PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI TERHADAP KUALITAS LAYANAN ADMINISTRASI AKADEMIK DI FTIK IAIN PALU
This study aims to determine: 1) The effect of employee work motivation on the quality of academic administration services in FTIK IAIN Palu. 2) The effect of employee job satisfaction on the quality of academic administrative services in FTIK IAIN Palu., 3). Effect of Motivation and Job Satisfaction of employees on the Quality of Academic Administrative Services in FTIK IAIN Palu. This research uses a quantitative approach with questionnaire data collection techniques, questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is the classic assumption test using normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Research Results Show There is a significant influence on the work motivation of administrative employees on the quality of Academic Administration Services by 17.4%. There is a significant effect of Employee Job Satisfaction on Academic Administration Service Quality of 51%, and There is a significant effect of motivation and level of employee job satisfaction the quality of academic administration services is 80.3%.

The Religious Cognition: A Meta-Analysis Study of Indonesian Students' Religious Learning Achievement
The large number of published studies related to religious learning achievement in the cognitive domain certainly raises questions in the minds of research users, especially if the conclusions produced vary from one study to another. Therefore, to find out the average of students' religious learning achievement in Indonesia on the cognitive aspect, it is necessary to carry out a meta-analysis. The meta-analysis in this study aims to determine the average effect size of the aggregate Islamic learning achievement of students in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach using meta-analysis. Research data was collected from various studies including journal articles, theses and student theses from 2009-2023 which were obtained through internet searches using the keyword Islamic learning achievement. The results of the research show that the average Islamic learning achievement of Indonesian students is 83.00 with a standard error of the weighted random model of 1.526 with a combined average score of 80.05 and an upper limit of 85.95. This shows that the ability/achievement in learning the Islamic religion of Indonesian students at the elementary to middle school levels has exceeded the minimum completeness, namely 75. Based on the Regression Method and Trim and Fill analysis, it was found that there was no publication bias. So the conclusions made based on the random effect model regarding the average cognitive abilities of students are valid
Evaluasi Reflektif Implementasi Kurikulum PAI SMP dalam Kehidupan Siswa di Kabupaten Jombang
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengevaluasi pengamalan nilai-nilai keagamaan yang terdapat dalam kurikulum PAI SMP dalam kehidupan siswa, (2) mengindentifikasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi siswa dalam mengamalkan nilai-nilai keagamaan yang terdapat dalam kurikulum PAI dalam kehidupanya, dan (3) mengevaluasi efektifitas kurikulum PAI SMP dalam membentuk akhlak siswa.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi dengan mengunakan model reflektif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan campuran. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP dikabupaten Jombang. Sampel siswa dipilih mengunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Data diperoleh dengan mengunakan angket, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi (1) deskriptif kualitatif, (2) deskriptif kuantitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) nilai–nilai keagamaan yang terdapat dalam kurikulum PAI yang terdiri 14 nilai keagamaan yang dijabarkan ke dalam 35 sub indikator, 27 nilai diantaranya telah dilaksanakan siswa dengan baik sedangkan 9 nilai belum dilaksanakan dengan baik. Nilai yang paling banyak diamalkan oleh siswa adalah pelaksanaan zakat, sedangkan yang paling sedikit diamalkan oleh siswa adalah pelaksanaan shalat di awal waktu, (2) kendala- kendala pengamalan nilai keagamaan yang terdapat dalam kurikulum PAI SMP dalam kehidupan siswa secara umum meliputi kurangnya kesadaran siswa untuk mengamalkan nilai-nilai keagamaan, kurangnya pemahaman siswa terhadap pelaksanaan nilai-nilai keagamaan, kurangnya motivasi terhadap pengamalan nilai di lingkungan keluarga, kurangnya dukungan sekolah dalam pengamalan nilai keagamaan yang terdapat dalam kurikulum PAI dan lingkungan teman sebaya yang kurang baik; Usaha yang dilakukan oleh sekolah untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala pengamalan keagamaan antara lain dengan melakukan bimbingan keagamaan baik di kelas maupun di luar kelas, pembiasaaan yang baik di lingkungan sekolah, hukuman bagi siswa yang melangar peraturan sekolah dan melakukan kordinasi dengan orang tua untuk melakukan bimbingan keagamaan di lingkungan keluarga serta pengawasaan pergaulan anak. (3) kurikulum PAI SMP tahun 2006 efektif dalam membentuk akhlak siswa. Efektifitas tersebut dapat dilihat dari segi proses pelaksanaan yang berjalan dengan dengan baik dan hasil pembelajaran terutama pada aspek afektif sebesar 67% berarti baik. Wujud dari efektifitas kurikulum terutama pada aspek hasil dapat dilihat juga dari perubahan sikap siswa yang berangsur baik setelah mereka mengenyam pendidikan di SMP

In its development, madrasas have undergone various changes, namely from the pesantren learning system to the madrasa system; from traditional to classical methods; from halaqah system to benches, desks and blackboards; from traditional to modern curricula; from classical education to modern educational reform. the change indicates the existence of process or efforts of development of madrasah education in the direction of more advanced, qualified and competitive from time to time. Conceptually, one way to improve the quality of education and competitiveness of madrasah in the era of globalization competition is to implement strategic management which includes 4 stages such as environmental analysis, formulating, implementing and evaluating strategic decisions between functions that enable an organization to achieve its goals in the future. Model Penilaian Karakter Pelajar Pancasila Berbasis Web di Sekolah Menengah Atas.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengembangkan desain model penilaian karakter pelajar Pancasila berbasis web di sekolah menengah atas dan (2) menganalisis kualitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan model penilaian karakter yang dikembangkan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan memodifikasi model Thiagarajan dan Mardapi yang meliputi tahap defining,designing, developing, dan disseminating. Uji coba instrumen model melibatkan 200 peserta didik SMA, sedangkan uji coba penerapan model melibatkan 370 peserta didik dan 30 guru di lima SMA di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Validasi isi model yang meliputi prototype model, keterbacaan instrumen model, web-based assessment dan penduan model melibatkan pakar pendidikan karakter/agama, penelitian dan evaluasi pendidikan, ahli media, serta guru dan hasilnya dianalisis dengan rumus Aiken dan reliabilitasnya diestimasi dengan ICC. Validitas konstruk instrumen dianalisis dengan Confirmatory Faktor Analisis dan diestimasi dengan Composite Reliability dan Alpha Cronbach. Karakteristik butir instrumen diestimasi dengan pendekatan MIRT-GRM Bifaktor. Data kepraktisan dan keefektifan model dianalisis dengan deskriptif kuantitatif.
Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Desain model penilaian karakter Pelajar Pancasila yang dikembangkan meliputi prototype model, instrumen, web based assessment dan pedoman model. (2) Kualitas model yang terdiri dari prototype model secara keseluruhan, instrumen model dan web-based assessment, pedoman model terbukti valid dengan nilai V-Aiken > 0,74 dan ICC > 0,7. Validitas konstruk instrumen, yang terdiri dari teacher assessment, peer assessmen,t dan self assessment terbukti fit, dengan nilai P-value ≥ 0,05, RMSEA≤ 0,08, Chi- Square 85%. 4) Model yang dikembangkan tersebut efektif ditinjau dari ketercapaian tujuan, yang mampu menggambarkan hasil penilaian karakter secara akurat dan komprehensif serta memiliki relevansi dengan kebutuhan pengguna/guru di SMA
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
