Traffic congestions during peak hour at Jalan Paip in Sungai Buloh, Selangor / Muhammad Amiruddin Azhari
Traffic congestion give causes by heavy traffic or pack of vehicle at the road that usually happened to urban area that connected with highway. Therefore Intersection of Jalan Paip is connected with Bandar Saujana Utama and usually while peak hour there is the traffic became heavy happen in every evening on every weekday nor weekend. This issue could be identify after realise the surrounding of road was connected with a big urban area which is Sungai Buloh. It will know was a central business district and connected road to other urban area such as Duke Highway, Guthere Highway and North South Highway. The goal of this study is to decrease traffic congestion issue in study area that causes by many of vehicle with manage the traffic countdown and that lead to cause of it. A set of data of respondent to 30 questionnaire was given to people who live in Bandar Saujana Utama and was installed using statically techniques. From the observation and the result show that the traffic was heavy based on the data from traffic counting to identify heaviness of traffic in study area. The data from questionnaire show majority local people use jalan paip intersection for various of reason and it connected with Highway
Personality Competencies Analysis of Islamic Religious Education Teachers: Al-Qur’an Perspective
This study examines the personality competencies of Islamic Religious Education teachers from the perspective of the Qur'an, focusing on the gap between theoretical ideals and practical implementation in the field. Despite clear Qur'anic guidance on noble morals, honesty, exemplary behavior, and responsibility, many teachers face challenges in applying these values in their professional lives. This research utilizes a library-based approach, involving the collection and analysis of data from books, scientific journal articles, and research reports. The data collection techniques include document analysis and literature review. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively, involving thematic coding to identify relevant themes related to the Qur'an’s teachings on teacher competencies. The findings underscore that an ideal Islamic teacher embodies obedience to religious, legal, and social norms, as illustrated in Surah An-Nisa (4:59). Honesty and integrity are crucial, highlighted in Surah An-Nisa (4:69), emphasizing the role model nature of teachers. Noble morals, inspired by Prophet Muhammad as depicted in Surah Al-Qalam (68:4) and Surah Al-Ahzab (33:21), serve as models for conduct. Leadership and wisdom, as conveyed in Surah Al-Furqan (25:63) and Surah Al-Mujadila (58:11), aid teachers in guiding students effectively. A strong work ethic and responsibility are essential, as reflected in Surah An-Naml (27:88), while humility, in line with the teachings of Surah Luqman (31:18), should temper professional pride. This research contributes to the development of more spiritually grounded and morally upright Islamic teachers by aligning their competencies with Qur'anic principles
Manajemen Mutu Dalam Meningkatkan Prestasi Siswa di MAS Raushan Fikri Islamic School Kabupaten Langkat, Sumatera Utara
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana meningkatkan prestasi siswa dalam manajemen mutu pendidikan Di Mas Raushan fikri Islamic School Kabupaten langkat, Sumatera Utara. pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan pokok masalah tentang meningkatan prestasi siswa dalam manajemen mutu pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah dengan metode observasi dan wawancara dengan bapak Muhammad Amin S.Pd selaku kepala sekolah. Dari hasi anallisis data diketahui bahwa pendidikan merupakan proses memanusiakan manusia agar mampu mengaktualisasikan diri dallam kehidupan, dimana pendidikan yang baik adalah pendidikan yang tidak hanya mempersiapkan siswa untuk suatu profesi atau posisi, tetapi untuk mecahkan masalah yang dihadapi dalam kehidupan sehari hari. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan diarahkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas manusia di indonesia melalui pembinaan, pemikiran, olahraga, dan olahraga agar memiliki daya saing dalam menghadapi tantangan global. meningkatkan kualitas prestasi siswa dalam mutu pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan Mas raushan fikri ini yang khususnya ditingkatkan pada Al quran. Langkah-langkah yang dapat ditempuh untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, yaiti: penguatan kurikulum, penguatan kapasitas sekolah manajemen, penguatan sumber daya pendidikan, perbaikan berkelanjutan dan manajemen berbasis fakta
