This research is to answer questions about the message of da'wah in habib Umar
Bin Hafizh's book tells the story of Muhammad. Which includes any message that
can be taken from the book by the reader.
Content analysis is a research method used to examine the content of messages in
a communication process. Content analysis is research that is an in-depth
discussion of the content of written or printed information in the mass media.
Content analysis is generally defined as a method that includes all analysis of the
content of the text. Content analysis can also be said to be a study of the content
or meaning of communication messages based on the data available to be made
conclusions. Content analysis is a research technique to obtain an overview of the
contents of time communication messages that are carried out objectively,
systematically, and sociologically relevant, the description and analysis can use
qualitative and quantitative measurement procedures or both.
The results of the research of Habib Umar Bin Hafizh's book Tell Stories, there
are messages of da'wah that make someone have to read the book. The book
contains a lecture of Habib Umar which was booked by someone. So the groups of
habib umar's lectures or tausiyah are in the book. But it's unfortunate that
researchers couldn't find someone who compiled the book. Researchers searching
the internet even asked the bookseller. But they also could not answer who exactly
the constituents on behalf of Muhammad were. Although the author does not know
who Muhammad compiled the book, the author can practice and get the reward
after reading and understanding the book. The impression of the reader of Habib
Umar bin Hafizh's book is someone who is forgiving

(0341)566505 Email: [email protected]  ABSTRAK Pada penelitian ini, Penulis mengangkat permasalahan mengenai Keabsahan Perjanjian Kredit Antara Pihak Nasabah dan Bank Melalui Agen Elektronik Artificial Intelligence dengan Sistem Chatbot. Pilihan tema tersebut dilator belakangi karena semakin berkembangnya teknologi elektronik di Indonesia pada khususnya di bidang Perbankan. Teknologi elektronik di bidang Perbankan yang diterapkan yaitu chatbot, chatbot ini menjadi sarana dan juga sebagai perwakilan bank untuk melakukan perjanjian kredit dengan nasabahnya dan membuat banyak sudut pandang tentang keabsahan perjanjian kredit yang dilakukan melalui chatbot tersebut. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut muncul masalah keabsahan perjanjian kredit melalui chatbot. Maka penelitian ini dirumuskan masalah yaitu “Bagaimana Keabsahan Perjanjian Kredit Antara Pihak Nasabah dan Bank Melalui Agen Elektronik Artificial Intelligence dengan Sistem Chatbot?†Untuk menjawab rumusan permasalahan diatas, penelitian hukum yuridis normatif ini menggunakan metode pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan analitis, dan pendekatan perbandingan. Jenis hukum yang digunakan terbagi menjadi tiga yaitu bahan hukum premir, sekunder dan tersier. Bahan-bahan hukum yang diperoleh ditelusuri dengan cara studi kepustakaan dan mengakses internet. Kemudian bahan hukum tersebut akan di analisa menggunakan Teknik interprestasi gramtikal dan interprestasi sistematis. Kata Kunci: Keabsahan Perjanjian Kredit, Artificial Intelligence, Chatbot  ABSTRACT In this study, the author raised the issue of the validity of the Credit Agreement between the Customer and the Bank through an Artificial Intelligence Electronic Agent with the Chatbot System. The choice of the theme is behind the dilator because of the growing development of electronic technology in Indonesia in particular in the field of Banking. The electronic technology in banking that is applied, namely chatbot, chatbot is a means and also as a bank representative to enter into credit agreements with customers and make many perspectives on the validity of credit agreements made through the chatbot. Based on this background, the issue of the validity of credit agreements through chatbot arises. So this research formulated the problem "How is the Legitimacy of Credit Agreements Between Customers and Banks Through Artificial Intelligence Electronic Agents with Chatbot Systems?" . The types of law used are divided into three namely premir, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The legal materials obtained were traced through literature study and internet access. On designing a sequential based EWMA structure for efficient process monitoring
Full text linkControl chart is a popular technique that is widely used in statistical process control to identify any possible deviations from a stable state of a process. Shewhart charts are famous for identifying larger shifts, while cumulative sum and exponentially weighted moving average control charts are well known for identifying smaller shifts in process parameters. This study examines the performance of a sequential-based EWMA (namely (Formula presented.)) chart for observing the location of a normally distributed process. The performance of (Formula presented.) is oberved by using several overall run length properties (like average, median and standard deviation). The comparative study reveals that the overall performance of the proposed design is better than the existing counterparts. Moreover, the superiority depends on the choice of the design parameters of the proposed chart. A real-life data set from a steel rod manufacturing industry were considered to show the real-life illustration of the proposed design. 2020 The Author(s). It is conceded that the political will as reflected in regulations made from time to time on the protection of the nation’s cultural heritage are oriented towards preservation of the Indonesian identity and furthering social welfare. In reality however, cultural heritage objects are vulnerable to looting, willful destruction or lack of care. Using a juridical normative method, the author shall examine existing rules and regulation regarding protection of cultural heritage. One important finding from this research is that low quality of cultural heritage protection is the result of low societal understanding of the importance of cultural heritage in the making of the national identity

Full text linkThis study aims to determine the application of religion and the development of children\u27s character in the localization of Dolly Alley. Then to find out the learning process that is suitable for children in the location and find out how parents model good character and religious education in the location. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The main techniques for collecting data are observation and in-depth interviews. The respondent of this research is the Religious Teacher at SDN Putat Jaya 1. The closure of the area had an impact on the local community who lost their jobs. Including children who are affected, for example, children dropping out of school because their parents do not have jobs, even though the local government helps with MSME businesses but does not last long. This phenomenon results in children dropping out of school and low motivation to learn and eventually becoming undirected. These children have deviant behavior and bad character. Therefore, the author raised this title, able to provide solutions to the problems of character education and religious education for children in Gang Dolly by reducing school dropout rates and increasing learning motivation
Analysis of the Authority of the Substitute Notary Public in Preparing a Cooperative Establishment Deed
Full text linkThe main objective of cooperatives is established as regulated in Article 4 of Act No 17 of 2012 to improve the welfare of Members in particular and society in general, as well as as an inseparable part of a democratic and just national economic order. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to implement the establishment of a Cooperative deed according to Act No 17 of 2012? And does the substitute notary have the authority to make a cooperative deed? The type of research used by the author is normative legal research by examining library materials related to the authority of the substitute notary in making cooperative establishment deeds based on a qualitative approach. Sources and types of data in this study were obtained through secondary data. To obtain the necessary data, the author collects laws and regulations relating to the title that the author takes. In addition, the author can obtain information through searching books and scientific works of legal experts. In this case the Author analyzes the Authority of the Substitute Notary in Preparing the Cooperative Establishment Deed. From this research, the author obtained the following results: (1) The establishment of a Cooperative is carried out by means of a Cooperative Establishment Deed made by a Notary registered at the Ministry of Cooperatives in Indonesian. (2) Substitute Notary Public can also make a Cooperative Deed of Establishment as long as the Substitute Notary is registered with the Ministry that administers Government affairs in the field of cooperatives

This way of causing the impact of social conflict, ie fued or physical clash with violence between members of Satpol PP and sreet vendors. If this incident there is no handling will then cause stability of security and development will be disrupted. To that end, the author offers a more humane way through a participatory empowerment approach.
