Enfin, il réfléchit à la situation des créations LGBTQ+ dans le contexte actuel.ABSTRACT: Renée Vivien (London 1877 - Paris 1909) is both a cult author for lesbian communities and a great unknown to the general reading public in France. In recent years, however, her figure has aroused growing interest in the wake of efforts to (re-)discover women authors who have been ignored or erased from French literary history (Planté, 2003). It is in the field of popular music that we find one of the strong gestures aimed at rediscovering Vivien in the form of a book-album «Treize poèmes» by singer-songwriter Pauline Paris, which sets to music a selection of Vivien's poems, accompanied by illustrations by Élisa Franz. The aim of this article is to analyse this album as a rewriting of Vivien's work within the tradition of lesbian poetry. The article first presents the figure and work of Renée Vivien. Then, it examines the musical setting of her poems in the album by Pauline Paris. Finally, it reflects on the situation of LGBTQ+ culture nowadays.Depto. de Estudios Románicos, Franceses, Italianos y TraducciónFac. de FilologíaInstituto de Investigaciones FeministasTRUEpu

Social Constructionism in Security Protocols (Transcript of Discussion)
This is joint work between myself and my co-author, Vivien Rooney. I’m a computer scientist, and Vivien’s an applied psychologist. We’re interested in understanding how humans experience working with security protocols. And, when I use the word “security protocol”, I mean it in the most general sense: a set of rules that people and machines are supposed to follow
Lawyers' Ethics in the Anthropocene
Parker and Evans's Inside Lawyers' Ethics provides a practical and engaging introduction to ethical decision-making in legal practice in Australia. Underpinned by four theoretical concepts – adversarial advocacy, responsible lawyering, moral activism and ethics of care – this text analyses legal and professional frameworks, highlighting relevant parts of the Australian Solicitors' Conduct Rules. Case studies and discussion questions offer contemporary, practical examples of the application of ethics. The book also addresses the challenge of ethical action and offers techniques to deal with ethical conflicts. This edition has been comprehensively updated and discusses the implications of advances in legal technology, mental ill-health in the profession and the complexities of government legal practice. A new chapter covers lawyers' ethical obligation to address the legal challenges posed by climate change. Written by an expert author team, Parker and Evans's Inside Lawyers' Ethics empowers readers to identify ethical challenges and resolve them through good decision-making practices
Towards a Feminine Symbolic Order: La passió segons Renée Vivien
This article is an interpretation of the novel which Maria-Mercè Marçal published in 1994. It highlights the main elements of the feminine symbolic space constructed out of her own sexuality and declared as different from the masculine one, taking the mythical, symbolical and real character of Renée Vivien as a starting point. Around this figment of imagination the feminine past is brought to mind and a possible future is worked out, a historical and literary universe which allows us to talk about women –with a paricular emphasis placed on the woman artist– from a complete perspective. Some referents which stand out in the novel out of her own imaginary, reproduced and created by the author, are described. In this respect, the writer's intellectual, poetic and ironical response in the cultural debate which women´s creativity continues to assume is stressed, and a few keys to the respect are given. This article is an interpretation of the novel which Maria-Mercè Marçal published in 1994. Theoretical studies of the historical development of the accounting discipline: a review and evidence
Many existing studies of the development of accounting thought have either been atheoretical or have adopted Kuhn's model of scientific growth. The limitations of this 35-year-old model are discussed. Four different general neo-Kuhnian models of scholarly knowledge development are reviewed and compared with reference to an analytical matrix. The models are found to be mutually consistent, with each focusing on a different aspect of development. A composite model is proposed. Based on a hand-crafted database, author co-citation analysis is used to map empirically the entire literature structure of the accounting discipline during two consecutive time periods, 1972–81 and 1982–90. The changing structure of the accounting literature is interpreted using the proposed composite model of scholarly knowledge development
