    Cílem bakalářské práce je provést analýzu veškerých faktorů ovlivňujících rozvoj sdílené ekonomiky v oblasti ubytování v České republice a následně zhodnotit, v jakém rozsahu sdílená ekonomika ovlivňuje ubytovací zařízení. V práci je charakterizována sdílená ekonomika z pohledu několika uznávaných autorů. Dále je v bakalářské práci objasněno postavení sdílené ekonomiky jak v České republice, tak i ve světě. V rámci závěru práce autor zkoumá dopady a navrhuje řešení, které by situaci na trhu s ubytováním mohly pomoci.The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the factors affecting the evolution of shared economy in the area of accommodation in the Czech Republic and subsequently to evaluate the extent to which the shared economy affects accommodation facilities. The work is characterized by shared economy from the perspective of several recognized authors. Furthermore, the thesis clarifies the position of shared economy in the Czech Republic and in the world. In conclusion, the author examines the impacts and suggestions of solutions that could help the situation on the housing market

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Mezinárodní program výzkumů ISSP:ISSP (International Social Survey Programme) je dlouhodobý mezinárodní výzkumný projekt, který existuje od roku 1983. Tento výzkumný projekt je založen na mezinárodní a meziprojektové spolupráci v oblasti výzkumu v sociálních vědách. Je zaměřen na významná témata týkající se postojů. ISSP kombinuje dvě roviny srovnání - srovnání v mezinárodní a v časové perspektivě. Výzkumné aktivity probíhají nepřetržitě v ročních cyklech. Výzkum navazuje na předchozí šetření Sociální nerovnosti, které proběhlo v rámci mezinárodního projektu ISSP (lnternationaí Social Suwey Programme) v České republice v roce 1992, a na výzkumy Sociální spravedlnost z roku 1991 a 1995, jenž byl součástí mezinárodního projektu ISJP (lnternational Social Justice Project). Šetření bylo v maximální míře organizováno jako srovnatelné s uvedenými výzkumy a to jak v rámci ČR, tak na úrovni mezinárodního srovnání. Tým v každé ze zemí participujících ve výzkumu ISSP 1999 aplikoval identický modul dotazníku vyvinutý mezinárodním výzkumným týmem. Společný modul Sociální nerovnosti 111 byl věnován faktorům ovlivňujícím šance jedince na sociální mobilitu, jako je status rodičů, vzdělání, kontakty atd., postojům k nerovnostem, k sociálnímu konfliktu, představám o skutečných průměrných a spravedlivých příjmech různých povolání apod. Český dotazník navíc obsahoval otázky srovnatelné se šetřeními Sociální spravedlnost 1991 a 1995

    The ISSP is a continuing annual programme of cross-national collaboration on surveys covering topics important for social science research. It brings together pre-existing social science projects and coordinates research goals, thereby adding a cross-national, cross-cultural perspective to the individual national studies. The ISSP module was fielded as a core part of the survey on Social Inequality and Justice and it covered general evaluation of inequalities, the role of government in relation to inequalities and social problems, factors of wage differences, support for further growth of inequalities, estimates of actual and just wages in selected professions, causes of the wealth ant the poverty, evaluation of social tension between selected social groups, general typology of differentiation in society. In addition to the ISSP module the questionnaire included also questions from the Social Justice surveys (lnternational Social Survey)

Summary and key wor~ This thesis is focused on the approach of those Czech organizations, which run projects of child sponsoring in the developing countries in Africa, towards the negative impacts of their projects. It describes the situation of the African countries, in which the Czech organizations implement their projects. It illustrates the principles of development cooperation and humanitarian aid and the participation of the Czech Republic in such activities. It presents the main motivation of the organizations for the implementation of the child sponsoring projects, which is poverty and a high rate of illiteracy among the population in the African countries, in which the organizations run their projects. This thesis further presents an overview of the Czech organizations, which implement child sponsoring projects in the developing countries in, and the confrontation of positive and negative impacts of such projects.
