    This study aims to determine and analyze the model of performance achievement (job outcome) and variables that affect job outcomes including job involment, job characteristics and work engagement. The population in this study were private banking account officers in the city of Medan with a total sample of 385 Account officers. This study uses a Structural Equation Modeling Part Least Square (SEM PLS) model. The results of this study prove that Job Involment, Job Characteristics and Work Engagement have a significant influence on the Job Outcomes of Private Banking Account Officers in Medan City, then Job Involment and Job Characteristics ob Characteristics have an indirect effect on Job Outcome through Work Engagement as an intervening variable. </p

    Purpose– This research aims to understand the mediating role of Customer Engagement in the relationship between digital marketing strategies and Food Quality on the level of consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions in the Medan City culinary industry.Methodology– This study combines quantitative data analysis and consumer surveys to identify the influence of digital marketing strategies and food quality on consumer behaviour, particularly regarding satisfaction and purchasing decisions. The sample used in this research was 250 culinary consumers in Medan City, and the data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling Part Least Square.Findings– The results of this research will provide valuable insight for culinary business owners and marketers in understanding the factors that influence consumer preferences in Medan City.Originality/Novelty– The findings from the research can help culinary business owners develop marketing strategies and improve food quality to meet customer expectations, thereby increasing customer attraction and satisfaction in buying culinary products.Implications–Contribute to a deeper understanding of the complex interactions between digital marketing strategies, food quality, and consumer behaviour in the Medan City culinary industry context

    This study aims to prove the effect of Work-Life Balance and work stress on turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction of Bank Syariah Account Officers in Medan. The location of this research is in the city of Medan with the subject of research is the Sharia Bank in the city of Medan, the population of this study amounted to 150 Account Officers, with sampling techniques using Probability Sampling with simple random sampling techniques, determining the sample using the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis. The research results partially showed that Work-life balance and work stress had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Work-life balance and work stress had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Work-life balance directly influences turnover intention without going through job satisfaction, job satisfaction is not an intervening variable, Job stress has a direct effect on turnover intention without going through job satisfaction, job satisfaction is not an intervening variable

    Penelitian ini menggunakan pendeketan Asosiatif dimana penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh Pelatihan dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Mopoli Raya Medan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 60 orang responden. Hasil penelitian terlihat secara parsial bahwa Pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan hasil t hitung &gt; t tabel (2, 021 &gt; 2,00). Secara statistik Pelatihandipengaruhi olehKinerja Karyawanatau hipotesis diterima. Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan t hitung &gt; t tabel (2,717 &gt; 2,00). Secara statistik Motivasi dipengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan, atau hipotesis diterima. Uji F dalam penelitian ini terlihat bahwa F hitung (8,209) &gt; F tabel (3,16), dengan taraf signifikan 0,001 &lt; 0,05, maksudnya Pelatihan dan Motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Mopoli Raya Medan. Uji determinasi (R-Square) dari penelitian ini sebesar 0,224 atau sebesar 22,40% menandakan bahwa variabel dari Kinerja Karyawan ditentukan dari variabel Pelatihan dan Motivasi, sedangkan sebesar 77,60% dipengaruhi dari variabel lain yang tidak ada termasuk dalam penelitian ini antara lain kompensasi, lembur kerja, disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan dan lain sebagainya

    Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) dan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui penerapan Teknolgi Budidaya Ikan Lele sebagai salah satu usaha Warga Masyarakat Kel. Limau Mungkur Kec. Binjai Barat, Kota Binjai bertujuan untuk melakukan pembinaan dan pendampingan kepada kelompok calon wirausaha agar bisa menjadi wirausaha baru di Kecamatan Binjai Barat, mitra akan diberikan pembelajaran tentang budidaya ikan lele yang layak untuk dijual dan bisa memanfaatkan lahan kosong yang dimiliki oleh warga sehingga bisa menjadi kelurahan yang produktif. Program jangka pendek dari pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) adalah para Mitra memiliki pengetahuan tentang budidaya ikan lele dan memanfaatkan teknologi dengan pembuatan kolam terpal, sedangkan program jangka panjang dari PKM ini adalah terciptanya usaha baru di Kelurahan Limau Mungkur Kecamatan Binjai Barat, Kota Binjai, Provinsi Sumatera Utara.  Program PKM ini akan dilaksanakan dalam 10 (sepuluh) bulan. Pelaksanaan program Program Kemitraan Masyarakatini dilakukan secara bermitra (berkolaborasi) dengan Kelompok calon Wirausaha Jalan Letnan Umar Baki di Lingkungan V Limau Mungkur Binjai Barat, Kota Binjai dengan dua kelompok Calon Wirausaha yaitu Kelompok Ternak Mandiri (3 orang) dan Sukses Mandiri (3 orang). Tahapan-tahapan kegiatan PKM dimulai dari Persiapan, Incubation. Implementation, Evaluasi, Pengembangan. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Metode Pendekatan Partisipatif, Metode Pendekatan Kognitif,  Metode Pendekatan Afektif, Metode Pendekatan Keterampilan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PKM ini Mitra telah memiliki usaha ikan lele, peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, peningkatan keterampilan produksi, manajamen usaha usaha dan pemasaran, peningkatan daya saing, peningkatan ipteks di masyarakat dan perbaikan tata nilai masyarakat berupa ketentraman.Â

    Purpose – This research explores the influence of work stress and Quality of Work Life (QWL) on employee performance by considering the mediating role of job satisfaction.Method – The research used a quantitative approach involving a complete census method, with a sampling number of 74 employees of the National Narcotics Agency of North Sumatra Province. Data was collected using a questionnaire to collect numerical information related to research variables. The data analysis method applied is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) as an analysis technique.Finding –  Job stress does not have a significant favourable influence on employee performance but is negatively correlated with job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the quality of work life contributes significantly positively to employee performance and job satisfaction. Apart from that, there is a significant favourable influence of job satisfaction on employee performance; then, there is a positive and significant influence of work stress and quality of work life on employee performance through the mediation of job satisfaction.Originality (Novelty) – Reveals previously unrevealed findings and comprehensively contributes to a theoretical and practical understanding of work behaviour and human resource development.Implications – Providing direction includes; developing stress management programs, improving the quality of work life, and strengthening job satisfaction to improve employee performance and welfare
