    This case study is based on an analysis of the impact of information security policies and practices on the existing physical architecture of the Information Systems and Technologies Directorate of the Technological University of Babahoyo, since Higher Education (HEI) is currently facing some challenges related to software and hardware security.     This study focuses on assessing the feasibility of adopting Flutter, a mobile application development framework, with the aim of improving both operational efficiency and user experience in CNEL's mobile applications. An exploratory methodology is employed, involving an extensive review of technical literature related to Flutter and the analysis of successful cases in similar situations. Furthermore, interviews are conducted with professionals from CNEL's systems department to gain internal insights into how Flutter could address current limitations and enhance efficiency and user experience. The available resources and technical support for successfully implementing Flutter in CNEL are also evaluated. The analysis of the results reveals that Flutter has the potential to expedite development, reduce costs, and enhance the user experience in CNEL's mobile applications. The advantages of its development efficiency and the creation of attractive and customizable user interfaces are highlighted. As a result, key recommendations are presented for the successful implementation of Flutter in CNEL. Por esto el presente proyecto busca hacer un análisis de la seguridad de la información en la infraestructura tecnológica de la empresa “Internet Los Ríos” buscando las posibles vulnerabilidades y amenazas que puedan comprometer gravemente la integridad de la empresa.     In the present study, the analysis of requirements and functional requirements of the information system used in the microenterprise Pcmovil Solutions S.A. was carried out exhaustively. of the San Juan Parish of the Puebloviejo Canton. The main objective of executing this study was to analyze this system in detail from different perspectives, applying various research techniques with the purpose of identifying possible areas of improvement and thus propose several strategies that allow improving the operational management of the microenterprise. The basis of the research carried out is based on the need to optimize internal business processes, ensuring effective information management and full adaptation to the dynamics of the mobile solutions market, characterized by its constant development. It is of great importance to highlight the analysis of the needs and functional requirements which will allow us to provide improvements that directly affect the quality of the service offered and, however, customer satisfaction, which is a key element for the success of the microenterprise. . Likewise, to carry out this research, two interviews were applied, one of them was directed to the person in charge of the Technical Area, while the other was conducted to the Manager of the microenterprise. The implementation of these interviews revealed the great commitment that the micro-enterprise Pcmovil Solutions S.A. has. to promote and provide effective service to its clients. El fundamento de la investigación realizada se basa en la necesidad de optimizar los procesos internos del negocio, asegurando una gestión eficaz de la información y una plena adaptación a la dinámica del mercado de soluciones móviles, caracterizándose por su constante desarrollo. Es de gran importancia destacar el análisis de las necesidades y requisitos funcionales los cuales nos permitirá brindar mejoras que inciden de manera directa en la calidad del servicio ofrecido y no obstante, en la satisfacción del cliente que es un elemento clave para el éxito de la microempresa. Asimismo, para llevar a cabo esta investigación, se aplicaron dos entrevistas, una de ellas fue dirigida al encargado del Área Técnica, mientras que la otra fue realizada al Gerente de la microempresa. La puesta en marcha de estas entrevistas dio a conocer el gran compromiso que tiene la microempresa Pcmovil Soluciones S.A. para promover y brindar un servicio eficaz a sus clientes. Por ende, esta investigación realizada no sólo permitió analizar los requerimientos y requisitos funcionales en el sistema de información, sino que también llego a proponer varias perspectivas para poder realizar las mejoras correspondientes en la microempresa

The security policies implemented, the cyber threats faced and the security measures adopted are analysed. In addition, a network traffic analysis is conducted to identify potential risks. Past security incidents and current threats, such as malware attacks and port scans, are discussed. Security measures, such as the use of a Fortinet firewall and an intrusion detection system, are summarised. Recommendations for improving security, such as upgrading systems, are mentioned.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films.
