A series of 4,6-dissubstituted-4,5-dihydro-3(2H)-pyridazinones was prepared in good yields. The methodology employed on the synthesis of dihydropyridazinone ring was Tòth´s methodology, which made use of Meldrum´s acid derivates and in a four-step reaction sequence the heterocyclic system was sucessfully obtained. The monoalkylated derivates of Meldrum´s acid were obtained exclusively in good yields as well as the dialkylated derivates. A modification of the method of potencial receptor B1 antagonists synthesis was made, starting from phenol 9a to introduction of systems such as phenylacetic and p-toluenesulphonyl. Different acids groups were incorporated at position 4 of the heterocycle structure culminating in dihydropyridazinones containing the phenoxylphenylacetic group and the phenoxylphenyl group containing tetrazole. The obtation of dissubstituted pyridazinones derivates was achieved by oxidation reaction of 4,5-dihydro-3(2H)-pyridazinones derivates. The intermediates compounds as well as the final products were characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscometry

    On group d.g. near-rings

Meldrum has generalized the idea of a group ring and has defined a group d.g. near-ring for a faithful d.g. near-ring ( R , S ) (R,S) on a multiplicative group G G . In this paper we generalize this idea even further and define a group d.g. near-ring for an arbitrary d.g. near-ring. We also prove some results about the additive group of this d.g. near-ring similar to those proved by Meldrum for a group d.g. near-ring of a faithful d.g. near-ring.</p
