Industrial training report: PMi printing company / Nurul Najla Muhamad Zaki
This report is about my industrial training at PMi printing company which starts from March 1, 2023 until August 15, 2023. I was placed in the customer service department. My role is to serve and manage customers. This company offered printing services like print books, magazines, posters and many more, designing cutting and others. During my industrial training at the company, I have gained a lot of new knowledge and experience that I never had before. In this report, there is also an explanation of the SWOT analysis of the PMi printing company, as well as recommendation for the company and conclusions
New insights into submarine geohazard and sediment transport revealed by repeat seafloor surveys
The prevalence of submarine geohazards poses significant threats to coastal communities and global economies. This thesis investigates three main types of submarine geohazards: submarine landslides, submarine channel evolution, and volcaniclastic density currents triggered by volcanic eruptions. Utilizing innovative repeat seafloor surveys, the research aims to elucidate the processes behind these hazards and their implications for hazard assessment, sediment transport pathways, and depositional fate. The survey compare seafloor changes as long as between 13 years (Knight inlet) as well as daily changes (Squamish prodelta). The study examines various settings prone to different submarine geohazards, including a submarine prodelta linked to a seasonally active meltwater-fed river (Squamish Prodelta), a confined fjord’s submarine channel system (Knight Inlet), and a remote volcanic island affected by a massive eruption (Hunga Tonga Volcano). The research seeks to enhance understanding of seafloor evolution, its effects on coastal infrastructure, and the interpretation of past sediment transport events from seafloor and depositional archives. Each chapter addresses a specific aspect of submarine geohazards, highlighting the central role of sediment dynamics. For instance, in the submarine channels of Knight Inlet, it is demonstrated for the first time that channel curvature significantly influences dominant processes and the rate of channel migration, with a threshold normalized radius of curvature of 1.54. The investigation of delta slope failures in Squamish Prodelta reveals that sediment loading and slope geometry are critical factors affecting the occurrence and magnitude of these failures. The study of seafloor changes following the Hunga Tonga volcanic eruption underscores the diverse scales of bedforms shaped on the seafloor and their impact on density flow pathways, ranging from zero to forty kilometres from the caldera. The identified hazards span a wide spatial and temporal spectrum, from events recurring over centuries (Hunga Tonga eruption) to daily occurrences (upstream-migrating bedforms in Squamish Prodelta). This thesis offers a nuanced understanding of the processes leading to submarine geohazards, emphasizing sediment dynamics' pivotal role. It advocates for continuous reassessment based on new empirical evidence. The implications extend beyond the specific geological phenomena studied, offering valuable insights for geological studies, environmental management, and risk assessment in submarine environments. The thesis concludes with a call for further exploration, emphasizing the need for ongoing monitoring, data acquisition, and interdisciplinary studies. This approach is essential to enhance understanding of submarine geohazards, contributing to the development of resilient infrastructure and improved hazard mitigation strategies.<br/
Web-based RIG performance reporting system using web scraping technique / Siti Rasyiqah Muhamad Zaki
Data is a piece of information that exists in almost everywhere in the Internet and it is represented in either in the form of unstructured, semi-structured or structured data. In cases like these, when people want to copy certain data they do extraction from the web to the readable file. This system will be using scraping technique that can retrieve information from multiple sources and display it in the table form. The requirement for scraping the data from different sources can be done by using Python language and tools like BeautifulSoup or Pandas. BeautifulSoup can read and parse html and xml files by getting the certain data that needed. Meanwhile, Pandas purpose can clean and is a data analysis tools. The sources target limited to UiTM lecturer‟s publication which is Pure and Google Scholar. This web-based is important as it can reduce in extracting the data manually. There are many tools for collecting the data in the Internet; however, this research can help in the use of data collection method that can make the extraction easier
Customer expectation of halal certification at kopitiam in Shah Alam / Muhamad Zaki Aziz and Hazirah Hamid
The importance of Halal food certification has increased as the number of Muslim populations boost. The use of halal certification is very important in helping customers especially Muslim in selecting the halal restaurant especially kopitiam. This study empirically investigates the halal certification attributes that associated with expectation among the customers at the Hailam Kopitiam, Pappa Rich Kopitiam and Killiney Kopitiam in Shah Alam, Selangor. Using the quantitative approach, the experiences of four hundred and eight (408) customers were tapped. Through a series of descriptive and inferential statistic some meaningful insights on the issues of interest were obtained. Findings clearly revealed that trust, food quality and hygiene and safety are recognized as contributory factors that influenced customer expectation. Among these, food quality dimensions were to be the most important thing in customer expectation compared to trust and hygiene and safety. The result of this study has given some implications not only for the customers, but also for the business and managers of the kopitiam as a whole

Preferences of mobile fitness application on health related fitness component among varsity student / Muhamad Zaki Mohd Ramli
The aim of this study is to identify the preference of mobile fitness application on health
related fitness component on varsity students. Three hundred and sixty seven (n=367)
students have answered the online questionnaire that has been develop in this study.
Pilot study was carried out in order to know the validity of the questionnaire. This study
has used the preliminary study which is by making an observation on existing mobile
application in order to know the key different on mobile application. Means rank
analysis has been used in order to know the preference. The result shows that the most
preferred component by varsity students is cardiovascular endurance, followed by
muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility and body composition. For the
exercise selected, jogging has become the most preferred exercise on cardiovascular
component, followed by the strength training for muscular strength. Preference in
exercise for muscular endurance is body weight training (BWT) followed by Pilates
method for flexibility and STEP exercise for body composition

The oxide layer grown on silicon, or silicon dioxide (Si02), was important and played a crucial role in the development of semiconductor fabrication. Thermal oxidation was a method to produce a layer of oxide (usually Si02) on the surface of a wafer. This technique forced an oxidizing agent to diffuse into the wafer at high temperature and react with it. The rate of oxide growth can be predicted by the Deal-Grove Model. In this project, the dry thermal oxidation process was studied as the technique of diffusing the oxidizing agent. Tahap pengetahuan akidah pelajar sekolah menengah di Seremban Negeri Sembilan / Muhamad Zaki Zainuddin and Suariza @ Hidayah Muhammad
Akidah merupakan satu ikatan keyakinan dan kepercayaan yang kukuh antara makhluk dan Pencipta. Tujuan kajian ini dijalankan adalah untuk mengkaji tahap pengetahuan akidah pelajar. Pengetahuan akidah pelajar dalam kajian ini adalah berkaitan dengan persoalan rukun iman yang merupakan asas pegangan umat Islam. Kajian tinjauan ini dilakukan secara dalam talian di 15 buah sekolah menengah di Seremban, Negeri Sembilan dan melibatkan 352 orang pelajar. Instrumen soal selidik dibina melalui proses adaptasi daripada kajian-kajian lepas. Penganalisisan data dilakukan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif menggunakan min dan sisihan piawai menggunakan perisian SPSS. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa tahap pengetahuan akidah pelajar berada pada tahap sangat tinggi dengan skor min 4.84. Hasil kajian ini diharap dapat memberi input dan inspirasi kepada guru pendidikan Islam (GPI) supaya memaksimumkan penggunaan teknologi terkini dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran bagi mata pelajaran akidah. Aktiviti-aktiviti sokongan akademik juga perlu dipelbagaikan untuk meningkatkan penghayatan akidah dalam kalangan pelajar dalam usaha untuk menjernihkan pemikiran remaja daripada fahaman yang bertentangan dengan akidah Islam sekali gus sebagai langkah pencegahan gejala murtad secara sembunyi-sembunyi mahu pun secara terang-terangan di dalam negara
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.
