Capital intelectual y desempeño empresarial de las empresas del sector agroalimentario de la región Arequipa, 2021
Get PDFOrientación: El capital intelectual en el entorno competitivo cumple un papel esencial para lograr el desempeño empresarial. Propósito: Este estudio buscó examinar el impacto del capital intelectual en el desempeño empresarial de las empresas del sector agroalimentario de la región Arequipa. Motivación para el estudio: Hay escasez de investigaciones que analicen la incidencia del capital intelectual en el desempeño empresarial en organizaciones de los diferentes sectores económicos. Metodología: Se empleó un análisis de datos cuantitativos, diseño transversal y alcance descriptivo correlacional y explicativo. La población enfatiza un global de (N = 434) empresas y se seleccionó un subconjunto muestral de (n = 204). Además, se utilizó un cuestionario online para recopilar información de 179 empresas (corresponde a una tasa de respuesta del 87,75 % del universo muestral). Los datos recabados fueron analizados en el estadígrafo SPSS v.26 (software estadístico) haciendo uso de los estadísticos descriptivos e inferenciales. Principales hallazgos: Los resultados expresaron tres hallazgos principales. En primer lugar, se observaron niveles buenos de capital intelectual y desempeño empresarial. En segundo lugar, se encontraron relaciones positivas y significativas entre el capital intelectual, elementos que la componen y el desempeño empresarial y, en tercer lugar, la regresión múltiple sostiene que el capital intelectual es predictor del desempeño empresarial (R2 = 0,340). Asimismo, se demostró que los elementos, capital estructural y relacional son predictores significativos en el desempeño, mientras que, el capital humano no sustenta incidencia sobre el desempeño empresarial. Contribuciones: Los hallazgos son relevantes para los gerentes, administradores y propietarios que están interesados en proporcionar estrategias que ayuden a fortalecer los indicadores que componen el capital intelectual y alcanzar mejores resultados organizacionales
Calidad del servicio educativo y su relación con la satisfacción de los estudiantes del instituto técnico profesional ITEP
Get PDFLa presente investigación tuvo como propósito principal analizar la relación existente entre la calidad de los servicios educativos y el nivel de satisfacción de los estudiantes en el Instituto Técnico Profesional ITEP. El enfoque adoptado fue cuantitativo, con un alcance correlacional y un diseño no experimental, llevado a cabo durante el cuarto trimestre del año 2021. La muestra seleccionada, compuesta por 403 estudiantes matriculados en el periodo 2021-II, se obtuvo mediante un muestreo por conveniencia, a cada participante se le administraron dos cuestionarios que incluían escalas de Likert de 7 puntos adaptadas específicamente para evaluar cada una de las variables en estudio. Los resultados obtenidos revelaron que el 73% de los estudiantes encuestados percibían un nivel alto de calidad en los servicios educativos ofrecidos por el instituto, mientras que el 88% manifestó un alto nivel de satisfacción con respecto a dichos servicios, por otro lado, el análisis correlacional realizado evidenció una relación positiva y significativa entre ambas variables, con un coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman de 0.627 y un nivel de significancia (bilateral) de 0.000. Estos hallazgos sugieren que a medida que aumenta la percepción de calidad en los servicios educativos, también se incrementa el nivel de satisfacción de los estudiantes en el Instituto Técnico Profesional ITEP. Estos resultados son de gran relevancia para la gestión educativa y la mejora continua de los servicios ofrecidos por la institución

Get PDFEl estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar si las estrategias de formación de directivos del Ministerio de Educación influyen en el desempeño de los directivos de instituciones educativas de la UGEL Camaná, Región Arequipa. El estudio fue de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico y nivel explicativo, considerando como muestra a la totalidad de la población de 33 directivos designados y encargados de la jurisdicción de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local de Camaná, Arequipa, a quienes se les aplicaron cuestionarios para medir las variables. Los resultados mostraron que las estrategias de formación en conjunto, implementado por el Ministerio de Educación no influyeron en el desempeño de los directivos de instituciones educativas de la UGEL Camaná, Región Arequipa [LR χ²(1) = 1,694, p>0,05]. Al parecer, estas estrategias se realizan bajo modelos alejados de la instancia practica del directivo, lo que reduce el impacto esperado

are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
