    Inventory is a material deposit of a company in the form of raw materials, in-process goods and finishedgoods. Inventory is also a major factor in the center of corporate activity, one of which is influenced bydemand or sales. Vendor managed inventory (VMI) is one of inventory control system that is very useful toimprove company performance. This research uses Radio frequency identification (RFID) technology anduses fuzzy time series (FTS) method to predict demand or sales and leverage vendor managed inventory(VMI) model or system in which to apply formula for safety stock control which then developed bymodeling business and Implemented in the form of web-based information systems. By using the actualhistorical data of sales for 5 years which then predicted by fuzzy time series method, and from predictionresult is calculated for safety stock. By using 60 sample data from histori penjulan obtained Mean AbsoluteDeviation (MAD), Mean Square Error (MSE) and Mean Square Percent Error (MAPE) are 50,690,4,600,953,015 and 15%. From the prediction results used for the calculation of safety stock in December2106 obtained value of 135,535. Persediaan juga merupakan faktor utama dalam pusat kegiatan perusahaan, salah satunyadipengaruhi oleh permintaan atau penjualan. Vendor managed inventory (VMI) adalah salah satu sistemkontrol inventaris yang sangat berguna untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian inimenggunakan teknologi Radio frequency Identification (RFID) dan menggunakan metode fuzzy timeseries (FTS) untuk memprediksi permintaan atau penjualan dan meningkatkan model atau sistempersediaan yang dikelola vendor vendor (VMI) di mana akan menerapkan formula untuk pengendalianpersediaan pengaman yang kemudian dikembangkan oleh bisnis pemodelan dan Diimplementasikan dalambentuk sistem informasi berbasis web. Dengan menggunakan data historis aktual penjualan selama 5 tahunyang kemudian diprediksi dengan metode deret waktu fuzzy, dan dari hasil prediksi dihitung untuk safetystock. Dengan menggunakan 60 sampel data dari histori penjulan diperoleh Mean Absolute Deviation(MAD), Mean Square Error (MSE) dan Mean Square Perscent Error (MAPE) adalah 50.690,4.600.953.015 dan 15%. Dari hasil prediksi yang digunakan untuk perhitungan safety stock pada bulanDesember 2106 diperoleh nilai 135.535.     Darul Hikmah Islamic Senior High School have rules and codes of ethics that students must obey, but often these rules and codes of ethics are violated. Every violator will be given punishment and action by the Counseling Guidance teacher. Punishments given can also trigger new problems if considered subjective, objectivity factors between teachers can be different, causing disagreements when giving sanctions and assessments to students. SMART is a method used to assess various different attributes in a decision support system. This method is used to determine penalties for violating the school's code of ethics by assessing various attributes such as the type of violation, the level of error, the number of violations committed. Each attribute is scored based on predetermined criteria. The total score of each alternative will determine the sanctions that will be given to the violators. The results of the research on the Decision Support System for Punishment of School Rules Violations using the (SMART) Method, namely the Guidance and Counseling Teachers can log in and enter the admin dashboard page, can process student data, can input student data violation data, sanctions data, action data, summons, and change password. From testing the process of calculating student rule violations with the SMART method, it can be used and implemented into a decision support system to determine what punishment and actions are obtained by students who violate student rules at MA Darul Hikmah Bandungsari automatically. Guru bimbingan konseling akan memberikan hukuman dan tindakan kepada setiap siswa yang melanggar. Hukuman yang diberikan juga dapat memicu permasalahan baru jika dianggap subyektif, faktor objektivitas antar guru dapat berbeda sehingga menimbulkan ketidaksepakatan saat memberikan sanksi dan penilaian kepada siswa. SMART merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk menilai berbagai atribut yang berbeda dalam suatu sistem pendukung keputusan. Metode ini digunakan untuk penentuan hukuman pelanggaran kode etik sekolah dengan menilai berbagai atribut seperti jenis pelanggaran, tingkat kesalahan, jumlah pelanggaran yang dilakukan, Setiap atribut diberi skor berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Skor total dari setiap alternatif akan menentukan sanksi yang akan diberikan kepada pelanggar. Hasil penelitian pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan hukuman Pelanggaran Tata Tertib Sekolah menggunakan Metode (SMART) yaitu Guru BK dapat login dan masuk ke halaman dashboard admin, dapat mengolah data siswa, dapat menginputkan data siswa data pelanggaran, data sanksi, data tindakan, surat panggilan, dan ubah password. Dari pengujian proses perhitungan pelanggaran aturan pelajar dengan metode SMART dapat dipakai dan di laksanakan kedalam sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penentuan hukuman dan perbuatan apa yang didapat oleh pelajar yang melanggar aturan pelajar di MA Darul Hikmah Bandungsari secara otomatis.     Fertilizer production activities require planning an adequate supply of raw materials to meet production needs so as not to experience shortages and excess stocks of raw materials. This research was conducted in the warehouse CV. Sambong Margo Utomo who experienced problems in the stock of raw material supplies due to the limited storage space they had and the data processing was still manual. The objectives to be achieved in this research are (1) To design an information system for the supply of raw materials for dolomite and calcium fertilizers (2) To build inventory system software using Material Requirement Planning (MRP) (3) To implement Material Requirement Planning (MRP) in planning the need for raw materials for fertilizer in CV. Sambong Margo Utomo. The results of this study, namely the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method can be applied to an information system for the supply of raw materials for dolomite and calcium fertilizers in CV. Sambong Margo Utomo and testing of raw material inventory planning in January 2018 - December 2018 resulted in the frequency of orders, inventory costs and safety stock for each raw material.     Implementing performance improvement programs, studios are solutions that can be used to achieve betterHasyim Asy'ari University. Using the Integrated Performance Measurement Systems (IPMS) andAnalitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods, studio performance appraisal programs can be carried outoptimally because this method is all the needs and needs of all stakeholders that will be needed to make aneed to make the Main Performance Indicator (KPI). While AHP is used in making decisions from eachKPI to be weighted and then assessed to determine the scores of the studio program. The results obtainedfrom this study are in the results of the evaluation of informatics engineering courses obtained 9 generalcriteria and 28 sub-criteria or KPI. The average rating system from KPI is 81.53% giving informationabout the performance of the Unhasy Informatics Engineering Study Program as a whole its performancehas been good. Dengan menggunakan metode Integrated PerformanceMeasurement Systems (IPMS) dan Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), pengukuran kinerja program studidapat dilakukan secara optimal karena metode ini mempertimbangkan semua kebutuhan dan keinginan darisemua stakeholder yang nantinya akan dijadikan dasar untuk menyusun Key Performance Indicators (KPI)sedangkan AHP digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan dari setiap KPI untuk dilakukan pembobotandan selanjutnya dilakukan scoring untuk mengetahui skor dari kinerja program studi. Hasil yang diperolehdari penelitian ini adalah dalam mengevaluasi kinerja program studi teknik informatika didapatkan 9kriteria umum dan 28 sub kriteria atau KPI. Rata-rata scoring system dari KPI adalah 81.53% inimemberikan keterangan bahwa kinerja Program Studi Teknik Informatika Unhasy secara keseluruhankinerjanya sudah baik. Untuk KPI waktu rata-rata lulusan mendapatkan pekerjaan dan rasio diktat matakuliah skor tertinggi sedang KPI rasio AC dengan ruang kuliah mendapatkan skor terendah.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    Selection of quality rice seeds affects rice yields in Indonesia, because rice is one of the staple foods of Indonesian citizens. The selection of quality rice can be done using the Topsis method. Researchers use the Topsis method because it can measure the relative performance of alternative decisions in a simple mathematical form to determine the quality of rice. With the TOPSIS method, the preference value of each alternative is calculated with predetermined criteria. The research was obtained through surveys and observations conducted in Woromarto Village. The results of the study state that the system developed provides recommendations for selecting the best rice effectively. Inpari 32 consistently gets the highest rating based on predetermined criteria, followed by Memberamo and Ciherang. This shows that Inpari 32 is the optimal choice for selecting high quality rice in Woromarto Village. System implementation has been tested and proven successful. Users can easily enter quality attribute data from each rice alternative into the system, and the system will generate recommendations based on a comparison of preference values. This application runs smoothly and meets the expected requirements. Pemilihan padi berkualitas dapat dilakukan dengan metode Topsis, Peneliti menggunakan metode Topsis karena dapat mengukur kinerja relatif dari alternatif keputusan dalam bentuk matematis sederhana untuk menentukan kualitas beras. Dengan metode TOPSIS, nilai preferensi dari setiap alternatif dihitung dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian diperoleh melalui survei dan observasi yang dilakukan di Desa Woromarto. Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan memberikan rekomendasi pemilihan padi terbaik dengan efektif. Inpari 32 secara konsisten mendapatkan peringkat tertinggi berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, diikuti oleh Memberamo dan Ciherang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Inpari 32 adalah pilihan optimal untuk memilih padi berkualitas tinggi di Desa Woromarto. Implementasi sistem telah diuji dan terbukti berhasil. Pengguna dapat dengan mudah memasukkan data atribut kualitas dari masing-masing alternatif padi ke dalam sistem, dan sistem akan menghasilkan rekomendasi berdasarkan perbandingan nilai preferensi.     “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     As an Indonesian citizen, the author would like to express his gratitude to the heroes who have perseveringly fought for Indonesia's independence and sacrificed everything for the freedom of the homeland. Indonesian heroes are individuals who heroically fight against the colonists who seek to control the territory of Indonesia. Therefore, a strategy is needed for children and adolescents in today’s world to develop a sense of patriotism and love of the homeland. This educational game is designed to add knowledge about Indonesian heroes and the short history of hero fighting. This educational game uses the Fisher-Yates Shuffle method, which works by tracking pieces of a puzzle with unpredictable outcomes and sequences that cannot produce the same numbers when played again. The aim of this research is to build an Android-based educational game to introduce Indonesian heroes, provide education while playing, and make it easily accessible via smartphones. After testing, this Indonesian hero character recognition educational game can help society, especially children, introduce hero characters with a percentage acquisition rate of 83.1%. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu strategi bagi anak-anak dan remaja di dunia saat ini untuk mengembangkan rasa patriotisme dan cinta tanah air. Game edukasi ini dirancang untuk menambah pengetahuan tentang pahlawan Indonesia dan sejarah singkat perjuangan pahlawan. Game edukasi ini menggunakan metode Fisher-Yates Shuffle yang bekerja dengan cara mengacak potongan gambar (puzzle) dengan hasil yang tidak dapat diprediksi dan urutan yang tidak dapat menghasilkan angka yang sama ketika dimainkan kembali. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah game edukasi berbasis android untuk mengenalkan pahlawan Indonesia, memberikan edukasi sambil bermain dan membuatnya mudah diakses melalui smartphone. Setelah dilakukan pengujian, game edukasi pengenalan tokoh pahlawan Indonesia ini dapat membantu masyarakat khususnya anak-anak dalam mengenalkan tokoh pahlawan, dengan tingkat perolehan persentase pengujian sebesar 83,1%.
