Las mujeres y la justicia: Un examen de las iniciativas femeninas en conflictos judicializados en el albor del siglo XVI castellano
No full textEl artículo indaga sobre las estrategias judiciales agenciadas por las mujeres de distintos concejos castellanos en el pasaje del siglo XV al XVI. Las iniciativas de las vecinas son analizadas para distinguir las cualidades de sus intervenciones. Se atiende a su perfil socio-estamental, al tipo de conflicto que las involucra y a las intersecciones jurisdiccionales en las que se desenvuelven los litigios. Se revisa en clave comparativa el modo en que las mujeres del común y las privilegiadas secomportaban en los escenarios judiciales para alcanzar diversos objetivos particulares. Si su condición de género y el estar inmersas en una misma cultura jurídica revelan prácticas comunes, las desiguales posiciones sociológicas de unas y otras denotan elementos diferenciados. La presencia femenina en los dispositivos de justicia es un tema de larga tradición dentro de la historiografía; no obstante, el examen sobre la capacidad efectiva de las mujeres para desplegar sus propios intereses, con márgenes relativos de autonomía, continúa siendo necesario para conocer no sólo su experiencia sino el propio campo de la justicia. Este trabajo pone en discusión este tópico a partir del análisis de las actuaciones concretas de algunas mujeres castellanas que protagonizan batallas judiciales.Fil: Membrado, Sofia. No full textabstract: The purpose of the study was to develop a multimodal transportation plan that outlines the City’s transportation priority projects. The transportation plan created a path to help the City achieve its vision and goals for a future transportation system in a manner that is closely aligned with the lifestyle and the values of the community. Additionally, it will address the City of San Luis mobility needs for the future population, commercial growth, the transportation needs due to the opening of the new San Luis commercial Port of Entry, and the reconfiguration of the original San Luis Port of Entry I. Gradient high-performance thin-layer chromatography for characterizing complex hydrocarbon-containing products
No full textClassic saturates, aromatics, resins, and asphaltenes (SARA) analysis has long enabled the chromatographic separation of complex hydrocarbon-containing products into these four families. This simplification often does not provide sufficient or correct information on the relationship between the composition of the products and the process variables studied. The obtention of profiles by gradient automated multiple development (AMD) is an interesting alternative to obtain extended SARA separations with increasing level of complexity for heavy petroleum products that adequately represent the entirety of the sample. An optimized 20-step gradient based on tetrahydrofuran (THF)‒dichloromethane‒n-heptane over a total migration distance of 83 mm is proposed here to characterize all types of heavy oil products. The combination of ultraviolet (UV)–densitometry (at 201, 228, and 273 nm), fluorescence detection by intensity changes using berberine cation, together with on-plate recording of UV spectra of separated peaks and the comparison with those of standards, allow for a deep characterization of chemical families. In the apolar zone of the chromatogram saturates, naphthenes, naphteno-aromatics, alkyl-aromatics, and aromatics with different degrees of condensation are detected. The use of THF, both in the plate precleaning stage and in the first stages of the gradient, is responsible for the satisfactory resolution of the resins in the polar zone. AMD chromatographic zones can be related to peaks from hydrocarbon groups in classical SARA. The application of this gradient to different types of products allowed for the relation of the profiles of bitumen to their origin, differentiation of the resin part trapped in asphaltenes, control performance of deasphalting in hydrorefining products, and the control of the composition of base oils

Para tanto, analisou-se de que forma a representação de tal espaço torna-o simbólico e, posteriormente, mítico, tanto no conjunto da obra do autor, como também, a partir desse movimento individual de Borges, no imaginário coletivo da cidade. Estudou-se ainda como a memória própria e o imaginário criaram espaços afetivos, que permeiam a totalidade dos textos do autor.Abstract: This study investigates how Jorge Luis Borges builds Sur neighborhood as mythic space in his first three books of poetry. To this end, we analyzed how the representation of such a space make of it a symbolic and later a mythical space, both in the overall work of the author, but also that individual movement of Borges that achieve the collective imagination of the city. Still we have studied how the personal memory and the imagery is able to create emotional spaces, which constitute the totality of texts by the author

No full textEste artículo analiza las modalidades de intervención de las mujeres en la justicia regia en pos de la promoción de sus intereses materiales, en el obispado de Ávila a fines del siglo XV. El objetivo será identificar las diversas cualidades de las estrategias jurídicas y retóricas que utilizaban frente a distintos tipos de conflictos en los que buscaban preservar y gestionar su patrimonio. Si bien existían tácticas comunes, la condición de clase y el estamento habilitaban prácticas diferenciadas.Cet article analyse la capacité d`action des femmes dans la scène judiciaire royale visant d`avantager leurs intérêts matériels en prenant le cas du diocèse de Ávila à la fin du XVe siècle. L`objectif de cette étude est de présenter les différents caractéristiques de leurs stratégies juridiques et rhétoriques face à les divers conflits où elles interviennent afin de préserver et gérer son patrimoine. Même s`il y avait des tactiques partagées, la condition de la classe et le statut généraient des pratiques différenciées.This essay analyzes women´s agency to intervene in the royal justice with the purpose of promoting their material interests in Ávila´s bishopric in the late XV century. The aim of this paper is to identify salient characteristics in their legal and rhetorical strategies, when facing different conflicts in order to preserve and manage their assets. As this contribution suggests, although certain tactics were common to all women, class and status conditions enabled differentiated practices.Avilako apezpikutzan XV. mendearen amaieran emakumeek beren interes materialen alde egiteko zituzten moduak aztertu dira artikulu honetan; zehazki, erregeen justizian esku hartzeko zituzten bideak. Gatazka-mota desberdinetan, beren ondarea zaindu eta kudeatu nahi zutenean erabiltzen zituzten estrategia juridiko eta erretorikoen ezaugarriak identifikatzea da helburua.
