    Abstrak: Membangun sebuah jaringan komputer merupakan hal yang cukup penting di masa sekarang, agar mempermudah segala aktifitas sharing data secara efisien dan cepat. Komunikasi dengan mitra kerja pada SMK Bina Putra masih dilakukan dengan bertemu secara offline, hal ini kurang efektif mengingat jaman sekarang sudah memiliki berbagai macam teknologi yang bisa dimanfaatkan. Terlebih lagi pertemuan langsung itu membutuhkan waktu dan biaya lebih, oleh karena itu penyampaian informasi yang lebih efisien sangat diharapkan pada saat ini. Arsitektur jaringan yang digunakan SMK Bina Putra saat ini adalah sistem operasi jaringan model LAN (Local Area Network). Sistem operasi jaringan LAN membuat user dapat terhubung satu sama lain jika sudah terkonfigurasi alamat IP nya, serta terhubung dengan router dan switch. Metode penelitian yg penulis lakukan dengan metode obsevasi, wawancara dan studi pustak sedangkan Metode analisa kebutuhan yang digunakan adalah Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC). Hasil dari penelitian ini dengan menggunakan winbox admin dapat mengkonfigurasi VPN server dan client. NAT digunakan agar PC bisa mengakses internet jika sudah terhubung dengan router utama. Setelah jaringan usulan ini di implementasikan maka kedua pihak dapat sharing data dan informasi tanpa perlu melakukan pertemuan offline.   Kata kunci: DHCP, VPN, winbox   Abstract: Building a computer network is quite important today, in order to facilitate all activities to share data efficiently and quickly. Communication with work partners at SMK Bina Putra is still done by meeting offline, this is less effective considering that nowadays we already have various kinds of technology that can be utilized. Moreover, these meetings require more time and cost, therefore more efficient information delivery is expected at this time. The network architecture used by Bina Putra Vocational School today is a LAN (Local Area Network) network operating system. The LAN network operating system allows users to connect to each other if the IP address is configured, as well as connect to routers and switches. The research method that the author uses is observation, interviews and library studies, while the needs analysis method used is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC). The results of this study using winbox admin can configure the VPN server and client. NAT so that the PC can access the internet if it is connected to the main router.     Scientometrics is the study of  measurement and analysis of science, innovation and technology through scientific publications. One form of measurement that can be taken is  the network of authors measurement. This study uses author network analysis as a measurement tool performed in scientific studies. The purpose of this study was to observe the Authorsip network formed among professors at Universitas Bina Darma, in order to determine which professors and departments are the most productive in producing yearbook articles  or magazine. The method used in this study is the centrality of graphic degrees. Software used to view Gephi 0.9.2. The data used in this study are published data for the year 2015-2020. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the agent with the highest central value is the EU with a value of 28, where the EU is the agent. with the largest number of publications. Meanwhile, the actor who has an influence or relationship and frequently collaborates on publications with the highest score on Betweenness Centrality is AM with a score of 61500.94

    There are several types of internship activities at Bina Darma University, namely, internship activities where students propose partners directly to the Head of the Study Program and there is also a Certified Student Internship Program (PMMB) organized by the Indonesian Human Capital Forum (FHCI). So far, information on the Certified Student Internship Program (PMMB) that students get is still conventional and makes it difficult for the Head of the Alumni and Tracer Study Unit where data collection and registration are taken care of directly by the Head of the Alumni and Tracer Study Unit. Therefore the author in this case makes an apprenticeship application using the web engineering method. This application can be accessed and used by Bina Darma University alumni and Tracer Study unit heads, Study Program Heads, Lecturers and also Bina Darma Students, and it is hoped that this system can help and expand opportunities for students who wish to take part in the Certified Student Internship Program (PMMB)

    Cloud-based control system: a bibliometric analysis

    Network control system (NCS) approaches for distributed closed-loop control systems have been established in industrial control. However, recent advancements in cloud computing provide scalable, elastic, and low-cost networked computing capabilities over the internet, which can be utilized as an extension of NCS, in this term, cloud-based control systems (CCS) with a potential replacement of the controller. The main objective of this research is to use bibliometric analysis to obtain insight into diachronic productivity, the significant effect of the published information on the research network, and research trends based on term co-occurrences of the CCS domain. The literature study employs the PRISMA method to construct necessary inclusion criteria such as keywords, databases, publication year, accessibility, and primary article, then Publish or Perish is used to generate RIS formatted file for network analysis of co-authorship and term co-occurrence with VOSviewer. The results showed that Yuanqing Xia was the most prolific author in terms of the total published article and total citations received, China was the country with the highest publication output, and Elsevier was the publisher with the most significant impact factor. CCS emerged in 2012, and current research trends include control system architecture, controller, algorithm, stability, and approach on intelligent manufacturing

    Abstrak: Tujuan pembuatan sistem informasi pendaftaran berbasis website adalah dalam rangka memenuhi nilai UAS matakuliah Metode Penelitian Tugas Akhir (MPTA) berbentuk Project. Studi kasus yang diangkat oleh penulis adalah membuat website sistem informasi pendaftaran mahasiswa baru (PMB) pada STMIK Bina Insani dalam level yang sederhana dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Personal Home Page) dan MySQL. Pendaftaran mahasiswa baru merupakan peristiwa yang penting bagi hampir seluruh Perguruan Tinggi, karena kegiatan ini berulang tiap tahunnya. Dengan menerima calon mahasiswa yang berkompeten maka akan dapat menunjang mutu dan kualitas Perguruan Tinggi itu sendiri.  Kendala yang dihadapi saat ini calon mahasiswa harus datang ke kampus apabila ingin mendaftar sebagai mahasiswa hal ini menjadi kendala terutama bagi calon mahasiswa yang bekerja. Sulitnya administrasi, pendataan, dan informasi pada proses pendaftaran mahasiswa baru secara manual sehingga menjadi kurang efisien dalam penggunaan waktu, tempat, biaya maupun tenaga. Dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut maka penulis mencoba membuatkan rancangan sistem informasi pendaftaran berbasis website dengan PHP dan MySQL. Metode yang digunakan dalam merancang sistem ini dengan menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dimana tahapannya terdiri dari perencanaan, analisa, perancangan dan implementasi. Dengan harapan calon mahasiswa dapat mengakses informasi mengenai pendaftaran dan dapat melakukan pendaftaran secara online kapan dan dimana saja, serta proses pendataan calon mahasiswa menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien karena berkas pendaftaran tidak tercecer.   Kata kunci: Sistem, Informasi, Pendaftaran Mahasiswa Baru, Website, PHP, MySQL   Abstract: The purpose of creating a website-based registration information system is in order to meet the UAS value of the Final Project Research Method (MPTA) in the form of a Project. Registration of new students is an important event for almost all universities, because this activity is repeated every year. By accepting competent prospective students it will be able to support the quality and quality of the College itself. The obstacles faced today are that prospective students must come to campus if they want to register as a student, this is an obstacle, especially for prospective students who work. Difficult administration, data collection, and information on the process of registering new students manually so that it becomes less efficient in the use of time, place, cost and energy. In overcoming this problem the writer tries to make a website-based registration information system design with PHP and MySQL. The method used in designing this system using the SDLC method (System Development Life Cycle) where the stages consist of planning, analysis, design and implementation.     Credit Union Bina Seroja is a primary credit union under Credit Unions Coordination of Indonesia (CUCO) with its main purpose of establishment is organizing available economic potential resources to create business opportunity, create job opportunity, increase income and member wealth from credit union main business. Credit union Bina Seroja main business are financial institution to influence member to save their money in regular manner on credit union to increase credit union strong capital adequacy. Credit Union Bina Seroja provide financial saving and credit services for its member, and keep guiding and developing network regularly and continually to transform become strong, selfservice and professional credit union. This research evaluates Credit Union Bina Seroja vision, mission and business strategies to increase growth ideally, that is credit union entity growth and member welfare growth. For reaching ideal result, Credit Union Bina Seroja current business strategies will be compared to business strategies to reach PEARLS ideal result using Balanced Scorecard approach. Based on evaluation result, Author will propose ideal business strategies to be applied by Credit Union Bina Seroja management. This research result is ideal business strategies proposal for Credit Union Bina Seroja to grow and increase its member welfare using Balanced Scorecard approach as a baseline of comprehensive, integrated, and mesurable strategies. As conclusions, Author proposes business strategies model map using Balanced Scorecard as baseline of Credit Union comprehensive, integrated, and measurable strategic planning, to achieve ideal credit union objectives as standarized on PEARLS monitoring system. In financial aspects, outstanding loans and saving deposits need to be increased to reach 70% of total assets target. In customer aspects, Credit Union Bina Seroja need to develop measurement of Credit Union Bina Seroja economic contribution for member welfare growth. In internal business aspects, Credit Union Bina Seroja need research and development function as part of management. And the last in learning and growth aspect, Credit Union Bina Seroja is expected to develop advanced information system for reporting and financial analysis purposes
