Sun Ace Kakoh (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. / Mohammad Fadhli Japry
In a nutshell, what I had learned throughout this internship was a good communication among team members and other colleagues. This is because, me as a practical student sometimes involve in the discussion with other engineers. As a result, if we had a good communication skill, we can share some ideas for the project. Moreover, aside good communication skill, during internship, I learned to be more brave to speak with other staff because of my shyness. I felt grateful to other staff because they treated me as their part of the company not as a practical student. Frankly, I can throw away my shyness to speak more with them and listening to their experience working at SUN ACE KAKOH. Furthermore, what I had learned during the internship was a perfect time management. This is because, when we work at the factory, we must quick doing something and we can't waste the precious time just like that. For example, if my manager ordered me to do something, I must do it quickly so he no need to keep waiting for me because I do not want him gave a bad impression towards me as it will affect my internship. However, for me it was same during me studying at the university because we must quick finished the assignment in the time allotted, but working environment was more challenging because we worked with human of different characters and personalities. Last but not least during this internship, I gained many new skills and knowledge about the chemical engineering even sometimes my task as out of my field but I felt grateful because I can learn it. Besides that, I also learn that I must be independent which was I must keep ask the engineers if there something that I can lend a hand for them without keep waiting the task will come to me because from that they can see I had a good attitude towards them. Other than that, I can learn we must be open minded to other people and accept their opinion and critiques because different human, different characteristic. But, for me it was actually very useful because I can apply it when go to the real working environment after graduating soon. Regarding to the chemical engineering, I'm glad that I can still remember how to use Autocad for drawing. Drawing was the common task that every engineer must know and apply it. Although on the first time, I can't remember how to use it, but when I searched throughout Internet I can use it for drawing. Encik Zulhimie also feel grateful as I can draw using Autocad so he can just pass the task to me. Besides that, I can learn how the product was made by going into the plant and asked the workers there about the reaction process as it was a part of chemical engineering. Lastly, for the recommendation, the company should give approval to internship student for working at the factory even it is lockdown as sometimes student has no work to do when they stay at home so they will propose any task that related to the company. So, the result of their practical training may not good at all. Secondly, the production department should do housekeeping in the working area once every two weeks to avoid any incident that may occur such as dust explosion. This is because, my company only do housekeeping in once every month so it not practical at all

This project study aims to prepare a design for producing new tool in cloth drying process. It uses solar plat (blacken body) to provide heat. The solar heater allows the system to absorb the energy from the sun and make air in the system become warmer. The dryer system is supported by heater system to heat water content. Electrical heater would function during the cloudy or at the night when the solar energy is not available. Both solar and electric heater can be used at the same time and it will give the best result.
The control of temperature inside the system is accomplished using a standard thermostat controller. The function of thermostat is to maintain the temperature inside the system. When temperature inside is low, the thermostat automatically switch ON the electric heater system
Work study on industrial production in x-member assembly SRM 24 (welding) at Tracoma Sdn. Bhd. / Wan Mohammad Fadhli Wan Hapandi
Presently, there are many manufacturing companies seeking improvement to their assembly operation in order to reduce the cycle time and increase productivity. To achieve the desired target, all the inefficient elements must be identified and
eliminated in order to reduce cycle time. This thesis analyses a work study in X-member assembly SRM 24 (welding) production line at Tracoma Sdn. Bhd. To achieve the objective of improving
productivity and reduce the cycle time by eliminated inefficient work element, work study analysis was applied, incorporating Method Study and Work Measurement to determine the critical path, work optimization on the assembly line and elimination
of the un-productive activities. Method study used for eliminated the unnecessary movement while work measurement used to eliminate the ineffective time. The study began by selecting one of their specified process lines, video of the entire manufacturing process was recorded and data were analyzed in Computer
Model for Operation Management (CMOM) software. The layout, placement and handling of production part were also captured in video. Through replay of the video, the duration of every operation step in every work station can be measured.
Factors that contribute toward inefficiencies of the manufacturing process were itemized and an improved procedure for the manufacturing was proposed. Based on the improved version, a new flow chart was developed. The hardware aspect of the improvement will incorporate the installation of simple conveyor
system, holding of work-piece by clamping tools and repositioning of the process machines and working personnel. The reduction of the inefficiency in material handling factors has contributed significantly to overall improvement. These changes
will result in saving in production cycle time, better productivity and reduction in cost
Tanda WAQF dalam Al-Quran Al-Karim : analisis surah Al-Kahfi berdasarkan Rasm Uthmani / Ahmad Farid Fadhli Mustafa
This research is conducted in order to study and analyze the relationship between stops in reading in the Qur‟ān and signs in semantic knowledge. In this study, the author reveals the chronology of the publishing of the Qur‟ān by looking at the origin of it‟s writing through history. In this study, the author reviews places to stop reading the Qur‟ān by looking at it‟s use based in the views of the scholars, particularly in the field of Arabic, tajwid, history and others. Therefore the author uses the method of library research in this study, by extracting sentences containing stop signs of reading, in the Qur‟ān to be studied and analyzed. From the result of this study, the author found that there were 43 sentences that contained stop-signs from the Qur‟ān, out of 110 sentences in surah al-Kahf. The author also found that there were four stop-signs being used in reading the Qur‟ān. The overall result of the study, found that stop-signs used in reading the Qur‟ān had little to do with punctuation in common writing. It is seen that more attention was given to the continuation of the story without damaging the meaning in the sentence. Research like this is very important to be brought forward to the community so that they can understand the meaning of the Qur‟ān, exactly based on correct reading
Tidally induced cross - shore sand - mud transport and long-term bed-profile evolution
A one-dimensional numerical model based on the shallow-water equations, suspended-sediment transport formulae and bed-material conservation equation was developed in order to study the morphological behaviour of idealised hump bed under cross-shore tidal current. A series of tests were carried out for some benchmark problems, such as wave propagation and hump morphodynamics, to validate the numerical scheme. The system of hydrodynamic equations was solved using the finite-volume numerical scheme associated with approximate Roe\u27s Riemann solver, a data-reconstruction and slope limiter. Hump beds consisting of sand/mud mixtures were examined. It was found that the predicted morphological behaviours of the hump beds under the cross-shore tidal current for a five year period show quite similar trends and the height of hump-profiles is reduced at the top and increased at both sides. Moreover, sand content of 40 percent produces the highest peak of hump-bed profile. This study shows that the amount of decreasing and increasing of bed-profile depends on the critical shear-stress and quantity of sand and mud in the sediments fraction

Flight service providers need real-time weather information to ensure the safety of air transportation service users. Real-time weather information can be obtained by continuously monitoring the potential for weather changes. Therefore, every airport must always pay attention to weather information originating from the Meteorological Information Service Unit, which the BMKG provides. BMKG Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang is a station that monitors the weather for flights using the Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS). Observation of data from AWOS is still done manually by looking at the weather parameter numbers regularly using the MS. Excel application. Therefore we need a system that can facilitate observers in observing changes in weather parameters in real-time more easily. Socialization activities have been carried out to explain an Android-based system that can present data from AWOS. It presents AWOS data in graphical form to make it easier to understand. In addition, this system can also send notifications via email if there is a significant change in the weather. Based on the socialization activities carried out, it can be known that BMKG employees have understood the procedures for using the AWOS monitoring system correctly
