Get PDFThe fact that in a literary work, including novels contains a lot of values, especially ethical values which are reflected through the attitudes, behavior, and actions of these characters, it is this that attracts the writer's interest in conducting an analysis of literary works in the form of novels, namely the novel Phosphorus, The Man Who Finding the Most Beautiful Place by Retno Mawarni. The problem of this research is how are the ethical values of the characters in the novel Phosphorus, The Man Who Sees the Most Beautiful Place by Retno Mawarni. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the analysis of the ethical values of the characters in the novel Phosphorus, Men Who Seek the Most Beautiful Places by Retno Mawarni. The benefits of research are for teaching Indonesian language and literature, readers of literary works, and other researchers.The research method uses a descriptive method. The data source used is the novel Phosphorus, The Man Who Finds the Most Beautiful Place by Retno Mawarni, which totals 370 pages, published by Sabil, Yogyakarta in July 2012. Data collection techniques used documentation techniques. The approach uses a moral approach, while data analysis techniques use content analysis techniques.Based on the results of the research and discussion, it is known that the novel Phosphorus, The Man Who Finds the Most Beautiful Place by Retno Mawarni is a novel that tells about a young man's efforts to forget his dark past and the efforts he makes to find his identity. As for Faya Nevu or Nevu as the main character, she has good ethical values, namely being liked (al-aliefah), good-natured (anie satun), kindness (al-khairu), and diligent (al-khusyu') as well as bad ethics , namely egoistic and liar nature. Meanwhile, supporting characters, namely Abah Syarif, have good ethics, namely the nature of being liked (al-aliefah) and the nature of kindness (al-khairu). Nitya has good ethics, namely the nature of kindness or al-khairu. Iqbal has good ethics, namely liking (al-aliefah), sweetness (anie satun), and kindness (al-khairu). Gareng has good ethics, namely the nature of being liked or al-aliefah and bad or reprehensible ethics, namely the nature of persecution and the nature of arrogance or arrogance. Doctors Akmal, Bagas, Rieya, and Anton Perdana both have good ethical values, namely being liked or al-aliefah. Rusdi Iskandar has good ethics, namely the nature of goodness (al-khairu). Finally, Satria as a supporting character has good ethical values, namely being liked (al-aliefah). The suggestions that the author can put forward are: (1) for readers and connoisseurs of literature, (2) for teaching Indonesian Language and Literature, and (3) for other researchers

The research aims to determine the response of binahong’s growth to the provision of liquid organic fertilizer. The research was conducted in Vegetable Research Centre (Balitsa) in Tongkoh Village, Dolat Rakyat, Karo District, North Sumatra on June to September 2020. The experimental design was Randomized Block Design with two factors. The first factor were the plant of origin Barus Jahe Village 1 (first accession), Gundaling 1 (second accession), Johor Medan (third accession), the second factor is the liquid organic fertilizer (control, 10 ml, 20 ml). Fulfilling the need of nutrients of a plant is a very important point in fertilizer application. Most people use granular fertilizers. The addition of coconut coir as a planting medium is able to bind and store water strongly. This research aims to examine the effect of NPKMg fertilizer forms on the growth of PPKS 540 palm oil on 20% coconut coir media. The research was conducted in September 2020 to January 2021 at Sunggal, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency. The experiment was arranged in a completely randomized design with four replications and four treatments of fertilizer forms which are without fertilization, briquette, granular and single fertilizer. The parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, root dry weight, shoot dry weight and total leaf area. The results of this research were the fertilizer form on 20% coconut coir media had a significant effect on the growth of oil palm in plant height, stem diameter, root dry weight, shoot dry weight and total leaf area. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

This research aims to understand the difference the growth of two varieties of palm oil (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) on composition media pretax cropping in a nursery . This research carried out in the faculty of agriculture land the usu in december 2016 until march 2017 using random design group ( rack ) with two factors .The first factor varieties with two kinds of varieties namely yangambi and Ppks 540 .The second factor media cropping with three types of media cropping namely subsoil , tkks , and fibers palm oil . Parameters that observed is high in plant , diameter of the stem , total broad leaves , fresh editorial weights , weights fresh roots , dry weight editorial , and weights dried root .
The result showed that treatment cropping influential media real against tall plant , diameter of the stem , wet editorial weights , and weights dry editorial .Where media cropping best is media cropping subsoil or control ( M0 ) .While treatment influential real varieties on the parameter weights dried root . And variety of Yangambi (V1).
