DESAIN 3D KEMASAN MINYAK WANGI APLIKASI CAD (COMPUTERED AIDED DESIGN) DENGAN METODE API (ANALYSIS PRODUCT INSPECTION)
Pembuatan produk yang sempurna tidak terlepas dari proses design yaitu 3D modeling & 2D Drawing. Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah membuat rancangan model 3D pada produk kemasan minyak wangi dengan aplikasi CAD, Menghitung hasil pengukuran tutup kemasan minyak wangi secara CPK (Penyimpangan) dan secara Average (rata-rata). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pengambilan data keputusan menggunakan api (analysis product inspection). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah hasil pengukuran tutup kemasan minyak wangi secara CPK (penyimpangan) mendapatkan hasil 0.89, 0.08, -0.41 dan 0.40 diantara nol dan satu menandakan rata-rata proses terletak dalam batas spesifikasi tetapi bagian variasi terletak diluar spesifikasi. Hasil Pengukuran tutup kemasan minyak wangi Secara average, terdapat angka yang berwarna merah yang menandakan dimensi inspection keluar dari basic dimensions khususnya pada point nomer 3 sample 1 sampai 5 semuanya keluar dari batas toleransi . Tools Design Conepaper Speaker Measurement Using the JIG ID for Changing the Caliper
For mass production of speakers we have to prepare the component part to part and install the part accordance with their own functions, Quality Control (QC) makes sure the product is good or broken, Quality Control (QC) mechanism action based on the measurement tools and human resources (operator), to ensure the measuring instrument functions properly then each new measurement tools need to be checked periodically to ensure the measuring instrument in good condition.During the measurement process, Quality Control (QC) is inhibited by measuring parts that mushy or have shape changing big because of pressure is on conepaper part, if it occurred, it will cause charge and a loss of time. To compensate for the costs and loss of time, Quality Control (QC) create tools JIG ID (Inside Diameter) made of stainless steel 304 round bar with size Ø60x182mm this stainless steel for fairly fit because the stainless steel material resistant to heat, abrasion resistant and rustproof being choosed because JIG ID (Inside Diameter) will receive repetitive friction and resistant to low and high temperatures during the measurement process and saving.The idea of making JIG ID (Inside Diameter) is being affected by the human factor because measurements made by operator with other is not the same because of experience factor and pressure, then the idea that was created to deal with stress factors that showed using gravity (workpiece dropped down), so that the same measurement results obtained on each operator. And the results obtained on the two measurements can be seen that the most perfectly using JIG ID (Inside Diameter) with valuen 60.50mm. DESIGN MOLDING MICROWAVE MENGATASI SHORT SHOT PRODUK INJEKSION PLASTIK
Sebelum menentukan produk di produksi masal dibutuhkan beberapa konsep yaitu: desain 3D & 2D, analisa, prototype fisik, open tooling, trial tooling, initial produk, release drawing 2D, alat yang dibutuhkan CAD (Computered Aided Design) dan simulation plastic. Untuk menunjang proses tersebut maka digunakan software SolidWork, produk microwave ini tanpa menggunakan tutup dengan menggunakan material PP plastic weight 21.82gr, volume 23.83cm3, mesh manual dengan triangle size 15.000 obtained triangels number 512, and pointer diameter 3mm (hole nozzle) then for filling time give auto, melt temperature 230°C, condition temperature molding 50°C, injection pressure limit 100Mpa. Maka didapatkan untuk proses pengisihan bahan adalah 0.569 detik, dengan kekuatan tekanan 32.60Mpa, dengan mengalami cacat produk Sinkmark 0.0072mm terdapat dibagian radius, 0.0130mm terdapat pada bagian Area Injection, terdapat juga cacat produk Air Trap (udara terjebak) pada bagian radius flatten sebesar 0.569°C. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

PENGEMBANGAN PROTOTIPE ALAT BANTU SIT UP UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KESIAPAN OTOT PERUT ATLET JUJITSU: STUDI KASUS DOJO WIJAYA PUTRA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan prototipe alat bantu olahraga Sit Up guna meningkatkan kesiapan otot perut atlet Jujitsu Dojo Wijaya Putra. Perancangan dilakukan sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi oleh dosen Universitas Wijaya Putra. Pengembangan dilakukan dalam dua tahap: prototipe digital menggunakan perangkat lunak SolidWorks 2023 SP5, serta prototipe fisik untuk pengujian nyata di lapangan. Simulasi analisa kekuatan material dilakukan dengan metode statik untuk mengevaluasi keamanan struktur desain. Fokus utama terletak pada komponen Plat Dudukan yang terdiri dari 2 Plat U, 1 Poros Penghubung, dan 1 Plat Segitiga Radius, yang disambung menggunakan las. Pengujian kekuatan material dilakukan dengan pembebanan 1.000 N pada permukaan Plat Segitiga Radius. Hasil analisa menunjukkan nilai faktor keamanan sebesar 4.7, menandakan bahwa desain aman digunakan dan siap untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut.
