    Current class attendance system in UiTM is still using the manual form to collect attendance with is collect signature of the student. Many neglected occurs when using the manual collection attendance system, including missing of attendance paper when needed and trouble to lecturer to calculate the percentage of absenteeism. The main purpose of the project is to develop a mobile application for class attendance record called MobCAS and provide the percentage of student absenteeism. This project development in android application because android is widely used and easy to create. This project uses phpMy Admin as database and communicate using a web server. The purpose of using phpMy Admin as a database for MobCAS used by many users at one time. The results measured of learnability, effectiveness and acceptance of the application. For learnability, 30 percent respondent strongly agrees, 60 percent agree and only 10 percent disagree about the leamability of the application. For effectiveness, 30 percent strongly agree, 50 percent only agree and 20 percent of respondents not agree about the effectiveness of the application. Over 60 percent of respondents accept and interested to use MobCAS and the remaining are not interested

    The objective of this article is to analyze and examine the related literatures on Islamic financial institutions and market between 2010 until 2020. The methodology of this article is through descriptive research based on document analysis on previous studies and literatures on Islamic financial institutions and market from free-of-charge and free-of-registration online journals. The journals and articles are obtained from several sources which are google scholar, science direct and researchgate.com. Data from 74 articles related in this field were collected and statistically analyzed using the Statistical Product & Services Solution (SPSS) software. This study looked at several variables which include authorship patterns, number of articles published, research approach, geographical affiliation, subject and gender of the author.     People's perceptions of the necessity of financial management have changed as a consequence of global crisis. The consequence of this circumstance not only jeopardises a country's stability, but if it cannot be avoided, it might have an impact on the community's crime rate. The necessity for investment has benefited society and the government in their efforts to achieve long-term financial stability, and it may also improve quality of life. The objective of this article is to analyze research and publication trends in environmental, social and governance (ESG), sustainable and responsible investment (SRI) and Maqasid Shariah framework between 2012 to 2021. The methodology that has been applied in this article is descriptive research based on document analysis on previous research and publication on environmental, social and governance (ESG), sustainable and responsible investment (SRI) and Maqasid Shariah framework either from free-of-charge or free-of-registration online journals. The journals and articles are acquired from various sources of channel such as google scholar, science direct and researchgate.com. 211 articles have been collected and examined for the purpose of this research. This study perceived at several variables which include authorship trend, number of articles published, research technique, geographical affiliation, issue, and author gender. The general finding of this study illustrates that most of the previous study discussed on ESG disclosure and social responsible investment, while only limited number of research and publication have been discussed and published on Maqasid Shariah framework related to ESG and SRI

A computerized-based information system plays a vital role inthe success ofan enterprise. It provides the information a business needs for efficient operations, effective management and competitive advantage easily and quickly. In this project, the author introduces the project concepts that will focus onbusiness models selection for an entrepreneur to choose and adopted the best and right business models that suits them a knowledge-based scheme for facilitating their small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The project is developed using the waterfall model of system development life cycle approach. Waterfall model is one of the most popular incremental project development methodologies. The development of the project conducted by sequence starting with analysis, design, develop, test, and lastly implementation. The prototype covers the presentation of static beneficial data and information required by the SMEs entrepreneurs. The prototype developed has simplified the business by having appropriate documents to publish the data. Eventhough, the prototype not fully covered andcompleted all aspects of SMEs it is deem necessarily for the knowledge and information for existed and future entrepreneurs. By using the prototype, it is very beneficial for a future entrepreneur to have some kind of guidelines and procedures from the references before starting opting for the best businesses to be run. Finally, the author hopes thatthisproject will really be beneficial since it isway to help the to-be entrepreneur to manage the skills and knowledge of its selected business models

    EIGHT YEARS OF JOURNAL OF MUAMALAT AND ISLAMIC FINANCE RESEARCH (JMIFR) (2004-2011): A WAY FORWARD

    This article presents the result of various bibliometric patterns of articles published by Journal of Muamalat and Islamic Finance Research (JMIFR). This journal is devoted to the field of Islamic Banking and Finance studies and their application in modern times. Data from each volume of JMIFR were collected and statistically analyzed using the Statistical Product & Service Solution (SPSS) software. This study looked at variables which include authorship patterns, length of articles, number of articles published, author productivity, contributing institutions and subject area patterns. Among the significant findings are that dual authorship is prevalent and accounted for about 56.8% of the articles published and the total number of article published for the period of 2004-2011 was 91 articles. It was found that 80% of the articles were published in English language. As for the reference used, 43.9% were journals, and 16% were books cited. The study demonstrated that despite its eight year of existence and multidisciplinary approach, contributors and citations of this journal has not yet international. Henceforth, this article provides significant suggestions and strategies for the future of JMIFR

    People nowadays choose to use mobile applications in their daily tasks. Due to COVID19 pandemic, students and lecturers faced a new challenge in learning and teaching, which have to be conducted online. One critical issue in online and distance learning is to monitor the students attendance. Google meets has been widely used but few problems emerged such as limited in notifying absenteeism. Therefore, this study aims to develop a smartphone application called MobCAS that can be used to record student attendance and to calculate the percentage of attendance automatically for reporting the absenteeism. This mobile application was created on the Android platform and communicates with a webserver using phpMyAdmin as the database platform. This paper provides the fundamental design and implementation of MobCAS. The results from users survey indicated that the system is easy to operate, effective and acceptable to use in the future

    The teacher's work desk is an important element in the learning environment which functions as a place to work and interact with students. However, often the tables used do not pay attention to aspects of use, ergonomics and aesthetics. In designing work desks, vocational school teachers use design studies, namely the Design Thinking method. Not only aspects of use and ergonomics, the author also pays attention to aesthetics, namely by adding elements of Jepara Geometric Ornaments as a cultural aesthetic value aimed at combining traditional beauty with practical functions in an educational environment. Jepara's geometric ornaments, such as the Kawung motif, have deep historical roots and are often used in traditional wood carvings. This motif symbolizes balance and harmony, which is in accordance with educational values. Its application in the design of the teacher's work desk not only adds aesthetic value, but also connects the learning space with local cultural heritage. It is hoped that the design of the teacher's work desk with elements of Jepara geometric ornaments as a cultural aesthetic value can create a learning environment that is different from others, more beautiful, comfortable, and pays attention to cultural values ​​and preserves local cultures
