Produk yang banyak keluhan dari pelanggan akan mengurangi nilai jual. Masalah kualitas dari VOC (Voice Of Costumer) setiap bulan direkap dan isu yang dominan akan meningkat. Sejalan dengan keluhan dari pelanggan, metode PDCA menjadi alat untuk peningkatan kualitas. To achieve these objectives, this thesis using the method of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) in order to increase productivity, especially in the production process of stitching line. OEE value calculation results in line stitching for 2 years was 49.99% in the first year (SEP, 2014 s / d Agus 2015) <85.00% (world standard OEE values) and 50.81% in the second year (SEP 2015 s / d Agus 2016) <85.00% (world standard OEE values). Konsumen akan menganggap kualitas produk itu baik jika kebutuhan dan keinginannya terhadap produk tersebut dapat terpuaskan. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa kualitas atau mutu barang atau jasa hasil produksi suatu perusahaan merupakan cerminan keberhasilan perusahaan. Salah satu perusahaan yang mempunyai beberapa kendala terhadap kualitas produknya adalah UD Rahman Meubler. UD Rahman Meubler adalah sebuah UMKM dalam memproduksi berbagai macam bentuk mebel seperti kursi, meja, lemari, pintu, dan jendela. Adapun kendala pada UD Rahman Meubler yaitu pada kualitas produknya yang mengalami sering mengalami kecacatan pada produk kayu sehingga menyebabkan kerugian pada perusahaan. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode six sigma. Metode six sigma dibutuhkan untuk melakukan peningkatan terus-menerus melalui pendekatan sistematis berdasarkan ilmu pengetahuan dan fakta dengan menggunakan peralatan,pelatihan dan pengukuran,sehingga semua kebutuhan pelanggan dapat terpenuhi. Full text linkKesehatan dan keselamatan kerja merupakan hal yang penting bagi perusahaan dan juga karyawan karena dampak kecelakaan dan penyakit kerja sangat merugikan karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bengkel Satria Candra yang berfokus pada penerimaan jasa otomotif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis resiko kecelakaan kerja dengan menggunakan metode HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control). HIRARC merupakan sebuah metode dalam mencegah atau mengurangi kecelakaan kerja. Hazard Identification adalah upaya mengetahui bahaya pada setiap aktivitas di perusahaan yang berguna untuk mengurangi peluang terjadinya kecelakaan, memberikan pemahaman serta kewaspadaan terhadap potensi bahaya, serta memberikan informasi berupa dokumen tentang sumber bahaya kepada para pekerja maupun para pihak-pihak. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas para pekerja dalam penelitian melakukan pekerjaan tidak dilengkapi dengan APD serta lingkungan pekerjaan kurang aman. Penilaian risiko dilakukan untuk mengukur seberapa besar dampak dari identifikasi masalah yang telah ditentukan. Full text linkFish is the product of various types of natural resources and is widely consumed by most people. Based on data obtained from the Office of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of West Nusa Tenggara, Sumbawa is ranked second in West Nusa Tenggara as an area with high potential in the world of fisheries and it is very likely that many people will be involved in the world of fisheries. One of the fish supply companies located in the city of Sumbawa is UD Wijaya Samawa. This company is engaged in catching, processing and selling fish. However, in the fish packaging production process, there are problems with inefficient placement of facilities and layout resulting in waste of both time and place, thus disrupting the ongoing production process. One method that can be used to streamline production process facilities is the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method. As for determining alternative layout proposals, namely by using the BLOCPLAN Algorithm based on the ARC that has been made. The results of this study are alternative layout proposals that can minimize the distance from the previous 54 meters to 35.53 meters so that the distance can be reduced by 18.47 meters.

Brilliant Renewable Infrastructure. The problem that often occurs in PLTS is zero power in the combiner box. Zero power is a problem that often occurs which causes the energy produced by the PV module to not be optimal. The aim of this research is to analyze the causes of zero power in the combiner box. One way to find out the factors causing zero waste is to use a Problem Tree. Problem Tree is a methodology/technique used to identify the reasons for a problem. The results showed that the factors causing zero power in the combiner box were three causes, namely the cable gland installation was not tight enough, the DC cable was bitten by rats and the strings were not functioning. The impact of these 3 types of damage can cause zero power so that no electrical voltage is generate

ANALISIS RESIKO KECELAKAAN KERJA DI UD. MITRA UTAMA PAVING BLOK MENGGUNAKAN METODE HIRARC
Full text linkOccupational Health and Safety (K3) is an effort to create a safe, comfortable working atmosphere and achieve the goal of highest productivity. Occupational health and safety (K3) training can reduce the risk of work accidents. UD. Mitra Utama which is a building shop located in Brangbara where this shop makes several buildings such as paving blocks, wholesale, fence posts, pillars, funeral decorations etc. Based on observations in research at UD. Mitra Utama, implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) is still minimal. Workers in carrying out unsafe work, one of which is when working they do not use PPE (personal protective equipment) and also the work environment is not safe. Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) is a method for preventing or minimizing work accidents. The purpose of this research is to create a safe and comfortable workplace. Work equipment in the road area, less ergonomic body position (paving block printing process, sand taking process with a shovel and workers not using PPE (sand filtering process and cement mixing process) and unsafe work area. There were 7 potential hazards found and from the 7 potential hazards the level of risk was for low category (1), medium (4) and very high or extreme category (1). Suggestions for improvement are ensure the work area is free of work equipment, making assistive devices so that the worker\u27s body position is ergonomic while working, the business owner checks the use of PPE for employees while working, and rearranges the layout of work equipment by making a place for work equipment and work support equipment.
