Apostasy which is part of freedom of religion is still quite controversial in the perspective of Islamic law and Indonesian legislation. However, there is an opinion from Abdullah Saeed who is trying to make compatibility between Islamic law and human rights regarding the status of apostasy. From this background, this research will question two things: namely how Abdullah Saeed thinks about the compatibility between human rights and Islamic law regarding freedom of religious conversion and the relevance of Abdullah Saeed's thoughts about freedom of changing religion for legislation in Indonesia. This type of research is library research using a qualitative-normative approach. The used method of analyzing data is a descriptive analytic one. In the method of data collection, the author uses the method of observation, literature study, and documentation. The results of this study show that Abdullah Saeed points out that the principles raised by human rights and Islamic law have a thread that is truly compatible, namely the right to freedom of choice of one's beliefs based on one's conscience and the right to life. No one can impose the will of others, including the state. Likewise, in Islamic law, there should be no compulsion in embracing religion, so that the perpetrators of changing religions should not get sanctions in the world. That is why it is important that the relevance of Abdullah Saeed's thoughts is to improve several private laws and regulations in Indonesia that seem discriminatory against people who change their religions

The relatively higher costs of synthetic fibres (glass, carbon, kevlar fibre) used in fibre reinforced composite materials make it desirable to investigate natural fibres as a source of possible reinforcement in low-cost applications Arenga pinnata or sugar palm is one of the abundance and readily available material that commonly found growing wild in primary and secondary forests in Southeast Asia including in Malaysia. As a new emerging material, this material is significant because there is a need to generate the idea, to evaluate and to try to explore the new natural resources with low production cost considering on to abundance and readily available material in Malaysian tropical forest. A number of studies have been carried out to explore the potential of Arenga pinnata fiber as reinforcement in polymers composites that gave positive results [4-9] but still insufficient to warrant their fully utilization. The dynamic mechanical properties have a major influence on the response of the material and the structural integrity of the component. The change of temperature, fibre fraction and ageing of this composite could alter the dynamic mechanical properties that still unknown. If confidence in this material is to be given in such manner, much effort is needed and it is vital that full understanding, not only of the strength but also including the durability and sustainability, be achieved. In this proposed research, ageing and as produced conditions of Arenga pinnata fibre reinforced epoxy composites (APEC), fabricated from hand-layout technique with three fibre weight fractions of 10%, 30% and 45% for each conditions are subjected to tensile test and dynamic mechanical analysis. The surface morphology of specimens is examined in order to understanding its damage mechanism

The team is developing the "l-Jeans Box" for the jeans and denim users to prevent the jeans fabric from pre-shrunk when it is being washed and prevent the loss of colour also removes the dirt. Based on the research conducted in 2011 that has been made by professor Rachel McQueen from University of Alberta has proved that the jeans wore for 15 months straight without washing them do not pose any health risks for healthy people. They tested them for bacteria and found levels of bacteria were pretty normal. However, then they wore them for 13 days before retesting them, bacteria levels were nearly identical. Jeans are very popular of casual dress around the world either for men or women. They come in many styles and colors and made up from denim cloth. Jeans have high durability and more expensive if compared with other common fabrics that required proper care and wear

The existence of awareness on negative effect of using inorganic fertilizer to human health and environment resulted the farmers shift to the use of organic fertilizer and focused on organic farming. Organic farming involves the use of natural resources derived from agricultural waste as a source of fertilizer and pesticide. An experiment was conducted to study the effect of different concentrations of indigenous microorganism on growth and yield of okra (Abelmoschus esculentus). The results of the study indicated that inoculation with 5% concentrations of indigenous microorganism significantly enhanced the yield (10%), plant height (12.4%), leaves number (15.8%), fresh weight (150%) and dry weight (69.2%) of okra. These properties showed the benefits of indigenous microorganism in promoting soil fertility and then can increased growth and yield of crop production

Indoor Air Quality (IAQIndoor Air Quality (IAQ) is critical in hospital environments due to the increased vulnerability of patients and healthcare workers to airborne contaminants. Maintaining optimal IAQ is essential for protecting health and ensuring a safe clinical environment. This study evaluates the effectiveness of HVAC Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) in improving IAQ within hospital wards, following guidelines from the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) under ICOP 2010. A case study approach was applied in two hospital wards with centralized HVAC systems. IAQ measurements were taken before and after PPM interventions. Ethical approval was obtained, and monitoring was conducted in collaboration with hospital management and the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Malaysia. The Wilcoxon signed-rank test revealed significant improvements (p < 0.05) in case study 1 for temperature, air movement, TVOC, CO₂, CO, CH₂O, O₃, and PM2.5. In case study 2, significant changes were noted for RH, PM10, CO₂, O₃, and PM2.5. However, parameters such as microbial counts, PM10 (CS1), and temperature (CS2) showed no significant change. These findings highlight the positive impact of PPM on IAQ while identifying areas that require targeted improvements, supporting the development of more effective HVAC maintenance strategies in healthcare settings
