    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner, komunikasi organisasi dan kompetensi karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Badan Usaha Milik Negara Industri Strategis (BUMNIS) di Wilayah Jawa Barat. Penelitian menggunakan metode descriptive dan explanatory survey sehingga penelitian bersifat deskriptif dan verifikatif, yaitu mengumpulkan, menyajikan, menganalisis dan menguji hipotesis untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan dan saran dengan menggunakan path analysis (analisis jalur). Penelitian dilakukan pada BUMNIS di Wilayah Jawa Barat, dengan ukuran sampel penelitian sebanyak 346 responden yang diwakili oleh karyawan bagian operasional produksi dari ukuran populasi sebanyak 3.556. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: kepemimpinan visioner, komunikasi organisasi dan kompetensi karyawan dengan kriteria cukup sampai dengan baik. Kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan kriteria cukup sampai dengan baik. Hasil analisis verifikatif menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan antara kepemimpinan visioner, komunikasi organisasi, dan kompetensi karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Badan Usaha Milik Negara Idustri Strategis (BUMNIS) di Wilayah Jawa Barat.     This study aims to analyze organizational commitment in increasing the target On Time Performance (OTP) of PT. Citilink Indonesia. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews and documentation. The data source in this study is divided into two, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study is the data triangulation method. Analysis of the data used through three stages, namely data collection, data classification and conclusion drawing The results of this study indicate that; 1) airline organization commitment of PT. Citilink Indonesia can be said to be quite good because it saw an increase in the On Time Performance (OTP) target from 2018 only 85% and 2019 becomes 90%. In 2019 On Time Performance (OTP) was achieved with a figure of 92% 2).     Background – The results of the prior assessment of thematic villages by the Tangerang City Government have not found maximum results, because thematic villages that are included in the main cluster are still below fifty percent. This shows that the performance of thematic village organizations still needs to be improved. Aim – This study aims to find a management strategy model in developing thematic villages in Tangerang City. Thematic villages have the opportunity to support the development of Tangerang City through good strategic management. Design / Methodology / Approach – The approach used in this research is qualitative. The object of research is thematic villages in Tangerang City. Informants are the leaders of thematic villages, the determination of informants is done purposively, using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used observation, interview documentation and triangulation. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Findings – This study show that most thematic villages in Tangerang City have not used a strategic management model in developing thematic villages in the form of determining a vision, conducting an environmental assessment, setting goals and implementing strategies. Conclusion – Institutional strengthening needs to be carried out through the implementation of a management strategy model assisted by the Tangerang City Bappeda. Research Implication – The implications of this study, with the results of the study in the form of a strategic management model can be used as input for the development of management science. Limitations – with a qualitative approach, the research results cannot be generalized. So for areas that have different characteristics from Tangerang City, more in-depth research is needed. But with this research, a strategic management model will be found in the development of thematic villages

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peranan sistem informasi online booking dan feedback mempengaruhi keputusan manajemen dalam memperbaiki kinerja perusahaan untuk mencapai visi perusahaan. Metode penelitian adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan tiangulasi. Penelitian dilakukan di lingkungan Kecamatan Pamulang dengan sample 3 (tiga) perusahaan otobis besar, yaitu PT. Primajasa, PO. Haryanto dan PT. Rosalia Indah. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian bahwa penggunaan sistem informasi Online Booking merupakan strategi pemasaran PT. Rosalia Indah guna menggaet calon pelanggan/penumpang.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan berbasis Management by Objective (MBO) di PT.XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan FGD (Forum Group Discussion). Wawancara dilakukan pada karyawan di PT. XYZ dengan ruang lingkup evaluasi 5W & 1H. Untuk keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data dengan analisis kualitatif: pengumpulan data, penyajian data dan reduksi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penilaian evaluasi kinerja karyawan berbasis MBO di PT. XYZ telah memenuhi ruang lingkup yang ideal (5W & 1H) termasuk dengan telah digunakannya aplikasi HRMS (Sunfish). Saran peneliti diperlukannya peningkatan kompetensi karyawan oleh Departemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) melalui kegiatan refreshing training terkait pelaksanaan MBO agar pelaksanaan evaluasi kinerja karyawan di PT. XYZ berjalan lebih objektif antar karyawan dan antar unit bisnis

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan membaca dan tingkat kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas I. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dengan data primer dari wawancara dan tes penilaian membaca, serta data sekunder dari dokumen dan referensi terkait. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, tes membaca, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta uji kredibilitas menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor internal seperti fisiologis, intelektual, psikologis siswa dan faktor eksternal latar belakang keluarga, status sosial ekonomi berperan penting dalam kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa. Tingkat kemampuan membaca siswa kelas IA bervariasi sebagian besar mampu melafalkan, kelancaran, kejelasan suara, intonasi, dan tanda baca namun beberapa memerlukan perbaikan. Kesimpulannya, faktor internal dan eksternal sangat mempengaruhi kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa, dengan variasi tingkat kemampuan yang memerlukan perhatian khusus
