This is because the Book of Maulid uses a language style that is amazing because of the harmony, beauty and harmony of its composition. This research discusses the beauty of the language of the book Maulid Dhiya'u al-Laami 'using stylistic theory. Stylistics is the study of the linguistic characteristics of a work. The realm of stylistic studies includes phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, and imagery.
The main problem that becomes the study of this thesis is how beautiful the
language used by the author of the book is. The purpose of this study is to reveal the elements of language style in the text of literary works in the form of verses of prayer and praise to the Prophet, where the use of these language style elements has an influence on the meaning of each of these verses. This research is a library research.
The results of this study are: Phonological aspects include: language compatibility and the effect of phonology on meaning. Morphological aspects include: fi'il amr which is meant to pray, for appeal, for invitation, and ism tafdhil. Syntax aspects include: the use of ism al-nakiroh and ism al-ma'rifah, and the use of exception sentences with the letter illa. Dalali aspects include: Al-Taraduf, al-lafadz al-'aam and the repetition of the word "tikrar". Imagery aspects include: Majaz, Kinayah and Alliteration

Many interpretations of Mishkaat-ul-Masabeeh have been written in the subcontinent. In view of the importance and position of Mishkaat-ul-Masabeeh, the scholars of the Ummah have arranged its Arabic, Persian and Urdu interpretations in every era. The Urdu Sharhoohat of Mishkaat-ul-Masabeeh "Khair ul Mafatih and Khair ul Touzeeh" is also the link of the same chain. Maulana Mufti Abdul Rasheed Sahib is the author of "Khair ul Mafatih" and consists of six volumes. The main features of Khair ul Mafatih and Khair ul Touzeeh is that it is a detailed research phase of Mishkaat-ul-Masabeeh. The reason for choosing it is that it has been written in a very simple and easy way. In this article, the purpose of this research is to explain the style, characteristics and comparison of these two books of Ahadith related to specific family matters in a narrative and reasoned manner. The reason for doing research on Khair ul Mafatih is that the author has clarified the difficult words of the Holy Hadith. Through question and answer, he has made difficult researches easier. He has deduced new and legal issues. The religions of the jurists have been explained with arguments. The author has described the brief situations of the hadith narrators. Many methods, techniques, and tools have been developed, covering all aspects of project management from start to finish. If project management practices are implemented correctly, it allows for increased efficiency and productivity. In this study, how project management is implemented by evaluating the use of project management tools and effectiveness in supporting projects that run in the organization of PT. XYZ. This is done by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents involved in the project that was carried out in 2018 to the present. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and inferencing using SPSS used to determine the use of tools and project management techniques. Results in this study project management tools and techniques most often used by PT XYZ are progress reports, activity lists, and project charter. النكاه هو فطرة للناس وطريقة لكامل صفاة الناس بالغا لتسكن الأهل سكينة مودة ورحمة. كانت المسألة الشديد في تطبيق متناسق العائلة حتى وقوع الطلاق. يستخدم هذا البحث هو نوع عن البحوث التجريبية.
في هذا البحث اتجريبي، استخدم الكاتب اقتراب نوعيا. اما بانسبة لمصدر البيانات هو البيانات المستخدمة القناوية والولية. طريقها بجمع البيانات من خللال المراقبة والمقابلة والوثائق. بينماطريقة تجهيز البيانات المستخدمة من قبل المؤلفين بما في ذلك : التحرير، والتصنيف، والفحص، وصممت حلل في النوعية وصفية وقت لاحق، بناء على مصدر البيانات.
يستخدم هذا البحث، استخدم الكاتب عن العرف في القرية كراجاكان المذكور بالعرف باعون النكاه، ان العرف هو كيفية لنقص الطلاق الذي يكون في اندونسيا. العرف عقد باعون النكاه هو صورة الإصلاح بطريقة تجديد عقد النكاه او فعل عقد النكاه مرة ثانية. الحقيقة مسوى هذا كيفية بتجديد عقد النكاه ولكن مختلف في الوقت كيفية عقد النكاه. اما موكب عقد النكاه الجديد هو ينكح الرجل الى المرأة ليصار الزوجة، فاما عقد باعون النكاه هو ينكح الرجل الى المرأة التي زوجته او زوجها, يفعل هذا العرف على الزواج لتمرير حيات اهله عن المسائله.
يستجيب الشيوخ عن عقد باعون النكاه، عند شيوخ القرية كان الحكم ذلك العرف كراهة مادام مناسب باحكام الشرعية. تاءثير اجتماعية هذا العرف استمرار المسائل بينهما، لتسكن الأهل سكينة مودة ورحمة بطريقة اتباع الفكرة العائلة عند الاسلام.
ABSTRACT
Marriage is one of naturally humant life and one of connecting strucure when someone strive to complete a mature character of a humant to be more mature with built sakinah,mawaddah and rahmah family. However the aplication of regulation to keep a harmony family, often its a little or complex problem happen until make a devorce or dicontinuance of marriage.
In this research, researcher discuss about tradition in Grajagan village that familiar with “Mbangun Nikah Agreement”. This tradition is one of tradition have a solution to decrease devorce in Indonesia. The procession of Mbangun Nikah Agreement is one of mediation way with renew a marriage agreement procession, which procession same with marriage agreement. The differentces in time procession. A marriage agreement when someone (man) want to make woman to be his wife. However Mbangun Nikah Agreement is about agreement between man and a woman in legal relation as a husband and wife. This tradition happen cause of dispute a couple in though family life. It can be big or small problem, but both of them do devorce yet.
This research use a type of empirical researh or field research. In this study, the author used a qualitative approach. As for the data source that is used primary and secondary method of data collection through observation and documentation while method of processing data used by authors including: editing,classification,examination and desighned. The later analyzed in qualitative descriptive depend on sources or datas.
Based on the result of the analysis, perceive about that tradition is allow to held depend on mufti opinion. The tradition allow when provided depend on islamic regulation. Social effect of this tradition when a couple face a problem continued. They can life in harmony as a couple. And both of them built a harmony situation depend on family concept in islam that is sakinah,mawaddah and rahmah.
ABSTRAK
Pernikahan merupakan Fitrah makhluk hidup, dan merupakan salah satu rangkaian seseorang dituntut untuk menyempurnakan karakter kedewasaanya, dengan cara membina mahligai keluarga yang sakinah, mawaddah, dan rahmah. Namun dalam regulasi penerapan untuk menjaga keharmonisan dalam keluarga, sering terjadinya sebuah permasalahan kecil maupun permasalahan yang kompleks hingga menciptakan sebuah pemutusan pernikahan atau perceraian.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian empiris atau penelitian lapangan, dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan pendekatam kualitatif, adapun sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangakn metode pengolahan data yang digunakan oleh penulis yakni pengeditan, klasifikasi, pemeriksaan, dan disusun sedemikian rupa dan kemudian dianalisis secara deskrpitif kualitatif,berdasarkan hasil dari sumber data yang didapat.
Dalam penelitian ini peneliti membahas mengenai tradisi adat di desa Grajagan yang dikenal dengan tradisi akad “Mbangun Nikah”, pelaksanaan tradisi tersebut merupakan solusi untuk menekan Perceraian yang marak terjadi di Indonesia. Tradisi prosesi Akad Mbangun Nikah adalah suatu bentuk mediasi dengan cara melaksanakan pembaharuan akad nikah, dalam akad tersebut prosesinya tidak jauh berbeda dengan prosesi akad nikah baru, namun letak perbedaanya terlihat pada prosesinya. Pada prosesi akad baru, seorang lelaki menikahi seorang perempuan untuk dijadikan istri, namun apabila Akad mbangun nikah perempuan yang dinikahi oleh laki-laki tersebut adalah isterinya sendiri yang notabene merupakan isteri sah dari suaminya tersebut. Tradisi ini dipicu oleh pasangan suami istri (Pasutri) dalam mengarungi mahligai keluarganya sering mengalami pertengkaran, baik itu tentang permasalahan kecil maupun besar, dan pertengkaran itu terjadi secara terus menerus, namun pasutri tersebut belum melaksanakan perceraian.
Para kyai desa setempat menyepakati hukum pelaksanaan tradisi tersebut diperbolehkan, asalkan sesuai dengan ketentuan agama Islam, Dampak sosial dari terlaksananya tradisi ini adalah Pasutri yang semula sering mengalami permasalahan dengan pasanganya secara terus menerus, dapat hidup rukun kembali selayaknya seorang pasutri dalam membina Mahligai keluarga sehingga pasutri tersebut dapat menciptakan suasana yang harmonis didalam keluarganya
