ilmu hukum yang memiliki relevansi terhadap penelitian ini. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan pola pikir deduktif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya kewenangan dewan pengawas Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, yaitu mengawasi kinerja dari Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi; memberikan izin atau tidak mengenai penyadapan,penyitaan, dan penggeledahan; menyusun dan menetapkan kode etik pengawai Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi; menerima laporan masyarakat mengenai adanya dugaan pelanggaran kode etik; menyelenggarakan sidang kode etik; dan mengevaluasi kinerja Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi. Dalam konsep Fiqh Siyasah terdapat lembaga yang fungsinya menyerupai dewan pengawas Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, yakni Wilayah al-Hisbah. Kedua lembaga tersebut menjalankan prinsip al-amr bi al-ma’ruf wa an-nahy ‘an al-munkar, yang dijelaskan lebih lanjut di dalam Al-Qur’an Surah Ali Imran ayat 104. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menyarankan agar merevisi ulang kewenangan Dewan Pengawas Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi yang dinilai terlalu berlebihan dan membuat adanya pelemahan dari lembaga Komisi Pemebetantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi, atau membatalkan Undang-Undang Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi hasil revisi melewati jalur Mahkamah Konstitusi dan kembali menggunakan Undang-Undang Komisi Pemberanatasan korupsi terdahulu
CORRELATION OF THE IMPACT OF TAMSULOSIN/DUTASTERIDE COMBINATION THERAPY ON ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION (ED) IN BENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERPLASIA (BPH) IN PKU MUHAMMADIYAH GOMBONG HOSPITAL, KEBUMEN
Get PDFObjective: This study assessed the impact of a fixed-dose combination 5α-reductase inhibitor (5-ARI) dutasteride 0.5 mg and the α-blocker (AB) tamsulosin 0.4 mg on erectile dysfunction (ED) using The International Index of Erectile Function-5 (IIEF-5) score and Erectile Hard Score (EHS) in patients with lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) secondary to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Material & Methods: This was an analytical cross-sectional with consecutive sampling. We reviewed the medical records of the symptomatic BPH patients. Then we interviewed The International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS), Quality of Life (QOL), IIEF-5, and EHS scores after administered combination therapy. The data were analyzed with SPSS IBM 21.0 using univariate and then bivariate analysis. Results: Forty (40) patients fulfilled inclusion criteria. The results showed that the frequency of patients at most in the age range of 50-59 years (40%), most of IPSS after therapy showed mild grade 45%, and moderate grade 55%. The QOL average score is 2.08, most of the patients felt pleased (35%). IIEF-5 average score after treatment is 11.6 (moderate ED) and the EHS is 2.48 (grade 2: tumescence with minimal rigidity). The Spearman test showed that there was no correlation between IPSS and IIEF-5, the score is -0.658. Then, the Spearman correlation score between BPH grade after combination treatment and ED grade is 0.739 and had a statistically significant 0.000 (p<0.001). Conclusion: This research shows that there is a correlation of the impact of tamsulosin/ dutasteride combination therapy on ED in BPH with secondary LUTS.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
