Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan budaya perusahaan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai
Purposes - The purpose of this study was to examine and find out how much influence the Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Company Culture on PT Pelindo I Employee Job Satisfaction at the Belawan Domestic Container Terminal Branch either partially or simultaneously.
Methods - The population in this study was all organic and non-organic employees in the Operational Division of the TPKDB of 120 people and the sample in this study were 60 Organic and Non Organic Employees (Purposive Sampling). Data is collected by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies and variables studied using a Likert scale. The questionnaire was first tested using validity and reliability testing, data processing using SPSS version 20.0 software, and analyzed by multiple linear regression.
Results - The results found in the hypothesis testing of this study are: Simultaneously the leadership style variables, work motivation and corporate culture have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction on the TPKDB, partially the Corporate Culture has no effect and negatively affects employee job satisfaction at TPKDB employees.

Metode - Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai organik dan non organik pada Divisi Operasi TPKDB sejumlah 120 orang dan menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini Pegawai Organik 60 dan Non Organik berjumlah 60 orang (Purposive Sampling). Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, daftar pertanyaan dan studi dokumentasi dan variabel-variabel yang diteliti menggunakan skala likert. Daftar pertanyaan terlebih dahulu diuji dengan menggunakan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20.0, dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda.
Hasil - Hasil yang ditemukan dalam pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini adalah: Secara simultan variabel gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan budaya perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada TPKDB, secara parsial Budaya Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh dan negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai TPKDB.

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformational, omitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada PT. GMF Aero Asia, Tbk Unit KNOMM
Purposes - The aim of this research was to analyze the influence of the transformational leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior in PT. GMF AeroAsia, Tbk Unit KNOMM.
Methods - Data collection method used in this research by questionnaires. The population in this research was all employees of PT. GMF AeroAsia, Tbk Unit KNOMM as many as 40 employees. The sampling technique was a saturated sampling technique. And then data analysis technique applied in this research was a multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24.0 for windows.
Results - The result of this research is the transformational leadership has positive but not significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has positive but not significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. So the most dominant variable is affecting the organizational citizenship behavior is job satisfaction.

Hasil - Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transfomasional berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap OCB. Selanjutnya variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap OCB. Sedangkan untuk variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Sehingga variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi variabel OCB adalah variabel kepuasan kerja.

Analisis faktor-faktor sukses sistem e-payment
Purposes - At the end of the first decade of the 21st century, the term Fintech has expanded to include technological innovations in the financial sector, such as innovation in financial literacy, personal banking, commercial banking, investment and so on. In Indonesia, Fintech is the second most popular thing after e-commerce. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the use of Fintech in this case the use of E-payment.
Methods - In this study using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Medan branch of PT. Wilmar Consultancy Services. The data is then analyzed using Factor Analysis to see how many factors are formed from 25 indicators which initially are groupings of five factors.
Findings - The results showed that there were 8 factors formed, namely the first factor Connectivity, the second factor Performance, the factors namely Efficiency, the fourth factor Promotion, the fifth factor of Service, the factor sixth Security, the seventh factor Advantage and finally the eighth factor Comfort. The access time (Waktu Akses) factor has the highest factor loading value which is equal to 0.870 which has the most influence among other factor indicators. And the item with the lowest value is a diversity (Keragaman) indicator that has a factor loading value of 0.552.

Pengaruh pelatihan, penempatan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai
Purposes - The aim of this research was to recognize and analyze the effect of training, job placement and work discipline on employee performance at the Medan Chemical Technology Polytechnic (PTKI).
Methods - The research method was used exploratory research, where the variable which measured by a Likert scale. The method of data collection is used in this research by questionnaire. The population in this research is 46 people of all employees at the Medan Chemical Industry Technology Polytechnic (PTKI). The sampling technique is a saturated sampling technique. Data processing uses SPSS version 24 software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing of multiple regression.
Results - The results of the research indicated that: (1) partially the Training variable affects the Performance of Employees at the Medan industrial chemical technology Polytechnic. ; (2) partially variable Job placement influences Employee Performance at Medan industrial chemical technology Polytechnic. ; (3) partially, work, discipline affects Employee Performance at Medan industrial chemical technology Polytechnic. ; (4) simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Training, Job Placement and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Medan industrial chemical technology Polytechnic.

Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 24, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda.
Hasil - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variabel Pelatihan mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai di Politeknik teknologi kimia industri Medan. ; (2) secara parsial variabel Penempatan kerja mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai di Politeknik teknologi kimia industri Medan. ; (3) secara parsial variabel Disipin kerja mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai di Politeknik teknologi kimia industri Medan. ; (4) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Pelatihan, Penempatan kerja dan Disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Politeknik teknologi kimia industri Medan.

Analisis perbandingan strategi bersaing dengan pendekatan BCG matriks dan pendekatan profitability matrix pada bank umum syariah
Purposes - This study aims at a comparative analysis of competitive strategies with the BCG Matrix and Profitability matrix approach in Sharia Commercial Banks and determines the position of each Sharia Commercial Bank with the BCG Matrix and Profitability Matrix approach.
Methods - The researcher designed this study as a descriptive of quantitative research. Descriptive method is to explain calculations used with basic theories. The quantitative method is to find out the matrices of four Sharia Commercial Banks compared to Bank Syariah Mandiri as the main competitors by comparing the BCG Matrix and Profitability Matrix approaches based on the audited financial statements of each company from 2013 to 2017.
Results - The results of this study are Bank Muamalat with BCG analysis. The position in the matrix is question marks quadrant in 2014. In 2015 until 2017 the BCG Matrix position is in the dogs quadrant. Meanwhile the Profitability Matrix is in quadrant I position in 2013, in 2014 in quadrant IV and in 2015 up to 2017 in quadrant V.BNI Syariah with BCG Matrix is in the question marks quadrant from 2013 to 2017. Likewise with the analysis of the Profitability Matrix, its position is in quadrant I from 2013 to 2017.BRI Syariah with BCG Matrix is in the question marks quadrant from 2013 to 2015. 2016 to 2017 is in the dogs quadrant. With the Profitability Matrix in quadrant I in 2013. 2014 in quadrant VI, 2015 in quadrant I and 2016 to 2017 in quadrant II. Panin Dubai Syariah Bank with BCG Matrix is in question marks quadrant from 2013 to 2016. In 2017 its position is in the dogs quadrant. With the Profitability Matrix in the position of quadrant III in 2013 until 2015. Year 2106 in quadrant VI and 2017 in quadrant VII. Generally, the conclusions obtained were strategy BCG Matrix analysis, using market growth and relative market share as variables. There are shortcomings in these variables, because there is one more variable, namely profitability that must be considered in carrying out an analysis. In the Profitability Matrix these deficiencies have been completed.

Hasil - Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Bank Muamalat dengan analisis BCG Matriks berada pada Kuadaran question marks pada tahun 2013. Tahun 2014 s/d 2017 posisi Kuadran BCG Matriks berada pada kuadran dogs. Sementara itu dengan Profitability Matrix berada pada posisi kuadran I pada tahun 2013, tahun 2014 pada kuadran IV dan tahun 2015 s/d 2017 berada pada kuadran V. BNI Syariah dengan BCG Matriks berada pada kuadran question marks dari tahun 2013 s/d 2017. Begitu juga dengan analisis Profitability Matrix, posisinya berada pada kuadran I dari tahun 2013 s/d 2017. BRI Syariah dengan BCG Matriks berada pada kuadran question marks pada tahun 2013 s/d 2015. Tahun 2016 s/d 2017 berada pada kuadran dogs. Dengan Profitability Matrix berada pada kuadran I pada tahun 2013. Tahun 2014 pada kuadran VI, tahun 2015 pada kuadran I dan tahun 2016 s/d 2017 pada kuadran II. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah dengan BCG Matriks berada pada kuadran question marks dari tahun 2103 s/d 2016. Pada tahun 2017 posisinya berada pada kuadran question marks. Dengan Profitability Matrix berada pada posisi kuadran III tahun 2013 s/d 2015. Tahun 2106 pada kuadran VI dan tahun 2017 pada kuadran VII. Secara umum kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah analisis strategi dengan BCG Matriks, menggunakan market growth dan relative market share sebagai variabelnya. Terdapat kekurangan pada variabel tersebut, karena adanya satu variabel lagi yaitu profitabilitas yang harus dipertimbangkan di dalam melakukan suatu analisis. Pada Profitability Matrix kekurangan tersebut sudah dilengkapi.

Purposes - Employees are an important asset for an organization. High-performing employees will contribute greatly to the company. Likewise, if employee performance is low, then the company's performance is bad. For this reason, the focus of this study is about employee performance. In particular, the purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance mediated by work stress and moderated by religiosity.
Methods - This study was used quantitative research methods, especially correlation research. The sample of this study was 41 respondents. This study uses a questionnaire instrument with a rating scale. Meanwhile, data analysis in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS).
Findings - The results of the study indicated positive results for testing the effect of emotional intelligence on work stress and the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance. But the effect of work stress on employee performance, although positive, but it was not significant. Other results show that work stress did not mediate the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance. As with religiosity, it did not moderate the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance.

Purposes - The orientation of this study is about implementing the service policy of the "Pegadaian" company or pawn shop. In particular, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing service policies on customers satisfaction.
Methods - The data source in this study uses primary data sources, namely questionnaires. The questionnaire was given to respondents. The analytical method used is the method of correlation test analysis and simple linear regression.
Findings - The results of the analysis indicate that the relationship between service policy and customer satisfaction was positive and significant.

Pengaruh disiplin, motivasi dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas penanaman modal dan pelayanan terpadu satu pintu
Purposes – This study aims were to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of discipline; motivation; and control on performance employees of Aceh Tamiang Regency Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service.
Methods - This research method uses exploratory research design. Data collection method is using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Total population of 107 people. To determine the number of samples the sloven formula was used, and 85 respondents were obtained. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis techniques.
Results - The results showed that partially, effect, discipline; motivation, and control of employee performance have a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, the effect of discipline, motivation and control on employee performance is a significant influence variable.

Metode - Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksploratif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Total populasi sebanyak 107 orang. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel, digunakan formula Slovin digunakan, dan diperoleh 85 orang responden. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda.
Hasil - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, efek, disiplin; motivasi, dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, pengaruh disiplin, motivasi dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah signifikan.

Pengaruh kualitas produk dan keputusan pembelian terhadap loyalitas pelanggan restoran
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian; pengaruh kualitas produk; terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; pengaruh keputusan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui keputusan pembelian.
Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif khususnya penelitian korelasional, data dikumpulkan dari 50 pelanggan sebagai sampel penelitian, pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling khususnya accidental sampling, dan teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis)
Hasil penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kedua, kualitas produk juga berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Ketiga, keputusan pembelian berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Keempat, kualitas produk berpengarug terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi keputusan pembelian

Purposes - This study aims to analyze several problems, including the influence of brand image on customer satisfaction; the influence of the brand image on customer loyalty; the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty; and the influence of brand image on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction.
Methods - This research approach classified as a quantitative research approach. The sample of this research was 51 respondents by using accidental sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, and technique of data analysis was path analysis (path analysis).
Findings - The conclusions of this research are as follows: First, the direct effect of brand image on customer satisfaction was positive and significant; Second, the direct impact of the brand image on customer loyalty was positive and significant; Third, the direct impact of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty was positive and significant; and Fourth, the influence of brand image on loyalty was mediated by customer satisfaction.
