This study examines the sentence structure of Riau Malay dialect of Kampar in Pulau Birandang Village, Kampa District, Kampar Regency. The problem raised in the research is, how is the structure of the single sentence contained in the Riau Malay dialect of Kampar in Pulau Birandang Village, Kampa District, Kampar Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out, to find, to describe, to interpret, and to conclude the structure of a single sentence in Riau Malay, Pulau Birandang Village, Kampa District, Kampar Regency. The theory that the author uses in this study is the theory of Alwi, et al. (2003). The method that the author uses in this research is descriptive method. The results obtained in the single sentence structure of Riau Malay dialect of Kampar in Pulau Birandang Village, Kampa District, Kampar Regency, namely there are 80 single sentences consisting of: 1) A single sentence with an adjective predicate with a PS pattern, the sentence kociok Sungai tu consists of the word kociok as a predicate ( P) and the word river as the subject (S), a sentence whose predicate is an adjective, namely the word kociok. 2) A single sentence with nominal predicate with PS pattern, the sentence jomu clothes den consists of the phrase jomu clothes as the predicate (P) and the word den as the subject (S), sentences whose predicate is in the form of a noun, namely the word clothes. 3) A single sentence with a numeral predicate with a PS pattern, a sentence that has a seven word badiadiok as a predicate (P) and a word den as a subject (S), a sentence whose predicate is a number word, namely the word tuao

Get PDFThe Javanese people began to recognise the variety of western literature after printing media was introduced by the Dutch colonial government. Since then, a lot of Javanese literary works written by Javanese authors have been published through mass media. It was a different condition for literature to develop compared to the preceding traditional handwriting period. In Javanese literature today, works of prose are varied into several forms, such as fairy tales, novels and even stories that are widely known in mass media, among them are Panjebar Semangat, and Jaka Lodhang. In the mass media the form becomes short stories (carita cekak, jagating lelembut, wacan boy, carios pedhalangan). Each of these forms has its own fans. The purpose of this research is to trace the concept or principle of patience, harmony and respect in Javanese culture applied by an author in a story. This research explores the story of Lamtara-Lamtara Pinggir Desa. The story is written by Sri Setya Rahayu, a story writer who often writes stories in Javanese. Sri Setya Rahayu is an active writer as her short stories, such as Panjebar Semangat, Jayabaya, Kumangdhang, Djaka Lodang, and others, are often published in magazines or tabloids

Pengaruh Penilaian Prestasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Jawa Barat
Get PDFPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan adanya beberapa permasalahan pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Jawa Barat yang Antara lain: a) belum optimalnya hasil pekerjaan pegawai; b) masih ada beberapa pegawai yang terlambat; dan c) tidak hadir dalam bekerja dan dalam prestasi kerja masih belum memperhatikan beban atau jam kerja. sehingga peneliti merasa diperlukan penelitian tentang penilaian prestasi kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.
Untuk penilaian prestasi kerja, penulis menggunakan teori dari Hasibuan yaitu kecakapan, kedisiplinan, dan tanggungjawab. Sedangkan untuk kinerja pegawai, penulis menggunakan teori A. A. Anwar Prabu Mangkunegara yaitu kualitas, kunatitas dan, tanggungjawab yang diberikan.
Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode penelitian asosiatif karena metode penelitian asosiatif bertujuan untuk mencari kaitan satu varabel yang satu dengan variabel yang lainserta bagaimana tingkat kekuatan hubungannya, teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan dan angket. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, dari 123 populasi setelah dihitung menjadi 55 responden. Teknik pengolahan datanya berupa korelasi dan regresi.
Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh t hitung sebesar 9,2089707, sementara itu t dari tabel distribusi-t pada taraf signifikasi = 0,05 uji dua pihak dan dk = n – 2= 55-2 = 53 diperoleh t tabel = 2,004879275. Oleh karena nilai t hitung > t tabel ( 9,2089707 2,004879275 ) maka Ho ditolak, artinya secara parsial ada pengaruh signifikan antara penilaian prestasi kerja dengan kinerja pegawai. Dengan persentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel independen (penilaian prestasi kerja) terhadap variabel dependen (kinerja pegawai) yang telah dihitung sebesar 47,10% masuk dalam kriteria pengaruh yang cukup tinggi, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 52,90% dipengaruhi oleh factor lain yang belum diteliti oleh peneliti.

Cicilia Sri Rahayu: Effect of Job Performance Assessment Against Employee Performance Manpower and Transmigration West Java Province
The background of this research with some of the problems at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of West Java province Among other things: a) the employee's work is not optimal; b) there are still some employees who are late; and c) not present in the work and the performance is still not pay attention to the load or work hours. so the researchers felt necessary research on performance appraisal to improve employee performance.
For performance appraisal, the author uses the theory of Hasibuan is skills, discipline, and responsibility. As for the performance of an employee, the author uses the theory of AA Anwar King Mangkunegara namely quality, quantities and, given responsibility.
The research method used is associative research methods for associative research methods aim to find connection with each one varabel lainserta how variable levels of relationship strength, technique of data collection through literature study and a questionnaire. The sampling technique using sampling techniques using Slovin formula, after the population of 123 was calculated to be 55 respondents. Data processing techniques such as correlation and regression.
Based on research conducted obtained t count of 9.2089707, while the t-t distribution table at = 0.05 significance level test of the two parties and df = n - 2 = 55-2 = 53 obtained t table = 2.004879275 . Since the value of t count> t table (9.2089707 2.004879275) then Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant effect partially between the performance appraisal with the employee's performance. With the influence of the percentage contribution of the independent variable (performance appraisal) on the dependent variable (employee performance) that have been computed at 47.10% in the criteria that influence is quite high, while the remaining 52.90% is influenced by other factors that have not been studied by researchers

This study is a correlational study using a quantitative approach. In sampling the author uses simple random sampling technique with a number of teachers as the sample is as much as 182 teachers. Researchers in data collection using questionnaires. The results showed that: 1) Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant impact on work motivation; 2) Motivation have a impact no significant effect on work motivation; 3) Cultural organizations working have a impact no significant effect on work motivation; 4) Interpersonal communication has a positive effect but not significant to teacher job satisfaction; 5) Work motivation has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of teachers; 6) the organization's work culture has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of teachers; 7) Work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction but teachers; 8) Interpersonal communication and motivation to have simultaneous and significant influence on work motivation; 9) Work motivation and work culture organization does not have the effect of simultaneous and significant impact on work motivation; 10) Interpersonal communication and organizational work culture simultaneously influence and significant impact on work motivation; 11) Interpersonal communication, motivation and organizational work culture simultaneously influence and significant impact on work motivation; 12) Interpersonal communication and motivation to have simultaneous and significant influence on job satisfaction of teachers; 13) Work motivation and work culture of the organization has simultaneous and significant influence on job satisfaction of teachers; 14) Interpersonal communication and organizational work culture simultaneously influence and significant impact on job satisfaction of teachers; 15) Interpersonal communication, motivation and work culture of the organization has simultaneous and significant influence on job satisfaction of teachers; 16) Interpersonal communication, motivation and work culture of the organization directly affects work motivation; 17) Interpersonal communication, motivation and work culture of the organization directly affects job satisfaction of teachers.

Village Fund Management to Improve Community Welfare in Tenggela Village, Tilango District, Gorontalo Regency
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the planning, implementation of village fund management and the level of community participation in improving community welfare in Tenggela Village, Tilango District. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that in the process of realizing each stage of financial management, management is still found in accordance with the provisions of the regulation. This can be seen from the planning process to the reporting stage which is often not timely, so this also affects the final reporting and accountability carried out by the Village Head. From the results of the study, it was found that one of the influencing factors was the quality of village apparatus resources that were less competent and the performance and discipline that needed to be considered and improved considering that the village financial management process was the most important thing for the village itself. In addition, the role of the sub-district government which lacks space to be involved in overseeing the financial management process is because all stages of financial management have been carried out by the relevant agencies

The pattern of image application used by poets in a literary work, especially the text of the ship's verse, can affect the quality of the text of the ship's verse. The messages to be conveyed through literary works must be creative so that they appear attractive to read and listen to, so special characteristics and patterns are needed, especially in the field of image itself, to make his work beautiful and attractive. There are many ways to enjoy, understand and appreciate the work of the author, one of which is to study the Utilization of Imagery in Anang Kasim's Version of the Syair Surat Kapal of the Indragiri Malay Community. Therefore, the aim of this study is to analyze and interpret the Utilization of Images in Anang Kasim's Version of the Syair Surat Kapal of the Indragiri Malay Community. This needs to be examined because the existence of a literary work can be seen from how the author packages his work so that he can create its own patterns and styles from the author's side. This research is descriptive with content analysis method. The data of this research are sourced from the book Syair Surat Kapal Masyarakat Melayu Indragiri Karya Dedi Iswanto 2007. The data studied were documented by reading, taking notes, then summarized and grouped based on the pattern of applying images in Anang Kasim's version of Anang Kasim's version of Syair Surat Kapal Surat Melayu Indragiri Community. Based on the author's observations, the text of Anang Kasim's version of the Syair Surat Kapal Melayu Indragiri version has a unique and distinctive pattern of application of imagery utilization seen from the stylistic aspect, namely quality imagery so that readers are able to enjoy and interpret the express and implied meanings of the verse.

This study aims to analyze and interpret Tenas Effendy's stile authorship in Tunjuk Ajar Melayu. This needs to be examined because the existence of a literary work can be seen from how the author packs his work so that he can create his own stile from the author's side. The method used in this research is content analysis method. The source of data in this research is Tunjuk Ajar Melayu Karya Tenas Effendy in 2013 which has been recorded. The data collection technique is done by applying the hermeneutic technique. After the author of the analysis, Tunjuk Ajar Melayu by Tenas Effendy has a unique and distinctive authorship stile seen from the stylistic aspect, namely the stile as a pack of thoughts, the stile as a deviation from linguistic norms and the stile as a collection of personal characteristics
