Key word: Questioning, Strategies, Interaction Questioning is an element that always exists in a communication process, including in learning communication. Asking skills are words or questions that are asked by the teacher as a stimulus to bring up or grow answers (responses) from students. Teaching and learning cannot be separated from the questions since it is a bridge of communication that connects students’ and teachers’ interaction. In the learning process, the teacher must elicit students' understanding of each student and the extent to which students understand the material. Questioning strategies are the ways used to ask something to students in achieving a goal in teaching. The aims of this research are to determine 1) What kinds of questioning strategies are mostly used during the classroom interaction. 2) What is the effect of questions during the classroom interaction at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo. This research used descriptive qualitative as a research design approach. Researchers used observation, interviews, and documentation to collect data. Data are analyzed through data reduction, data display, and data verification. To verify the data, researchers used triangulation. The results of this research are that researcher can find 1) teachers use several types of questioning strategy, however, of the many types of questioning strategies, there are three questioning strategy that are most frequently used, namely; Procedural Questions, Display Questions, and Reference Questions. 2) The classroom atmosphere becomes active because of the interaction between the teacher and students. Students talk more, at least understand literally what is being said. Therefore, researchers believe that questioning strategies are very useful in the classroom. English teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo use various types of questioning strategy. By using various types of questioning strategy, the class atmosphere becomes more active and fun, and the teacher can also find out the level of students' understanding of the material presented

Perancangan yang dilakukan adalah branding Melly maulida yang efektif dengan media komunikasi yang tepat dan sesuai dengan target market Melly Maulida Semarang. Kurangya dalam pencitraan/image komunikasi visual dalam perusahaan ini menyebabkan kurangnya awareness dikalangan masyarakat. Untuk itu, Melly Maulida mencitrakan dan mengkomunikasikan dengan cara berbeda agar mendapatkan citra/image dan lebih unggul dari para pesaingnya. Perancangan branding ini memberikan suatu konsep citra/image, periklanan, dan promosi yang disesuaikan dengan posisioning Melly Maulida Semarangsebagai perusahaan fashion bagi kalangan dewasa sudah bekerja yang bertaraf nasional. Perancangan branding ini dilakukan melalui perencanaan media yang efektif dengan menggunakan SWOT sebagai alat penetapan strategi kreatif dan marketing agar hasilnya sesuai dengan karakteristik pasar. Kegiatan branding yang dilakukan adalah pembuatan logo dan promosi periklanan visual dengan pilihan media poster dan box brosur sebagai mediautama dan media pendukung lainnya seperti media online (sosial media), stationary (kop surat, amplop, kartu nama, stempel, kwitansi, name tag, cd package dan seragam karyawan), marchandise, packaging, label baju. Pesan yang ingin disampaikan dalam branding ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan awarness masyarakat terhadap Melly maulida sebagai perusahaan fashion yang elegan dan professional di Semarang dan juga perluasan posisioning target audience dari Melly maulida

    The purpose of this study was to obtain data and information on the transformational leadership style used by the head of Middle School SMKS Management Business Group Within the city of Padang. The study population was all teachers who teach in vocational Private Business Group Management Within the city of Padang, which amounted to 129 people. Samples were taken by using the Slovin formula using proportional stratified random sampling so that the sample in this study amounted to 62 people. The research instrument used was a questionnaire models Semantic Differential Scale with five possible answers. Test the validity of the instrument was obtained by using the formula of Spearman. The results of the analysis of the data shows that are in the transformational leadership style that is enough interpretation 53.78%, which indicates that the interpretation of transformational leadership style adopted by the average principal SMKS management group Within Padang city still needs special attention so as to leave a good impact on the management and the leadership of the school in general
