Modelos matemáticos e simulações sobre a difusão e o controle da fusariose na cultura da banana
O conjunto de dados apresenta simulações da dinâmica e do controle da fusariose, causada pelo fungo Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense (FOC), na cultura da banana. Os dados incluem informações sobre a propagação espacial do patógeno no solo, considerando fatores ambientais, bem como os efeitos de diferentes estratégias de manejo preventivo e curativo. As simulações foram realizadas utilizando códigos em Python, que implementam equações de difusão, regras fuzzy para representar incertezas ambientais e controle ótimo baseado no Princípio do Máximo de Pontryagin. O conjunto de dados permite analisar a evolução da infecção, avaliar a eficácia de medidas de controle e servir como base para o planejamento de políticas de manejo mais sustentáveis e economicamente viáveis na bananicultura
