ANALISIS KEANDALAN SISTEM DISTRIBUSI TENAGA LISTRIK 20kV PENYULANG BDKR DI PT. PLN (PERSERO) ULP LELES
Pada suatu sistem distribusi tenaga listrik, tingkat keandalan merupakan hal yang sangat penting karena untuk menjamin kontinuitas suplai tenaga listrik kepada konsumen. Keandalan sistem distribusi merupakan tingkat keberhasilan suatu sistem untuk periode waktu yang ditentukan dan dibawah kondisi operasi yang telah ditentukan, dalam pengertian ini tidak hanya kemungkinan kegagalan tetapi juga besarnya durasi dan frekuensi itu penting. Indeks keandalan pada dasarnya adalah suatu angka atau parameter yang menunjukan tingkat pelayanan serta tingkat keandalan dari suplai tenaga listrik sampai kepada konsumen. Indeks-indeks keandalan yang sering dipakai dalam suatu sistem distribusi adalah SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index), SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) dan CAIDI (Customer Average Interruption Duration Index). Setelah melakukan pengambilan data, penulis membuat one line diagram penyulang BDKR menggunakan aplikasi ETAP 16.0.0 lalu menjalankan simulasi model reliability assesment dan perhitungan manual sehingga mendapatkan hasil indeks keandalan penyulang BDKR. Hasil simulasi diaplikasi ETAP 16.0.0 pada penyulang BDKR mendapatkan nilai indeks keandalan sistem ditribusi SAIFI 1.33 kali/pelanggan/tahun, SAIDI 8.62 jam/pelanggan/tahun, dan CAIDI 6.48 jam/frekuensi/tahun. Dan hasil perhitungan manual mendapatkan nilai indeks keandalan sistem distribusi SAIFI 1.14 kali/pelanggan/tahun, SAIDI 8.34 jam/pelanggan/tahun, dan CAIDI 7.31 jam/frekuensi/tahun.

In a power distribution system, the level of reliability is very important because it is to ensure the continuity of electricity supply to consumers. The reliability of a distribution system is the success rate of a system for a specified period of time and under predetermined operating conditions, in this sense not only the possibility of failure but also the magnitude of duration and frequency are important. The reliability index is basically a number or parameter that shows the level of service and the level of reliability from the supply of electricity to the consumer. Reliability indices that are often used in a distribution system are SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index), SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) and CAIDI (Customer Average Interruption Duration Index). After taking data, the author makes one line diagram of BDKR feeder using the ETAP 16.0.0 application and then runs a simulation model of reliability assessment and manual calculation so that it gets the reliability index results of the BDKR feeder. The simulation results applied by ETAP 16.0.0 on BDKR feeders get the SAIFI distribution index value of 1.33 times / customer / year, SAIDI 8.62 hours / customer / year, and CAIDI 6.48 hours / frequency / year. And the results of manual calculations get the reliability index value of the SAIFI distribution system 1.14 times / customer / year, SAIDI 8.34 hours / customer / year, and CAIDI 7.31 hours / frequency / year

Schneider Electric Indonesia Ltd .is implementing Lean Sigma concept as it?s production system for continuous improvement. With these concept, PT. SEI wants to satisty customer with a good quality product, on time delivery, and has an efficient line production to increase the profit. Right now Low Voltage (LV) line production has an extreme variation due to the variation in customer?s demand for Blokset panel. It makes the line leader difficult to estimate the number of operator in each workstation. The author is focusing in busbar and power connection assy only due to the time limitation. The goal of this final project is to calculate the appropriate number of operator for busbar and cable power connection assy and finally it will improve LV line productivity
Selecting Hormonal Contraceptives in Women Taking Antiepileptic Drugs : Review of Literature and Practical Recommendations
Contraception is a very important issue in women with epilepsy, since very broad questions taken in applying it to prevent unplanned pregnancy. The choice of contraceptive methods must be related to how the mechanism of action of antiepileptic drugs (AEDs), the contraceptive itself, and both interactions. Hormonal contraception can induce metabolism of AEDs and lead to increasing of seizure frequency, and in the other hand AEDs may decrease the blood levels of hormonal contraception. Therefore, physician must consider the type of contraception being used before prescribing AEDs. Additionally, they should emphasize the interaction between them in counseling, to assure that women with epilepsy have time to decide which type will be best use for them. This challenging matter needs better recommendation for practice, both neurologist and gynecologist.

PELATIHAN INTENSIF UNTUK PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN, BUDAYA LOMBA, DAN MANAJEMEN KOMPETISI
Pekerjaan guru semakin lama semakin berkembang dengan adanya kegiatan yang dilaksanakan sekolah. Kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman berkompetisi siswa. Perlombaan yang dilaksanakan menuntut guru untuk merubah proporsi mengajar dan metode dalam penyampaiannya. Tujuan yang diharapkan adalah kemenangan dan target juara. Pada konteks pelatihan ini, penulis mengambil program ini dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan dengan bekerja sama dengan Madrasah Diniyah MTA Yogyakarta. Pelatihan yang dilakukan untuk menginisiasi kebutuhan perlombaan yang akan diikuti pada akhir tahun. Langkah pada metode EDDIE tersebut dijabarkan dalam pembuatan sistem pelatihan Intensif Madrasah Diniyah MTA Yogyakarta. Penjabarannya meliputi Assessment, Habituation, Resetting, dan Advance. Sistem pelatihan intensif pada Madrasah Diniyah MTA Yogyakarta berapda pada interval layak dan sangat layak. Angkanya yakni pada persentase 61% - 80% dan 81% - 100%. Perlu adanya pembiasaan berupa aktivitas dan budaya bertanding untuk santri-santri maupun pengajar
Premature Ovarian Failure and Epilepsy
Premature ovarian failure (POF) or premature menopause refers to development of amenorrhoea due to cessation of ovarian function before the age of 40 years. The diagnosis is based on elevated FSH levels in menopausal range (usually above 40 IU/l) detected on at least two occasions a few weeks apart. The term “epilepsy†defines a group of disorders characterized by an enduring predisposition of the brain to produce seizures. The hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis regulation is affected by the abnormal neurophysiology of seizures, and the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian associated hormones are affected by medications used to treat seizures in women with epilepsy. Ictal and interictal discharges can disrupt the normal activity of brain structures, including the limbic system, amygdala, hypothalamus, and pituitary gland. Management of epilepsy in women requires not only knowledge of epilepsy, but also recognition of the various roles and priorities women have in their lives (education, career development, child rearing, the role as carer within the extended family), and attention to gender-specific issues and their impact on patients’ wellbeing throughout life.

Nudging Green Preferences: Evidence from a Laboratory Experiment
Environmental degradation has been one of the major global concerns in the last few decades. Efforts are made to improve our environment including how to alter consumers' preferences toward the use of environmental-friendly products. We conduct an online laboratory experiment to investigate the effectiveness of information and nudges regarding green products using social (cultural) identity-specific campaigns. Our study shows that information and green nudges are unable to alter subjects' risk aversion and time preference. However, green nudges are effective to motivate subjects to allocate more to green product and that differs the effectiveness between information and green nudges in our context. Lastly, we find that some green perceptions are associated with subjects' willingness to pay for green products and characteristics. We conclude with a discussion of how to effectively deliver nudges in promoting green consumption
GAMBARAN ULTRASONOGRAFI PLAK ARTERI KAROTIS
Duplex Carotid Ultrasonography is non invasive and friendly examination, used to observe carotid artery. About 20-30% from total stroke cases, caused by extracranial carotid artery abnormalities. Atherosclerosis plaque at carotid artery is suspected as the etiology for more than 80% cerebral thromboembolism. Aim : to find out ultrasonography image at carotid artery plaque. Method : the method of this study is literature review towards experimental articles which were published internationally at Pubmed / Medline database from 1977 – 2015. The literature study is arranged based on Walker and Avant guideline, which is consist of : a) conceptual comprehension; b) aim or role identification; c) concept identification and the relation with role and aim. Result : carotid artery ultrasonography examination covers common carotid artery, proximal internal and external carotid artery analysis. Parts to notice are artery diameter, carotid bulbous, intimal medial thickness, flow velocity, type of wave, present of plaque, also artery abnormalities, such as dysplasia, coiling, kinking, and tortuosity. Conclusion : atherosclerosis plaque imaging with conventional ultrasonography is a relative easy, affordable and non invasive technique with specificity and sensitivity level equal with other imaging modalities
An experiment on bribery, tenure duration, and punishment severity in the Indonesian public finance context
Against the backdrop of increasing concern over corruption, this study delves into a laboratory experiment investigating the intricate dynamics of bribery concerning the duration of official tenures and the efficacy of punitive measures. Experimental methods prove pivotal in unraveling the complexities inherent in corrupt behaviors. The study unfolds a compelling pattern, shedding light on the interplay between public officials and civilians, particularly emphasizing the impact of officials' tenure duration on bribery. It brings forth a crucial correlation between familiarity with officials and a heightened likelihood of bribery, with extended tenures amplifying this susceptibility. The concept of "fixed pairing" accentuates the role of prolonged official incumbency in influencing bribery tendencies. Additionally, introducing punitive measures with financial repercussions proves effective in curbing bribery incidents and associated givebacks, particularly when applied to bribe recipients, suggesting heightened stakes public officials face. The study demonstrates the potential of dual treatments involving random pairings and punitive approaches to reduce the magnitude of bribes and givebacks. This study underscores the necessity of curtailing prolonged official tenures to mitigate bribery tendencies, offering insights into enhanced governance and ethical conduct through strategic rotational shifts and robust penalties. These comprehensive findings contribute valuable perspectives to addressing corruption and enhancing ethical standards within public institutions
Efektivitas Pengunaan Media Sosial Instagram Sebagai Promosi Serta Pengaruhnya Terhadap Volume Penjualan Rumah Makan Fos Food Mojokerto di Era Pandemi Covid 19
Kemajuan teknologi yang berkembang pesat juga berdampak pada dunia
bisnis pemasaran akan tetapi. Pada tahun 2020 di setiap negara yang ada
diberbagai dunia mengalami, musibah akibat penyebaran virus Corona (Covid
19), berbagai tindakan antisipasi pemerintah dalam menanggulani virus mulai
dari social distance dan saran untuk bekerja dari rumah dan menutup semua
sektor pelayanan publik. Hal itulah yang menjadikan kondisi UMKM dan para
pelaku usaha mikro kecil khususnya di berbagai kota yang menerapkan PSBB.
Akibatnya perekonomian melemah karena daya beli konsumen yang menurun.
Meskipun demikian, masyarakat tetap cerdas untuk memanfaatkan kesempatan
untuk berkarya dan menghasilkan pendapatan. Salah satu pemanfaatan yang
dimaksud adalah penggunaan media sosial sebagai lahan promosi dan Rumah
makan Fos Food Mojokerto adalah salah satu usaha rumah makan yang
menggunakan media sosial instagram sebagai media promosi.
Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas media sosial
instagram pada rumah makan Fos Food Mojokerto berdasarkan epic model.
Serta menganalisis pengaruh promosi menggunakan media sosial instagram
terhadap volume penjualan Rumah makan FOS Food Mojokerto di era pandemi
covid 19.
Penelitian dilaksanakan di rumah makan Fos Food Mojokerto Jl. Semeru
No.19, Mergelo, Wates, Kecamatan Magersari, Kota Mojokerto, Jawa Timur.
Dilaksanakan pada bulan dilaksanakan pada bulan 15 April -16 September 2021.
Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif
Metode pengumpalan data metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri
dari penyebaran kuisoner, wawancara dan obeservasi. Jenis sumber data yaitu
primer dan sekunder. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen atau
pengunjung yang membeli produk rumah makan Fos Food Mojokerto. Metode
pengambilan sampel yang akan digunakan adalah menggunakan teknik
insidental sampling pengambilan sampel berdasarkan linear time function. Uji
instrumen data yang dilakukan adalah uji validitas dan realibilitas, teknik analisis
menggunakan deskriptif kuantitaif untuk mendeskriptifkan karakteristik responden
yang mengunjungi rumah makan Fos Food melalui data pengisian kuesioner dan
juga wawancara serta menggunakan metode tabulasi dari jawaban responden
melalui hasil kuisoner yang telah diisi oleh respon. Kemudian dianalisis
menggunakan menggunakan epic model dan di presentasikan.
Hasil menunjukkan kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan rumah makan Fos
Food masuk pada rentang skala yang efektif dengan hasil epic rate sebesar
3,905. Promosi (X) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap volume penjualan (Y)
pada Rumah makan Fos Food pada masa pandemi covid 19 dibuktikan dengan
hasil uji t dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Besarnya pengaruh Promosi (X)
terhadap volume penjualan (Y) koefisien korelasi R = 0,488 (48,8%) sisanya
dipengaruh oleh variabel- variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.
Saran dari penelitian ini diharapkan untuk promosi rumah makan Fos Food
harus lebih kreatif dalam menyampaikan promosi sehingga konsumen mendapatkan dampak yang berarti dalam promosi tersebut dan untuk penelitian
selanjutnya. kurangnya daya beli konsumen dikarenakan social distance akibat
penyebaran covid 19 dan menutup semua sektor pelayanan publik. Sedangkan
mencari responden yang berkunjung dan membeli dirumah makan sangat
penting karena hal itu akan memudahkan responden untuk mengisi kuesioner
agar hasilnya lebih vali
Hydrogenolysis of furfuryl alcohol to 1,2-pentanediol catalyzed by first row transition metal salts
The growing and relatively large market share of 1,2-pentanediol (1,2-PeD) has attracted attention of researchers to find effective and economically viable catalysts. One type of catalyst that can be used for synthesizing this compound is transition-metal-based catalysts, employed in the hydrogenolysis of furfuryl alcohol (FOL). In this study, the hydrogenolysis of furfuryl alcohol were performed with 2-propanol as the hydrogen source and transition metal salts as the catalysts. The used catalysts include first-row early and late transition metals, i.e., ZrOCl2·8H2O, VOSO4·H2O, FeSO4·7H2O, CuSO4·5H2O, NiCl2, Al(NO3)3·H2O, CoCl2, FeCl3·6H2O, and Zn(NO3)2·6H2O. It was found that ZrOCl2·8H2O, VOSO4·H2O, and FeCl3·6H2O demonstrated superior catalytic activity compared to the other catalysts. Optimal reaction conditions for these three catalysts were achieved at 150 °C for 1 hour, using 2-propanol as the hydrogen source. Under these reaction conditions, the ZrOCl?·8H?O catalyst achieved 95.5% conversion of FOL and 30.3% yield of 1,2-PeD, while the VOSO?·H?O catalyst attained 80.5% conversion of FOL and 36.9% yield of 1,2-PeD. Both results were obtained with a low catalyst concentration of 0.6 mmol%. Meanwhile, the FeCl3·6H2O catalyst converted 94.9% of FOL and yielded 30.9% of 1,2-PeD, using a lower catalyst concentration of 0.4 mmol%. Kinetic studies suggested that the reactions likely follow pseudo-first-order kinetics with experimental activation energies (Ea) of 65 kJ/mol, 55 kJ/mol, and 37 kJ/mol for ZrOCl?·8H?O, VOSO?·H?O, and FeCl?·6H?O catalysts, respectively. These findings highlight the potential of transition-metal-based catalysts in achieving high efficiency with low loading, emphasizing their suitability for industrial applications
