The Influence of Modern Entrepreneurial Attitudes on the Success of Coffee Shop MSMEs in Medan City

Warung kopi merupakan salah satu UMKM yang perkembangannya cukup signifikan di Kota Medan. Semakin tingginya tingkat persaingan, proses modernisasi sektor kewirausahaan yang semakin cepat dan kurangnya kemampuan untuk menyikapi kondisi tersebut berdampak terhadap keberlangsungan usaha yang dijalankan oleh pelaku UMKM Warung Kopi di Kota Medan. Maka, studi mengenai Pengaruh Modernitas Sikap Kewirausahaan Terhadap Keberhasilan UMKM di Kota Medan perlu dilakukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik wirausaha pelaku UMKM warung kopi di Kota Medan, menganalisis tingkat modernitas sikap kewirausahaan pelaku usaha warung kopi di Kota Medan, menganalisis tingkat keberhasilan usaha warung kopi di kota medan. menganalisis pengaruh modernitas sikap kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan UMKM warung kopi di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 36 UMKM warung kopi binaan dinas koperasi dan UKM Kota Medan. Metode interval kelas skala likert digunakan untuk menganalisis tingkat modernitas sikap kewirausahaan dan keberhasilan UMKM Warung Kopi di Kota Medan, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling-Parsial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan perhitungan interval kelas pada skala likert tingkat modernitas sikap kewirausahaan dan keberhasilam usaha memiliki nilai dengan kategori tinggi. Uji t dan p value menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara Modernitas Sikap Kewirausahaan dengan Keberhasilan UMKM warung Kopi di Kota Medan. Thus, a study on the Effect of Modern Entrepreneurship Attitudes on the Success of MSMEs in Medan City needs to be carried out. The purpose of this study was to identify the entrepreneurial characteristics of coffee shop SMEs in Medan City, to analyze the level of modernity of the entrepreneurial attitude of coffee shop entrepreneurs in Medan City, to analyze the success rate of coffee shop businesses in Medan City. analyze the influence of modernity of entrepreneurial attitudes on the success of MSMEs coffee shops in the city of Medan. This research was conducted on 36 coffee shop SMEs assisted by the Medan City Cooperative and UKM service. The Likert scale class interval method was used to analyze the level of modernity of entrepreneurial attitudes and the success of UMKM Coffee Shops in Medan City, data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis were carried out to examine the influence between variables.
The results showed that based on class interval calculations on the Likert scale, the level of modernity of entrepreneurial attitudes and business success has a high category value. The t and p value tests show that there is a significant positive influence between the Modernity of Entrepreneurial Attitudes and the Success of MSMEs in Coffee Shops in Medan City
Asymmetry Analysis of Sugar Prices in North Sumatra

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transmisi harga gula di tingkat produsen terhadap harga gula di tingkat konsumen bersifat asimetris pada jangka panjang dan simetris jangka pendek. Sedangkan transmisi harga di tingkat konsumen terhadap harga di tingkat produsen bersifat asimetris pada jangka panjang dan jangka pendek. Hasil peramalan harga gula pada tingkat produsen dan konsumen di provinsi Sumatera Utara mulai januari 2023-desember 2023

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
