Get PDFIndeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) merupakan ukuran kunci untuk mengukur keberhasilan upaya peningkatan kualitas hidup penduduk. IPM dapat menentukan peringkat atau tingkat perkembangan suatu wilayah/negara. Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) mengukur kinerja pembangunan manusia berdasarkan banyak komponen dasar kualitas hidup. Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) juga merupakan indikator penting untuk mengukur keberhasilan upaya peningkatan kualitas hidup. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi random forest dengan tingkat kepentingan peubah prediktor diukur menggunakan nilai Shapley Addictive Explanation (SHAP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari keempat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi IPM, peubah pengeluaran per kapita (X1) memiliki tingkat kepentingan tertinggi dan yang terendah adalah peubah angka harapan lama sekolah (X3). Sementara rata-rata lama sekolah (X2) dan umur harapan hidup saat lahir (X4) memiliki tinkat kepentingan berturut-turut kedua dan ketiga terhadap IPM di Indonesia

The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe data on Islamic religious values ??in the novel Hijab For Sisters. The theory used in this study is the theory of Islamic Religious Education Based on Character Education by (Wiyani, 2013). The research method uses descriptive method. The approach used is a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used by the author is the hermeneutic technique, namely reading, recording, and concluding. The results of this study contained 3 concepts of Islamic religious values ??in the novel Hijab For Sisters by Triani Retno. Includes: (1) Aqidah, can be seen from the character's belief that Allah SWT knows what is good and bad and believes in the most effective prayer to ask Allah SWT. (2) Shari'ah, can be seen from the traditional belief in the teachings contained in Islam. (3) Morals, can be seen from the behavior of the characters who always respect those who are older than them and give advice to people who make mistakes. Morals are mostly conveyed by the author in the novel because this novel tells about the life of Islamic boarding school children who have a positive influence on the Islamic boarding school environment, not only within the Islamic boarding school environment but also carried into the community environment
UPAYA PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN APARAT DESA TENTANG MONOGRAFI DESA DI DESA ALU
Get PDFVillage monographs are a collection of data carried out by village and sub-district governments which are arranged systematically, completely, accurately, and integrated into government administration. Complete, accurate, and responsive information and data are important factors in development planning and community empowerment programs. Alu Village is located in Allu subdistrict, Polewali Mandar Regency, West Sulawesi. Information in the form of monographic data in Alu Village needs to be carried out optimally. Alu Village officials need to be given socialization and training on how to use technology, in this case, related to the preparation and visualization of monographic data, so that it can help maximize performance and have a good impact on village development. The aim of this socialization is to increase the knowledge of village officials about the importance of monographic data and utilize technology in compiling and visualizing monographic data as well as increasing the ability of village officials regarding data presentation techniques so that village monographic data can be more easily understood by users, both from the community and village officials. This activity was carried out using lecture methods. The socialization activity was attended by 15 participants. This activity was carried out well. In general, this activity succeeded in increasing the understanding of Alu Village officials, Polewali Mandar Regency regarding the preparation and visualization of monographic data.Monografi desa merupakan himpunan data yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah desa dan kelurahan yang tersusun secara sistematis, lengkap, akurat, dan terpadu dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Informasi dan data yang lengkap, akurat serta responsif merupakan faktor penting dalam perencanaan pembangunan dan program pemberdayaan masyarakat. Desa Alu terletak di kecamatan Allu, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, Sulawesi Barat. Informasi berupa data monografi di Desa Alu perlu dilakukan secara optimal. perangkat Desa Alu perlu diberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang bagaimana menggunakan teknologi dalam hal ini terkait penyusunan dan visualisasi data monografi agar dapat membantu memaksimalkan kinerja dan berdampak baik bagi perkembangan desa. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan perangkat desa tentang pentingnya data monografi dan memanfaatkan teknologi dalam penyusunan dan visualisasi data monografi serta peningkatan kemampuan aparat desa tentang teknik penyajian data sehingga data monografi desa dapat lebih mudah dipahami oleh pengguna, baik dari masyarakat maupun perangkat apparat desa. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah bervariasi. Kegiatan sosialisasi diikuti oleh 15 orang peserta yang merupakan aparat desa Alu, perwakilan BPD, serta ketua RT dan dusun Desa Alu. Kegiatan ini terlaksana dengan baik dan berjalan lancar. Get PDFThe fact that in a literary work, including novels contains a lot of values, especially ethical values which are reflected through the attitudes, behavior, and actions of these characters, it is this that attracts the writer's interest in conducting an analysis of literary works in the form of novels, namely the novel Phosphorus, The Man Who Finding the Most Beautiful Place by Retno Mawarni. The problem of this research is how are the ethical values of the characters in the novel Phosphorus, The Man Who Sees the Most Beautiful Place by Retno Mawarni. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the analysis of the ethical values of the characters in the novel Phosphorus, Men Who Seek the Most Beautiful Places by Retno Mawarni. The benefits of research are for teaching Indonesian language and literature, readers of literary works, and other researchers.The research method uses a descriptive method. The data source used is the novel Phosphorus, The Man Who Finds the Most Beautiful Place by Retno Mawarni, which totals 370 pages, published by Sabil, Yogyakarta in July 2012. Data collection techniques used documentation techniques. The approach uses a moral approach, while data analysis techniques use content analysis techniques.Based on the results of the research and discussion, it is known that the novel Phosphorus, The Man Who Finds the Most Beautiful Place by Retno Mawarni is a novel that tells about a young man's efforts to forget his dark past and the efforts he makes to find his identity. As for Faya Nevu or Nevu as the main character, she has good ethical values, namely being liked (al-aliefah), good-natured (anie satun), kindness (al-khairu), and diligent (al-khusyu') as well as bad ethics , namely egoistic and liar nature. Meanwhile, supporting characters, namely Abah Syarif, have good ethics, namely the nature of being liked (al-aliefah) and the nature of kindness (al-khairu). Nitya has good ethics, namely the nature of kindness or al-khairu. Iqbal has good ethics, namely liking (al-aliefah), sweetness (anie satun), and kindness (al-khairu). Gareng has good ethics, namely the nature of being liked or al-aliefah and bad or reprehensible ethics, namely the nature of persecution and the nature of arrogance or arrogance. Doctors Akmal, Bagas, Rieya, and Anton Perdana both have good ethical values, namely being liked or al-aliefah. Rusdi Iskandar has good ethics, namely the nature of goodness (al-khairu). Finally, Satria as a supporting character has good ethical values, namely being liked (al-aliefah). The suggestions that the author can put forward are: (1) for readers and connoisseurs of literature, (2) for teaching Indonesian Language and Literature, and (3) for other researchers

The title of this report is “The Analysis Calculation Of Cost of Goods Manufacture By The Order At CV Champion Furniture Palembang”. CV Champion Furniture Palembang is the industrial that making meubel and located in Sudirman Street Number 2841, Palembang. The author uses several methods for obtaining data report such as interview, observations, and literature study. The objects analyzed are the calculation of cost production of chairs and dining table, office desk, and wardrobe by using job order costing method. Based on the obtained data, the author found several problems such as the company has not been precise in classifying the elements of cost of productions especially direct material cost and indirect material cost, the company also don’t calculate indirect material cost, electrical cost, and the assets depreciation. So, the author gives some suggestions to the company such as the company should classify the elements of cost of productions correctly into direct material cost and indirect material cost. The company should indirect material cost, electrical cost and assets depreciation cost into the factory overhead cost so that the cost of goods manufacture can reflect the actual values

The main matter of this research are: 1. What are the Japanese idioms that use animal names and are still used today. 2. How the meaning of lexical and meaning idiomatikal from idioms that use the name of animal.
The research has two purposes. First, to describes the meaning of idiom formed from animal names. Second to examine the idiomatic meaning and lexical meaning contained in idioms that use animal names. Author obtained the data from Reikai jiten kanyouku, Animal Idiom, and 101 Japanese Idiom book. Those data were collected using note taking technique. Then, to analyze structure and meaning of idiomatical authors using data that has been presented semantically. The method of presenting the results of data analysis in an informal method, which is presenting the results of analysis data with words.
Based on the data analysis, the result of this research shows idioms that use animal names and are still commonly used today there are 39 animals.

The purpose of this research is to explain various forms of comparison bushido value delivered in the folklore of Momotarou and Issunboushi.
The method of this research is qualitative method with literature review. The theory used to analyse is a structural approach. Structural used to analyse intrinsic substance in this folklore, such as the theme, character and characterization also background of the story. Meanwhile, seven bushido values are used to analyse the value of bushido as reflected in the Momotarou and Issunboushi stories.
In this research we can know that the bushido values contained in Momotarou and Issunboushi's stories is very related to whole of event and characteristic of the character in the story. The events that happened to primary character show that there are seven bushido values in Momotarou and Issunboushi's stories of courage, virtue, modesty, loyalty, honesty, honor and justice. The author also compares the two folklore, which distinguishes the application of the seven bushido values in each story.

The purpose of this research are to describe the structure and meaning of comparisons in the auxiliary verbs –teiru and compound verbs –tsuzukeru and describe the similarities and differences of comparisons in the auxiliary verbs –teiru and compound verbs –tsuzukeru. The author obtained data from short stories and Japanese websites. The first step the authors collect data from various sources, then the author sorting data, then analyzed using the method of agih and substitution techniques. Based on the data analysis, the structure of the auxiliary verb –teiru is attached to the activity verb, punctual, and type 4. While the compound verbs -tsuzukeru attached to the activity verb and punctual. The equations between the auxiliary verbs and the compound verbs -tsuzukeru are both continuous. The difference between auxiliary verbs –teiru indicates events or events occurring at a particular point in time, whereas a compound verb -tsuzukeru indicates the continuity of unfinished activity or event.

Improving educational performance will require information systems and information technology in the future, which not only serves as a supporting tool, but can be a very important tool to support the success of the world of education so that it can compete in the global world. Competency development is something that should be done by all professionals, including teachers. One of the challenges for teachers and developers of educational technology is to make innovative learning fun and not boring for students. Teacher competence in creating interesting and creative material affects teacher success in helping students achieve better learning outcomes. One of the uses of technology in learning is to use the Canva application. Training using the Canva application was carried out at SMPN 1 Majene. The participants who participated in this activity were 31 teachers. The purpose of the series of activities carried out is to provide training to teachers to use the Canva application. This training was also conducted based on observations, interviews, and surveys conducted with the school. The output of the series of activities carried out is that teachers gain new insights or refreshes about the Canva application so that they can use the Canva application to create interesting and creative learning materials.Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi menuntut dunia pendidikan selalu menyesuaikan diri untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Peningkatan kinerja pendidikan akan membutuhkan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi di masa depan, yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat pendukung, tetapi dapat menjadi alat yang sangat penting untuk mendukung keberhasilan dunia pendidikan sehingga dapat bersaing di dunia global. Pengembangan kompetensi merupakan hal yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh semua profesional, termasuk guru. Salah satu tantangan bagi guru dan pengembang teknologi pendidikan adalah membuat pembelajaran inovatif yang menyenangkan dan tidak membosankan bagi siswa. Kompetensi guru dalam membuat materi yang menarik dan kreatif berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan guru dalam membantu siswa mencapai hasil belajar yang lebih baik. A Comparison between Random Forest and Mixed Effects Random Forest to Predict Students\u27 Math Performance in Indonesia
Get PDFThe Center for Assessment and Learning in Indonesia developed a national assessment system called the Indonesian Student Competency Assessment (AKSI/Asesesmen Kompetensi Siswa Indonesia) to measure the competence of school graduates. The results of AKSI 2019 showed that Indonesian students had poor math performance. However, the factors that affect student scores are not only caused by individual students but can also be influenced by the quality of the school. It indicates that the data has a hierarchical structure. Thus, this study aims to compare the Mixed effects random forest (MERF) method with random forest (RF) to predict students’ math performance on AKSI 2019. The data set in this study was divided into two sets, train (85% of the original data set) and test set (15% of the original data set). Furthermore, the MERF model was built using training data by estimating the fixed component (fixed part) and the random part effects on the model, while the RF ignores the random effects on the model. Then, estimation of the value of the response variable on the test data was carried out using the MERF model that has been built. These steps are repeated 10 times to give accurate results. The Model then evaluated by calculating the mean square error prediction (MSEP), root mean square error prediction (RMSEP), and mean absolute error prediction (MAEP) from 10 models. The results showed that the MERF model produced higher prediction accuracy than the RF model. This means that school variables have an effect in predicting student performance, which can increase the accuracy of predictions if the effects are included in the model
