Celá problematika diplomové práce se vztahuje k autorskému magisterskému projektu Proměním se v zajíce se zármutkem a obrovskou opatrností. Obsahem první části diplomové práce je schopnost kolektivní spolupráce skupiny Gob Squad. V popisu jejich práce reflektuji své tvůrčí zkušenosti. Ve druhé části se zaměřuji na postup Anny Klimešové a kolektivu u zkoušení inscenace Proměním se v zajíce se zármutkem a obrovskou opatrností. Třetí část řeší téma herce jako spoluautora v souvislosti s výukou na katedře alternativního a loutkového divadla a jejího vlivu na mě, jako na herce a tvůrce.This master thesis focuses on the actor as a co-author, the possibilities of actor’s involvement as an author in the play and boundaries of the authorship. The research problem of the master thesis is tied to the master project I shall go into a hare with sorrow and such mickle care. The first part of the master thesis is focused on the collective ability of cooperation of the God Squad group. In their work I reflect my creative experiences. In the second part I focus on the progress of Anna Klimesova and the group while rehearsing the play I shall go into a hare with sorrow and such mickle care. The topic of the third part is the actor as a co-author in connection to learning on the department of alternative and puppet theatre and its influence on me as an actor and a creator
Master data management - Client's data unification in a banking organization
No full textThe main goal of the thesis is to analyze the utilization of Master Data Management at a banking organization using specific project, presenting the reasons that led to its application, mapping whole implementation process and using relevant measurable indicators determining, whether its objectives have been achieved. Moreover, the thesis captures basic concepts and dimensions of Master Data Management, general principles and procedures of client data unification and describes the real environment of the data warehouse at the specific company. At this thesis, information from publicly available electronic information sources was enhanced by personal experience of the author on the project realization. The main contribution is the presentation and evaluation of the project implementation in the field of Master Data Management in a comprehensive form. The thesis is divided into two logical units - theoretical and practical part. First part is mainly focused on defining the concept of Master Data, Master Data Management, its dimensions, benefits and different range of its implementation. Further, this part formally defines the scope and content of the data unification, unification rules and it is explaining the unification process itself. Second part focuses on the client data unification in the company's data warehouse, furthermore there is also an introduction of the project SZR, analysis of the project implementation and evaluation of its success.Cieľom práce je zanalyzovať realizáciu master data managementu (MDM) v organizácii zaoberajúcej sa bankovníctvom na konkrétnom projekte, predstaviť dôvody, ktoré viedli k jeho realizácii, zmapovať priebeh jeho realizácie a pomocou relevantných merateľných ukazovateľov určiť, či boli jeho ciele dosiahnuté. V práci sú ďalej zachytené základné pojmy a dimenzie MDM, všeobecné princípy a postupy pri unifikácii klientskych dát a je popísané reálne prostredie dátového skladu danej spoločnosti. Pri spracovaní práce boli informácie z verejne dostupných elektronických informačných zdrojov doplnené osobnou skúsenosťou autora práce na realizácii projektu. Hlavným prínosom je predstavenie a vyhodnotenie realizácie projektu z oblasti MDM v ucelenej podobe. Práca je rozdelená na dva logické celky – teoretická a praktická časť. Prvá časť je zameraná na vymedzenie a definovanie pojmu master dát, master data management, jeho dimenzií, informovanie o jeho prínosoch a rôznych spôsoboch implementácie. Ďalej je v tejto časti formálne definovaný rozsah a obsah pojmu unifikácie dát, unifikačných pravidiel a vysvetlenie unifikačného procesu. Druhá časť sa sústredí na fungovanie unifikácie klientskych dát v prostredí dátového skladu spoločnosti, predstavenie projektu stotožňovania osôb cez Správu základních registrů, analýzu priebehu tohto projektu a vyhodnotenie jeho úspešnosti.Cílem práce je zanalyzovat realizaci master data managementu (MDM) v organizaci zabývající se bankovnictvím na konkrétním projektu, představit důvody, které vedly k jeho realizaci, zmapovat průběh jeho realizace a pomocí relevantních měřitelných ukazatelů určit, zda bylo jeho cílů dosaženo. V práci jsou dále zachyceny základní pojmy a dimenze MDM, obecné principy a postupy při unifikaci klientských dat a je popsáno reálné prostředí datového skladu dané společnosti. Při zpracování práce byly informace z veřejně dostupných elektronických informačních zdrojů doplněny osobní zkušeností autora práce na realizaci projektu. Hlavním přínosem je představení a vyhodnocení realizace projektu z oblasti MDM v ucelené podobě. Práce je rozdělena na dva logické celky - teoretická a praktická část. Current conception of the Scrum Master role
No full textThe agile approach to software development is currently very popular. The most widely used agile framework is Scrum. The Scrum Master role is responsible for implementing Scrum in an organization. However, agile frameworks like Scrum were designed for smaller projects. Due to its usefulness, the agile approach started to make its way into the field of large projects and scaled agile frameworks started to emerge. There are a limited number of publications dealing with the role of the Scrum Master or scaled agile frameworks. Moreover, incorrect implementation of a framework in an organization has been identified as one of the major problems in establishing scaled agile frameworks. Thus, this paper aims to define the concept of the Scrum Master role in scaled agile frameworks and map its evolution from its inception to the present. Literature research combined with analysis and synthesis is used to achieve this goal. A systematic mapping study is used to map the current state of knowledge about the role of the Scrum Master in the context of scaled agile frameworks. The original role of the Scrum Master has evolved from a managerial role to the role of a facilitator over the years since its inception. Scaled agile frameworks usually introduce other individual or team roles in addition to the Scrum Master role to fulfil its responsibilities. This way, the responsibilities of the Scrum Master role are fulfilled at different levels of the organization. This paper provides an up-to-date view of the role of the Scrum Master in the context of the original Scrum framework as well as its adaptation within popular scaled agile frameworks. This way the paper helps with an understanding of the origins and significance of the Scrum Master role and provides an overview of proposed ways of establishing it in an organization.Agilní způsob vývoje softwaru se v dnešní době těší velké oblibě. Nejpoužívanějším agilním frameworkem je Scrum. Za zavedení Scrumu v organizaci je zodpovědná role Scrum Master. Agilní frameworky jako Scrum byly koncipovány spíše pro menší projekty, díky své užitečnosti se však agilita začala postupem času prosazovat i na poli velkých projektů a začaly vznikat agilní škálovatelné frameworky. Publikací zabývajících se rolí Scrum Master nebo agilními škálovatelnými agilními frameworky je omezené množství. Právě nesprávné zavedení frameworku v organizaci bylo navíc identifikováno jako jeden z hlavních problémů při implementaci agilních škálovatelných frameworků. Práce si tedy klade za cíl vymezit pojetí role Scrum Master v rámci agilních škálovatelných frameworků a zároveň zmapovat její vývoj od jejího počátku až do současnosti. K dosažení cíle je použita literární rešerše v kombinaci s analýzou a syntézou. Pro zmapování současného stavu poznání o roli Scrum Master v kontextu agilního škálovaného prostředí je použita systematická mapující studie. Originální role Scrum Master se v průběhu let od svého vzniku vyvinula z manažerské role do role facilitátora. Agilní škálovatelné frameworky pak většinou pro vykonávání jejích povinností kromě role Scrum Master zavádějí další individuální či týmové role. Tímto způsobem jsou povinnosti role Scrum Master zajišťovány na různých úrovních organizace. Práce přináší aktuální pohled na podobu role Scrum Master jak v kontextu originálního frameworku Scrum, tak i její adaptace v rámci populárních agilních škálovatelných frameworků současnosti. Napomáhá tak pochopení jejího vzniku, významu a poskytuje přehled o navrhovaných způsobech jejího zavedení v organizaci

Master data management in the implementation of a data warehouse in a government organization
No full textThe environment has been a widely discussed topic in recent years, and reliable data are needed to inform the discussion. Public sector organizations report on the state of the environment by law and have the burden of proof for their outputs. Hence, quality of the underlying data is crucial. One way to fulfill the burden of proof is through master data management (MDM). In the Czech Republic, the Ministry of the Environment reports on the state of the environment. The aim of this paper is to create a master data management system and its integration to the data warehouse of the Ministry of Environment of the Czech Republic. The first sub-objective is to identify the data analytical activities and specifics of the Ministry's data. Other sub-objectives are to summarize the current state of research on master data management in the public sector and to assess the advantages and disadvantages of Microsoft SQL Server Master Data Services software. According to the author's research, the issue of master data management in the public sector is not sufficiently covered in the literature. Environmental data in the context of master data are not discussed at all. Furthermore, the selected Master Data Services software is evaluated. Its advantages are easy integration into the Microsoft technology ecosystem, a wide range of tools, and web service. On the other hand, the disadvantages are lengthy data import and archaic user interface. In the main body of the paper, the author analyzes the specifics of data in the Ministry’s environment: the data width, high number of reporting organizations, volatility of codebooks, hierarchical codebook structures, data quality, and burden of proof. The thesis proposes an MDM system architecture addressing the specifics and describes the integration of the MDM system into the data warehouse. Finally, a critical evaluation of the achievement of the objectives is presented. The paper contributes to the literature on master data management in the public sector.Životní prostředí je v posledních letech hojně diskutované téma, pro jehož diskusi jsou potřebné spolehlivé datové podklady. Organizace veřejného sektoru ze zákona reportují o stavu životního prostředí a za výstupy nesou důkazní břemeno, tudíž kvalita podkladových dat je klíčová. Jedním ze způsobů, jak důkaznímu břemenu dostát je řízení master dat (MDM). V České republice o stavu životního prostředí reportuje Ministerstvo životního prostředí. Cílem této práce je vytvoření prostředí pro řízení master dat a jeho integrace do datového skladu Ministerstva životního prostředí České republiky. Prvním dílčím cílem je identifikace datově analytických aktivit a specifik dat ministerstva. Dalšími dílčími cíli jsou shrnutí dosavadního stavu výzkumu na téma řízení master dat ve veřejném sektoru a posouzení výhod a nevýhod softwaru Microsoft SQL Server Master Data Services. Dle autorova průzkumu není problematika řízení master dat ve veřejném sektoru v odborné literatuře dostatečně pokryta. Data o životním prostředí v kontextu master dat nejsou dokonce vůbec diskutována. Dále je zhodnocen zvolený software Master Data Services. Jeho výhody jsou snadná integrace do ekosystému Microsoft technologií, široká paleta nástrojů, webová služba. Naopak nevýhodou je zdlouhavý import dat a archaické uživatelské rozhraní. V hlavní části práce autor analyzuje specifika dat v prostředí ministerstva: šířka dat, vysoký počet reportujících organizací, nestálost číselníků, hierarchické struktury číselníků, datová kvalita, důkazní břemeno. V práci je navržena architektura MDM systému adresující specifika a je popsána integrace MDM systému do datového skladu. Nakonec je kriticky zhodnoceno naplnění cílů. Přínosem práce je doplnění literatury o řízení master dat ve veřejném sektoru

No full textThis bachelor thesis deals with the dynamic processing of Master Data Management, Cus-tomer Data Integration and other subdomains with the term connected. The main goal of the thesis is applying Master Data Management in a particular enterprise. Partial goals are to analyze general procedures in the creation of Master Data Management and to create a log-ical sequence of steps to implement the rules enforced in a particular enterprise. Another aim is to describe and evaluate the real project of the Czech company STORY DESIGN and, on the basis of the above considerations, recommend the implementation of new procedures and the correction of already established rules.As a way to achieve the goals, I used a search of printed and electronic information sources and personal cooperation with STORY DESING's IT manager and other stakeholders.The contribution of this work should be the creation and description of the general procedure for the implementation of MDM in the company, Master Data Management application de-sign and the evaluation of the current processes taking place in STORY DESING.The work consists of two parts. The first part is theoretical and has the role of introducing the given problem, defining the definitions and knowledge needed to understand the topic and explaining the relationships within the Master Data Management and related concepts as Master Data, System of Record a Single Source of Truth. The second, practical part is the realization of the Master Data Management, design of general procedures, practices and methods for implementing Master Data Management and implementation project in a par-ticular company and the evaluation of the up-to-date processes inside the company.Tato bakalářská práce představuje zpracování dynamického oboru Master Data Ma-nagementu, integrace zákaznických dat a dalších subdomén s tím pojmem spojených. Hlav-ním cílem práce je aplikace Master Data Managementu v konkrétním podniku. Dílčími cíli jsou analyzovat obecné postupy při tvorbě Master Data Managementu a vytvořit logickou posloupnost kroků k implementaci vyvozených pravidel v konkrétním podniku. Dalším cí-lem je popsat a zhodnotit již reálný projekt české společnosti STORY DESIGN a na základě vyvozených úvah doporučit implementaci nových postupů a korekci již zavedených pravi-del.Jako metody k dosažení stanovených cílů jsem použil rešerši tištěných a elektronických in-formačních zdrojů a osobní spolupráci s IT managerem společnosti STORY DESING a dal-šími zainteresovanými osobami.Přínosem této práce by mělo být vytvoření a popsání obecného postupu při implementování Master Data Managementu v podniku, návrh aplikování Master Data Managementu a zhod-nocení aktuálních procesů probíhajících ve společnosti STORY DESING.Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část je teoretická a má za úlohu představit danou pro-blematiku, vymezit definice a znalosti potřebné k pochopení tématu a vysvětlit vztahy uvnitř Master Data Managementu a souvisejících konceptů, jakými jsou Master Data, System of Record a Single Source of Truth. Religious doctrine in the works of Mikhail Bulgakov (with special reference to Belaia Gvardiia, Beg and master I Margarita)
No full textThis thesis will examine the works of Mikhail Afanasevich Bulgakov with special reference to Belaia gvardiia. Beg, and Master i Margarita. It shall be shown that Russian Orthodox Doctrine can provide a cohesive whole for his works, uniting them on a 'spiritual' level. At first an assessment will be made of the extent to which Bulgakov was a believing Christian, then the following examination of his works will be divided into the Divine and the Human, beginning with an examination of the Devil. The nature of Christ and God will then be considered and be shown to correspond on may levels with the tenets of Doctrine. In the second half, man and his relationship to God will be discussed, showing that the mortal condition of man and his attempts to come close to God are of importance to Bulgakov. Finally, his portrayal of man’s progression through judgement to the attainment of Salvation will be considered, showing that, despite some deviations, Bulgakov's artistic ideas are founded in Doctrine
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
