Hikayatnima / Muhammad Zahid Azzuhri Mustapha
In the world of event planning, "HikayatNima" stands out as a bright tribute to Malaysian history within the creative portfolio of "ACG Festiverse." While the ACG Festiverse thrives on Anime, Comic, and Gaming cultures, HikayatNima stands out as a cultural cosplay event that weaves together Malay, Chinese, Indian, and other Malaysian cultures. ACG Festiverse, founded in 2022 , plays an important role in commemorating Malaysia's Anime, Comic and Gaming scene. Frankie Ng Teck Seng, the creator behind these immersive experiences, inspired the creation of HikayatNima as a means of capturing cultural nuances. HikayatNima emerges from the complex tapestry of ACG Festiverse's event portfolio as a vibrant celebration of Malaysian cultural history, deviating from the Anime, Comic, and Gaming focus to highlight the rich amalgamation of Malay, Chinese, Indian, and other local customs. Despite the popularity of ACG Festiverse, the absence of Malay cultural aspects revealed a fundamental gap in expressing Malaysia's unique character. To address this, considerable efforts were made, including the creation of a dedicated website, collaborations with cultural custodians, custom marketing, a distinctive logo, and a fascinating video commercial.
Effectiveness of performance appraisal:an integrated framework
Based on a robust analysis of the existing literature on performance appraisal (PA), this paper makes a case for an integrated framework of effectiveness of performance appraisal (EPA). To achieve this, it draws on the expanded view of measurement criteria of EPA, i.e. purposefulness, fairness and accuracy, and identifies their relationships with ratee reactions. The analysis reveals that the expanded view of purposefulness includes more theoretical anchors for the purposes of PA and relates to various aspects of human resource functions, e.g. feedback and goal orientation. The expansion in the PA fairness criterion suggests certain newly established nomological networks, which were ignored in the past, e.g. the relationship between distributive fairness and organization-referenced outcomes. Further, refinements in PA accuracy reveal a more comprehensive categorization of rating biases. Coherence among measurement criteria has resulted in a ratee reactions-based integrated framework, which should be useful for both researchers and practitioners
Type of tiles and their application in building / Muhammad Zahid Zainol
A tile is a thin object usually square or rectangular in shape. Tile is a manufactured piece of hard-wearing material such as ceramic, stone, metal, baked clay, or even glass, generally used for covering roofs, floors, walls, or other objects such as tabletops. Alternatively, tile can sometimes refer to similar units made from lightweight materials such as perlite, wood, and mineral wool, typically used for wall and ceiling applications. While finishes are usually used in the final part of the construction or manufacturing process, forming the final surface of an element which can protect the element from impact, water, frost, corrosion, abrasion, and or they can be decorative. Finishes commonly relate to internal surfaces, but they may also be applied to external elements. Therefore, this report will be discussed in more detail about types and uses of tile finishes. Next, to study the installation method of tile finishes. Lastly is to identify types of defects on tiles that usually occurred. This report mainly based on construction site named Residensi KepongMas, Kepong under the company Kenwingston Sdn Bhd. Residensi KepongMas refers to a reasonably priced, high-rise condominium nestled at kepong and is easily accessible via the Middle Ring Road. For this study, it is found that the main type of tile used for the case study building are ceramic tiles. Secondly, installation method requires good planning and workmanship. Lastly, defects may occur due to lack of supervision and poor workmanship
A study about physical fitness can improve learning performance among young adults / Siti Khadijah Muhammad Zahid
Physical fitness is the exercise that has been shown effectively to body function and brain function. It also helps to improve learning performance among young adults. Fitness it is not only thing with sport. It also can be use like daily routine to increase lung capacity and give us strength to our muscle. It also helps to reduce stress and get a better sleep. Fitness help much to prevent getting heart disease. Moreover, fitness also lubricates the joints and reduce joint pain and stiffness. Fitness or physical activity strengthen the muscle and improve balance and coordination. On the research study the researcher using the quantitative as the method approach to get the information by collecting data. The quantitative is based on the survey about effects of physical fitness for young adults health. Analysis of the data obtained indicates that respondents are less aware of the effects that can be obtained from physical fitness. The goal is to create some Info Graphic poster design for this study and want to share knowledge with others in the future

The IMD310 Industrial Training course is a core requirement for students pursuing the CDIM110 Diploma in Information Management at UiTM. It offers valuable hands-on experience in the information management field, which is essential for professional development. I completed my 8-week internship at the Public Health Unit of Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz (HCTM) and the Department of Public Health Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine, UKM. These institutions focus on advancing public health within communities. Throughout my training, I actively participated in various outreach programs, particularly volunteering for the Inisiatif Komuniti Malaysia Madani Sihat (IKMAS) initiative in Kampung Orang Asli Pos Tenau, Felda Besout, and Felda Sungai Behrang. My role included serving as an official photographer and videographer, which enhanced my skills in event management and multimedia production. Additionally, I gained valuable insights into data management, public health strategies, and professional communication. This training has equipped me with essential knowledge and practical skills, preparing me for future endeavors in the information management sector
Properties of nail withdrawal holdings on Kelempayan Timber (Neolamarckia Cadamba) / Muhammad Zahid Akmal Zawil Anuar
This research was to investigate the properties of nail withdrawal holdings on
Kelampayan timber and were tested based on standard ASTM 01761-12 to
determine the withdrawal strength of the nails. This research only have one
parameter which is three types of nails (smooth shank nail, ring shank nail,
screw shank nail). The testing were conducted in a room with temperature of
20°C and 65% of humidity of surroundings. There were about 6 nails for
every type of nails were tested during the research conducted. The results
show that the mean of maximum load for smooth shank nail is 1473.41N with
standard deviation of 119.44N. For the ring shank nail and screw shank nail,
it shows that the mean of maximum load are 1539.08N and 2570.03 with
standard deviation 317.98N and 465.02N respectively. The withdrawal
strength of the nails were recorded as 0.13MPa for the smooth shank nails,
0.14MPa for the ring shank nails, and 0.22MPa for the screw shank nails.
This research conclude that screw shank nail had the highest withdrawal
strength compared to the smooth shank nail and ring shank nail on the
Kelampayan timber
Multiple roles of circulating tumor cells and exosomes in cancer metastasis
Metastatic cancer is a prominent cause of death worldwide. Clinical evidences indicate that cancer patients affected by metastases display tumors diffused over the entire body that, once established, become very difficult to be eradicated and most of the times give a negative outcome. Both circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and exosomes can be detected in affected individuals' bodily fluids and participate to the metastatic cascade. Importantly, they are considered valuable predictors of therapeutic responses. In the last years, these biomaterials have been widely characterized, demonstrating their involvement in multiple steps of metastasis, and many strategies have been developed in order to isolate them. CTCs and exosomes have become fundamental tools for investigating and dissecting the cellular and molecular mechanisms responsible for the metastatic process, a quest everyday more critical for prevention and treatment of metastatic cancer

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
