Clinicopathological Characteristics of Gastric Cancer in Iranian Patients Referred to Imam Reza Hospital During 2008 to 2017
Background and Aim: There are a limited number of studies regarding the clinicopathological features of gastric cancer. Here, the clinicopathological features of gastric cancer including tumor type and size, degree of differentiation, tumor operability, and immunohistochemically results of E-cadherin and P53 expression was investigated in Iranian patients.
Methods: This retrospective study was performed on patients who were admitted at Imam Reza Hospital in Tehran-Iran from 2008 to 2017 with a diagnosis of gastric cancer. Required information including age, sex, type of cancer, pathology, and immunohistochemistry (IHC) results and treatment were extracted from the hospital archive.
Results: Out of 264 enrolled patients (with the mean age of 70.03±14.01 years), 180 cases were men. The frequency of intestinal-type, Diffuse-type, lymphoma and GIST tumor were 54.5%, 27.7%, 12.25% and 5.92% respectively. In addition, 67.58% and 13.83% of the tumors were undifferentiated and poorly differentiated respectively.
Surgery was less probable in less differentiated tumors (r=0.582 P=0.001). The surgery rate in GIST, intestinal-type, and Diffuse-type tumors were 100%, 57%, and 14.4%, respectively. IHC results showed that E-cadherin expression was present in 78.6, of which 50.9% were weakly positive (+1). Also, the high expression of P53 was observed in 60.7% of patients.
Conclusion: According to the data, we can conclude that poorly differentiated tumors, decreased expression of E-cadherin, and increased expression of P53 is linked to poor prognosis in Iranian patients with gastric cancer. In this regard, further clinical trials and multicenter studies should be done to evaluate the possible factors for improving the prognosis and survival rates of Iranian patients with gastric cancer.

The Relationship between the Types of Business Strategies and Internationalization in Small and Medium Sized Enterprises
Internationalization and Tendency of small and medium enterprises to move into international markets are important and one of the essential factors of economic growth and development in the developing countries. Several factors affect the process of internationalization of firms has been studied. The main goal of this study is examination relations between business strategies and internationalization of SMEs in ICT industries of Iran. For this goal, we distributed our surveys among 55 international firms of ICT Industries for 70 managers. The results showed that, “low cost strategy”, “differentiation strategy”, “production strategy” and “alliance entry strategy” have positive and significance relationships with “internationalization of SMEs”. But “distribution strategy” and “marketing strategy” have negative and significance relationships with “internationalization of SMEs”
Role of Consumption Emotions Mediate Perceived Service Fairness to the Service Satisfaction and Its Impact on Customers’ Behavioral Intentions
Considering that customers’ emotions toward received services are evaluated in light of fairness and equity theory, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of customers’ perceptions and emotions of received services on their behavioral intentions. Data were collected from 329 questioners that were distributed among Mellat bank customers, and hypotheses and the conceptual model were analyzed based on the data collected through structural equation modeling in AMOS 18. Results showed that three dimensions of interactional, procedural, and distributive justice affected customers’ emotions (negative and positive) and satisfaction. Customers’ emotions were also found to be having a mediating role in the relationship between perceptions of fairness (except procedural fairness) and customer satisfaction. The other results are the effect of customer satisfaction on behavioral intentions (repeat purchases and Word-of-mouth advertising). Finally, the study suggests some practical solutions and future research topics

Meta-analysis of Influencing Factors on Perception of Fairness in Dynamic Pricing
The main goal of this research is to identify influencing factors on perceived fairness in dynamic pricing and combination of quantitative results of researches conducted in this area with meta-analysis approach. The study population consisted of articles published in scientific journals conducted during 2000 and 2015 in the field of customer perceived fairness in dynamic pricing. For this reason, after the review and refine more than 600 articles related to the field of fairness and dynamic pricing, 21 articles were selected for meta-analysis. After review and summarize of selected articles, a total of 26 variables were identified that studied in the selected studies as a factor affecting the perceived fairness in dynamic pricing. Results showed that the effect sizes of three variables (Age, Brand Class, Type of Use) are not significant and acceptable. But the results related to the effect sizes of other variables are meaningful and acceptable

Evaluation of traits related to bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) root in drought tolerance applied at the beginning of vegetative and reproductive stages
Roots play an important role in wheat grain yield, especially under drought stress conditions. To investigate root characteristics under drought stress conditions in bread wheat, 90 lines F10 obtained from the crossing (‘Yecora Rojo’ × ‘Chinese Spring’) randomly with the parents of the population were examined. The study was conducted in the form of a split-plot design with a randomized complete block base in three conditions including: 1. no stress, 2. application of drought stress at the beginning of the vegetative stage, and 3. application of drought stress at the beginning of the reproductive stage. The results showed, interaction between genotype and condition of drought was significant for all root-related traits, except shallow root dry mass, at the level of 1 % probability. The response of root-related traits to different types of drought stress was very complex. The longest root length, decrease for 13.3 % was during stress at the beginning of the vegetative stage in comparison to non-stress conditions, while the same trait increased for 4.9 % during stress at the beginning of the reproductive stage, comparison to non-stress conditions. The results of principal component analysis under non-stress conditions showed that by considering the distribution of genotypes compared to the first two components, genotypes can be identified that have more yield with the proper root condition and vice versa
A New Topology of Switched-Capacitor Multilevel Inverter With Eliminating Leakage Current
This paper proposes a new topology of the switched-capacitor multilevel inverter (SCMLI) for photovoltaics system, which can eliminate the leakage current. In the proposed topology, the capacitors are employed as a virtual DC power supply to boost the input voltage. Here, all capacitors are charging equal to DC source, thus, just one DC source is needed to achieve the staircase waveform. In this structure in order to make the negative levels, the capacitors are connected to the output in reverse polarity. Thus, the H-bridge circuit which is used in traditional SCMLI to build zero and negative voltage levels and leads a variable common mode voltage is removed. Due to the direct connection of the neutral terminal of the grid to the negative polarity of the PV; then this topology can eliminate the leakage current. In addition, the topology has an excellent ability to path the reverse current as well as an acceptable output waveform spectrum. The operating states of all components and loss calculations are analyzed and formulated accurately as well as simulated by using MATLAB-SIMULINK software. To confirm the performance of the proposed topology; a 500 W prototype is built and experimental results are presented
