Hasil daripada pemerhatian penulis, didapati bahawa pembinaan lantai tidak boleh dipasang oleh pekerja yang tidak mahir tetapi memerlukan seseorang yang mempunyai kemahiran dan berpengalaman dalam pembinaan lantai ini walaupun kerja pemasangan lantai ini nampak mudah. Get PDFWhen the Prime Minister of Malaysia announced the implementation of the Movement Control Order, the general public could not leave their homes without any good reason. This method is intended to break the COVID-19 diffusion chain. Most students who are stranded on campus often do online shopping activities because they are not allowed to leave their campus area at will. Online buying and selling activities are well received during the Movement Control Order because this is the only way that students can use to buy the goods they want. As a result of this increased activity, researchers have come up with ideas to study students' knowledge of khiyar in online purchases. The objective of this study is to identify the level of trust of UiTM Tapah students towards online purchases, to identify the effectiveness of khiyar implementation for online purchases, whether it can help students from fraud and to analyse how students deal with the problem of buying goods online fake. The population of this study is among students aged 18-23 years because the focus of this study is as many as 100 people UiTM Tapah students and this study is using quantitative methods to obtain results in this study. This study is based on data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and uses statistical descriptive analysis methods to obtain mean values and standard deviations. The data obtained will be analysed to obtain the objectives, questions and issues of the study. The results of the study show that the knowledge of khiyar still needs to be improved among students so that they are smart in doing online shopping activities without being easily deceived. The reason that needs to be improved is because the results of the study show that the level of knowledge of UiTM tapah students is at a low level. The most important findings are the majority of students have the knowledge to avoid fraud in online purchases based on the high mean value for most items. However, their knowledge of khiyar in Islam is still low based on low mean value. Students' knowledge of the importance of khiyar in protecting traders and customers is still low among students even though they are Muslims. Therefore, exposure to khiyar in Islam needs to be increased by all parties. It is hoped that this study can help teachers and students to know more about khiyar in more depth

Get PDFThe initial goal of the project was to design and analyse the structure of a GRP Payang boat. The Payang boat is a traditional wood-built boat used by fisherman. It's a boat that's been designed to fit the contour of its own body. The Payang boat was constructed using Glass Reinforced Plastic instead of wood in this project (GRP). Nonetheless, completing this project flawlessly poses numerous problems. That is due to the design of the boat frame structure, the high level of craftsmanship required, and the common usage of wood in boat construction. However, this challenge can be handled and the project's goals can be met. One of its goals is for the boat's design structure to boost its strength. Aside from that, it can successfully construct a good boat structure and ensure that the boat is stable and safe for passengers. As a result, there are phases to building a product that must be followed in order to achieve the ideal product. First and foremost, boat builders must study and learn about the boats that must be created so that they can design them using precise measurements. They can use software like PolyCad or Rhino to design the boat. They must then assess the boat's strength in order to ensure its safety. The builder will then be able to effectively design and construct the boat structure. The boat design structure will eventually be manufactured effectively. As a result of the anticipated outcome, the boat's strength can be increased by the use of GRP material and proper boat structure, resulting in a better Payang boat than previously

When the growing logistics industry in Malaysia and served mostly by SMEs, the training needs of drivers may not be priority than resulting in poor work performance of drivers reflected by many problem that arise due to these drivers. Training, one of the elements in Human Resource should be provided by the SME Logistics Company. The objective of the study are (1)10 identify the current situation in training for commercial vehicle drivers among SME logistics companies in Selangor (2) to examine the factors that can influence driver’s training among SME logistics companies in Selangor and (3) m analyse the most determinant factors affecting driver‘s training among SME logistics companies in Selangor. The study was conducted by a quantitative survey where questionnaire distribution to 226 managels of SMEs logistics companies in Selangor and only 110 of the respondents have given feedback. A conceptual framework was developed based on the extensive literature. This empirical research explored the relationship of independent variable with training needs. The three main variables being studied includes same dimensions that were grounded theory, such as economic return, personal career development and reputation of the company. The relationship between the three valiables showed different significanoe. The variables are significant for economic return of the company and driver's training. But the variables of personal career development and reputation of company it shows there no significance between acceptance of driver training with personal career development of drivers and company’s reputation

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas semen ayan KUB, ayam gaok dan ayam sensi secara makroskopis dan mikroskopis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada November Desember 2020 di UPT Balai Pelatihan dan Pembibitan Ternak Unggas Desa Laboy Jaya Kabupaten Kampar. Rancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 perlakuan masing-masing A1 (Ayam KUB), A2 (Ayam gaok) dan A3 (Ayam sensi) dan 10 ulangan masing masing 10 ekor ayam KUB, 10 ekor ayam gaok, dan 10 ekor ayam sensi. Ayam diberi label A1.1, A2.1, dan A3.1 sampai dengan A1.10, A2.10, dan A3.10 untuk memudahkan identifikasi individu. Hasil yang didapatkan dari peubah yang diukur adalah rataan volume pada kisaran normal yaitu 0,35 mL-0,38 mL, memiliki bau khas sperma (amis), semen berwarna putih susu, konsistensi kental +++ (sangat baik), pH 7, gerakan massa +++ (sangat baik), konsentrasi tidak berpengaruh, nilai motilitas semen ayam KUB 86,80 ± 1,51 % , pada ayam gaok 87,15± 0,71% dan pada ayam sensi 86,90± 0,66%. Pengamatan nilai viabilitas dan abnormalitas berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum semen ayam KUB lebih baik dibandingkan semen ayam gaok dan ayam sensi.
