No full textEducation plays a significant role in Islam, serving as a means to draw closer to Allah, instill good character, and improve the relationship between humans and the environment. In this context, sincerity, honor, and compensation for educators become relevant topics of discussion. This article explores the Islamic perspective on these three aspects and how they form the foundation of sustainable education. Through a review of the Qur'an and Hadith literature, as well as text analysis and interpretation, this article highlights the importance of sincerity in carrying out educational tasks and providing adequate recognition to educators. Islam views education as a long-term investment for both worldly and spiritual purposes, by providing honorable compensation to educators as an investment in the future of the community and to gain blessings in the Hereafter
Peserta Didik dalam Perspektif Islam dan Barat: Sebuah Tinjauan Filosofis
No full textEducation has an important role in shaping the character and potential of learners, which is influenced by the philosophical views underlying each education system. In the Islamic perspective, learners are seen as beings with a pure fitrah and the potential to develop holistically, including spiritual, intellectual, and physical aspects. In contrast, in Western educational philosophy, especially since the Enlightenment era, learners are defined as autonomous and rational individuals, with an emphasis on freedom of thought and critical exploration. This research aims to conduct a philosophical analysis of the concept of learners in Islamic and Western perspectives, and explore the implications of these philosophical differences for the goals and methods of education. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, which involves a review of primary and secondary sources related to Islamic and Western educational views. The results show that despite fundamental differences in the orientation of education, both perspectives have the same goal, which is the optimal development of human potential. The conclusion of this study is that the synergy between the two approaches can offer a more holistic approach to education that is relevant to the challenges of the contemporary world

No full textTulisan ini tentang konsep rezeki dalam Al-Qur’an menurut Quraish Shihab di dalam Tafsir Al-Misbah. Tulisan ini dibuat karena konsep ini merupakan konsep dengan keyakinan terhadap rezeki itu sendiri. Orang-orang mempunyai pandangan tersendiri dalam memaknai rezeki, ada yang berpendapat bahwa rezeki adalah sebuah usaha untuk mendapatkannya dengan cara apapun baik halal maupun haram yang penting usaha. Dan bahkan ada yang meyakini bahwa rezeki berupa harta, kekayaan atau material saja. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pandangan Quraish Shihab di dalam Tafsir Al-Misbah terhadap konsep rezeki. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan dengan bahan-bahan pustaka terutama Tafsir Al-Misbah dan bahan lainnya, serta penelitian pustaka dan analisis data ini dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan pendekatan tafsir maudhu’i. Kesimpulan dalam tulisan ini bahwa konsep rezeki menurut Quraish Shihab rezeki adalah sebuah perolehan yang dapat dimanfaatkan baik material maupun spiritual. Jika perolehan tersebut belum dimanfaatkan, maka belum disebut sebagai rezeki
Right and Obligation Husband Wife in Perspective Islam and State Law
No full textMarriage is a legal act performed by husband and wife to perform worship to God, as well as creating civil legal consequences between them. Because the main purpose of marriage is to build a happy, lasting household based on faith in God Almighty, it is necessary to regulate the rights and obligations that must be fulfilled by husband and wife. This research is a literature research based on qualitative descriptive data about the rights and obligations of husband and wife. Research sources are obtained from various references such as legislation, books, journals and other references that discuss the rights and obligations of husband and wife. in managing and living life as husband and wife to achieve the goals of marriage, Islam has regulated the rights and obligations of both. When they fulfill their obligations and carry out their responsibilities as husband and wife, they will feel peace and tranquility in their hearts, so that happiness in the relationship between husband and wife can be fully achieved. The rights of husbands and wives include the right to love and respect each other, communicate openly, and receive emotional and financial support from their spouse. On the other hand, their obligations include being faithful to each other, supporting each other in their daily lives, and caring for and educating their children (if any), thus providing a strong foundation on which to build a balanced and sustainable marital relationship.Pernikahan adalah tindakan hukum yang dilakukan oleh suami dan istri untuk melaksanakan ibadah kepada Tuhan, sekaligus menciptakan konsekuensi hukum perdata di antara mereka. Karena tujuan utama pernikahan yang sangat mulia adalah untuk membangun rumah tangga yang bahagia, abadi, dan berdasarkan keyakinan kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, maka diperlukan pengaturan mengenai hak dan kewajiban yang harus dipenuhi oleh suami dan istri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan yang dibuat berdasarkan data deskriptif kualitatif tentang hak dan kewajiban suami istri. Sumber penelitian diperoleh dari berbagai referensi seperti perundang-undangan, buku, jurnal dan referensi lainnya yang membahas tentang hak dan kewajiban suami istri. dalam mengelola dan menjalani kehidupan sebagai suami istri untuk mencapai tujuan pernikahan, agama Islam telah mengatur mengenai hak dan kewajiban keduanya. Ketika mereka memenuhi kewajiban dan mengemban tanggung jawabnya sebagai suami istri, mereka akan merasakan kedamaian dan ketenangan dalam hati, sehingga kebahagiaan dalam hubungan suami istri dapat tercapai sepenuhnya. Dengan demikian tercapailah keluarga yang sesuai dengan ajaran agama dan undang-undang. Hak-hak suami dan istri termasuk hak untuk saling mencintai dan dihormati, berkomunikasi secara terbuka, serta mendapatkan dukungan emosional dan finansial dari pasangan mereka. Di sisi lain, kewajiban mereka termasuk saling setia, mendukung satu sama lain dalam menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari, serta merawat dan mendidik anak-anak mereka (jika ada), sehingga menjadi fondasi yang kuat untuk membangun hubungan pernikahan yang seimbang dan berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci: Hak, Kewajiban, Suami, Istr
