Warong IMCo menjana minat keusahawanan dikalangan mahasiswa Pengajian Sains Maklumat / Norhidayu Md Yatim and Masitah Ahmad
Pada Semester Oktober – Mac 2023, MASMED UiTM Negeri Sembilan telah membuka lembaran peluang keusahawanan kepada Information Management Community (IMCo), yang merupakan sebuah kelab akademik di bawah Pengajian Sains Maklumat, Kolej Pengajian Pengkomputeran, Informatik dan Media (PSM-KPPIM), UiTM Cawangan Negeri Sembilan, Kampus Rembau. IMCo antara salah satu daripada 5 kelab akademik di Kampus Rembau yang telah diberikan peluang oleh MASMED UiTM Negeri Sembilan untuk berniaga pada setiap hari selasa di ruang niaga MASMED. IMCO telah menjenamakan slot hari berniaga tersebut sebagai Warong IMCO. Warong IMCO telah berjaya beroperasi dari jam 8.00 pagi sehingga 5.00 petang sebanyak sembilan kali sepanjang semester berkenaan. Gerak kerja sepanjang berniaga telah diketua oleh Exco Keusahawanan dan Penajaan IMCo, Cik Siti Aishah Othman dibawah bimbingan penasihat kelab Puan Norhidayu Md Yatim dan Prof Madya Dr. Masitah Ahmad

adsorbent was investigated in a batch study. Adsorption isotherm and kinetics study were
carried out by considering the effects of various parameter such as adsorbent dosage (0.2 g
- 2.0 g) initial concentration (25mg/L-125mg/L) and contact time (10 min - 180 min), also
effect of solution pH (2 - 12). Equilibrium data were fitted to Langmuir and Freundlich
isotherm models. The equilibrium data were best described by Langmuir isotherm with the
maximum adsorption capacity 2.945 mg/g. Furthermore, the kinetic model applied to
pseudo-second-order, which has the best fitted data. The result of this study showed the
potential of low cost of LLS agricultural waste material to adsorb the reactive dye pollutant
containing in wastewater system
Foldable side table with file holder / Masitah Raffie
In this study, foldable side table with file holder was designed with a foldable concept in order to reduce space used by users especially those who are dealing with limited room or house. The foldable concept of the product can make the user easy to store the side table when it is not in use by folding them. Hence, wooden pallet was suggested as raw material for the manufacturing because this types of wooden pallet will offer a great function to the consumer, it is easy to handle when damage appears on the surface. The objective of this study are to design a virtual prototype of side table with a file holder that can be folded and stored and also to evaluate respondent’s feedback of the design and functionality of the side table with file holder. A set of questionnaire was distributed to 150 respondents from different categories in order to analyse the data. The data was analysed based on its material, design and function, marketing and satisfaction. The data analysis that have been run was reliability analysis, demographic analysis, comparative analysis, descriptive analysis and correlation analysis. The overall result of descriptive analysis was both design and function and satisfaction at 4.58. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan bantuan Program GeoGebra, hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan bantuan ProgramFx Draw danapakah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan bantuan Program GeoGebradan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan bantuan ProgramFx Draw pada materi statistika siswa kelas VII MTsN Kelayan Banjarmasin.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII MTsN Kelayan Banjarmasin. Sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII C diajar dengan program GeoGebra dan siswa kelas VII D yang diajar dengan program Fx Draw. Teknik pengumpulan data: tes, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah uji beda yaitu uji t atau uji Mann Whitney (Uji u).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar matematika siswa di kelas eksperimen I berada dalam kualifikasi baik dan pada kelas eksperimen II berada pada kualifikasi baik. Berdasarkan perhitungan hasil uji u menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan program GeoGebra dan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan program Fx Drawpada materi statistika siswa kelas VII MTsN Kelayan Banjarmasin
Solving transcendental equation using genetic algorithm / Masitah Hambari
A problem of great importance in engineering is finding the roots of the equations. There are closed form expressions for the case of linear, quadratic or cubic equations. For higher orders like Transcendental Equation, Numerical Methods is used to find the solutions. Genetic algorithm (GA) has long been used for optimization problems that arise in a wide variety of complex systems. This project studies and explores the potential of using Genetic Algorithm to solve Transcendental Equation. Genetic Algorithm is used to find the roots or set of optimal solution that satisfy the equation. The most critical task for developing this project is how to encode the algorithm based on the domain, Transcendental Equation. This project studies the potential of using Genetic Algorithm and develops a program in order to solve Transcendental Equation in optimizing problem domain. This solution hopefully may provide a potential alternative for a better solution

Pd.ABSTRAK Kontribusi pengawas sangatlah penting dalam lembaga pendidikan karena posisinya memegang peran yang signifikan dan strategis dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dan kepala sekolah, serta mutu pendidikan di sekolah.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui program pengawas, strategi pelaksanaan program pengawas, dan kendala yang dihadapi pengawas dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru di SMA Negeri Blangkejeren Kabupaten Gayo Lues. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data: Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Subjek penelitiannya adalah pengawas, kepala sekolah dan guru SMA Negeri Blangkejeren Kabupaten Gayo Lues. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengawas sudah menyusun program supervisi yang meliputi program tahunan dan program semesteran dengan berpedomankan dengan instrumen yang sudah disiapkan, kemudian program itu dijalankan dengan turun ke lapangan, dalam program itu pengawas melakukan pembinaan guru, pemantauan SNP, penilaian kinerja guru, pembimbingan dan pelatihan guru di MGMP/KKG; (2) Pada tahap strategi pelaksanaan program, pengawas turun langsung ke lapangan untuk melakukan pelatihan terhadap guru, dan melakukan kerja sama dengan menggerakkan dan mendorong keterlibatan guru di seluruh kegiatan sekolah;dan (3) Kendala yang dihadapi pengawas yaitu letak geografis di wilayah Gayo Lues, karena pada umumnya sekolah yang ada di wilayah Gayo Lues memiliki letak yang sangat jauh dari wilayah kerja pengawas sehingga terhambat bagi pengawas untuk menjangkau lokasi sekolah di dalam melakukan tugasnya. We give our customers the confidence that the dishes provided are delicious and healthy to eat. It is also dedicated with a halal certificate from Jakim to satisfy its Muslim clientele.
The opening of this cafe is strategically located close to the office, school and area that is the focus of visitors. Our cafes provide a wide selection of different and tasteful cakes to give customers the satisfaction of choosing. We offer a variety of cake pieces such as chocolate cake, red velvet cake, cheese cake, carrot cake, banana cake, butterscoth cake and many more. Our Cake Cafe also does some marketing to entice customers to stop by our cafe. These include distributing brochures, promoting promotions for customers. This is to invite customers who want to enjoy the cake coming to our cafe. Our target audience is of all ages and people, such as busy office people buying food to go for a meal on the way to work, hardcore cakes fans, families wishing a birthday party, and anyone who enjoys hanging out at a cafe. . Besides, the management of Cake Cafe is not done alone without help. It is set up with a number of employees in divisions such as accountants, bakers, managers, finance, businesses and sales. Besides, our cake dishes are mostly healthy and are great for all ages. We are still working together to introduce our brand to the public through facebook, instagram, tweeter and even newspaper. Communication strategy was needed for EFL students in order to help them improve their quality of speaking performance. It is believed that students who have low of C.A used many communication strategies and as for the students who have high level of C.A were rarely used communication strategies while speaking used the foreign language. They were 13 types of communication strategies delivered by Dornyei used by the researcher in this research, they are: message abandonment, topic avoidance, circumlocution, approximation, use of all-purposes words, word coinage, prefabricated patterns, use of nonlinguistic means, literal translation, Foreignizing, code switching, appeal for help and use of fillers/hesitation devices. Thus, the researcher was interested to conduct a research about students communication strategies with different communication apprehension levels and found the result differently.
The researcher applied descriptive qualitative analysis to conduct this research and the result of this research are:(1) “Message abandonment”, “Topic avoidance”, “Approximation”, “Use of all-purpose words”, ”words coinage”, “Prefabricated patterns”, “ Use of nonlinguistic means”, “Literal translation”, “Foreignizing”, “Code switching”, “Appeal for help”, and “ Use of fillers/ hesitation devices. (2) for the high level of communication apprehension students, the highly used communication strategy was “Use of fillers/ hesitation devices” and for the lowly used was “Word coinage” and “Use of nonlinguistic means” for the low level of communication apprehension students, the highly used communication strategy was “Use of fillers/ hesitation devices” and for the lowly used was “Prefabricated patterns”. (3) the level of communication apprehension students who used communication strategy the most was students with high level of communication apprehension. therefore, both level of students used many types of communication strategies regardless their level of communication apprehension

Membaca merupakan hal yang paling penting atau hal yang mendasar dari dunia pendidikan, terutama dalam lingkup sekolah dasar karena membaca merupakan proses memperoleh informasi atau wawasan dari buku yang dibaca terutama buku mata pelajaran. Membaca merupakan salah satu keterampilan yang diajarkan dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar. Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di Sekolah Dasar (SD) / Madrasah Ibtidaiyah(MI) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa berkomunikasi secara efektif, baik lisan maupun tertulis.
Keterampilan membaca sebagai salah satu keterampilan berbahasa tulis yang bersifat reseptif, perlu dimiliki siswa SD/MI agar mampu berkomunikasi secara tertulis. Pengalaman peneliti selama mengajar di MI Noor Aini Kelurahan Alalak Tengah Banjarmasin menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menguasai kemampuan membaca. Meskipun sudah mengenal huruf-huruf, tetapi mereka masih mengalami kesulitan terutama dalam membaca per-suku kata. Beberapa penyebabnya antara lain adalah latar belakang pendidikan TK yang beragam dan peran orang tua yang tidak seluruhnya membimbing mereka belajar membaca di rumah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa kelas I MI Noor Aini Kelurahan Alalak tengah Banjarmasin.
Pada penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang merupakan bentuk pembelajaran yang bersifat reflektif untuk memperbaiki kondisi pembelajaran dan meningkatkan kemantapan rasional dari tindakan melaksanakan tugas dengan proses pengkajian berdaur, yaitu merencanakan, melakukan tindakan, mengamati, dan merefleksi. Tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan pada kelas I MIS Noor Aini Kelurahan Alalak tengah Banjarmasin
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode silabel, maka kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas I MI Noor Aini Kelurahan Alalak tengah Banjarmasin menjadi meningkat
