    The information of buyers and the approaches they employ to choose, use, and discard goods and services, as well as the emotional, mental, and behavioral reactions of consumers, is known as consumer purchase behavior (Radu, 2019). Consumer purchase behavior is also known as the study of how people make decisions about what to buy in order to fulfil their needs, wants, or desires, as well as how those decisions are influenced by their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors (StudyCorgi, 2021). Understanding consumer purchase behavior is important as it assist businesses understand what influences the consumers’ purchase decision and how to present the ideas and products to the consumers. There are various factors that affect this decision and some of those factors are discussed in the next sections

    Since the pandemic attack the whole world, various research has been conducted related to the challenges of online learning. Focus has always been on the issues faced by the students, but lack of research has been to done from the educators’ perspective. Therefore, this research aims to identify the issues and challenges faced by the educators in online teaching. The issues that the researchers identified are technology, lack of training and lack of tools and materials make it difficult for the educators to adapt with the changes from teaching in the physical classroom to a virtual classroom which exposes the educators to a new teaching environment and this imposed countless challenges. The research method that is used in this research is simple random sampling where the sample size of this study is around 30 educators which focus on the educators that engage in online teaching at the age range between 21 years old until 60 years old. The data was collected through a questionnaire and the questionnaire is divided into three different sections. The data analysis procedure used in this research is frequency analysis to offer the researcher to analyze the data of the questionnaire. It was identified majority of the respondents are facing challenges with online teaching which decrease their motivation and productivity and contribute to low satisfaction and outcomes in their delivery of lectures

    Workplace environment plays a significant role in an organization. Most of the difficulties faced by employees are related to the workplace environment. The level of efficiency of employee’s learning and development can be augmented through developing a conducive working atmosphere in the organization. The objective of this study is to determine the relationship of the workplace environment on employee’s learning and development. The research was conducted at Penang Port Sdn. Bhd. A closed ended questionnaire using Google Form was adapted and established to get feedback from the target audience and SPSS was utilized for analysis to derive results from the collected data. From the Multiple Regression analysis, it was observed that two factors training and development and employee engagement has a relationship with employee’s learning and development. Therefore, it is suggested that enhancing the training, development and engaging employees in company activities are helpful in developing a working environment that has a positive impact on employee’s learning and development in the organizations

    An overview of Malaysia Green Technology Corporation Office Building: a showcase energy-efficient building project in Malaysia

    Malaysia Green Technology Corporation office building is designed based on Zero Energy Building (ZEB) concept; however its Building Energy Index (BEI) has yet to achieve zero. This research focuses on the application of energy-efficient design of the office building; identify the problems causing BEI of the studied office building which did not achieve zero BEI; and to propose approaches that can improve energy efficiency for the office building. Interviews session with the office building management team, architect and energy consultant have been carried out. The outcome of the research shows that energy-efficient design and renewable-energy technology applied in the office building are passive design, active systems, and building integrated photovoltaic systems (BIPV). The inefficiency in the cool part of the cooling system, air movement, and chillers are the problems that have been identified. It is recommended that, continuous research is needed to ensure ZEB concept applied effectively in each type of buildings
