Río Negro; Argentina.El presente trabajo tiene como fin mostrar los resultados obtenidos de la Encuesta de Victimización y Percepción de la Inseguridad del sector comercial de Cipolletti (Río Negro) luego de la pandemia por Covid-19, realizada durante el primer semestre del 2022 por la Universidad Nacional de Río Negro. Esta encuesta permitió obtener datos representativos sobre aspectos socio-demográficos, incidencia delictiva, percepción de seguridad y desempeño de las instituciones en la comunidad, particularmente en el sector comercial minorista de la ciudad. Se debe recalcar que este clúster tiene un rasgo distintivo en las áreas urbanas, conformando un componente importante de la actividad económica que en ella ocurre, proveyendo oportunidades de empleo a un gran número de habitantes urbanos y constituyéndose en un foco significativo en la organización que caracteriza a la ciudad.
Como resultado se puede afirmar que el sector fue afectado negativamente por las medidas de contención del Covid-19, y también por la inseguridad, destacándose que no ha sido capaz, como clúster, de desarrollar mecanismos de prevención para mejorar la inseguridad sin la intervención de las instituciones del Estado

Collective coordinate descriptions of magnetic domain wall motion in perpendicularly magnetized nanostructures under the application of in-plane fields
Get PDFManipulation of magnetic domain walls in nanostructures can be used to improve the capabilities of the next generation of memory and sensing devices. Materials of interest for such devices include heterostructures of ultrathin ferromagnets sandwiched between a heavy metal and an oxide, where spin-orbit coupling and broken inversion symmetry give rise to the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction (DMI), stabilizing chiral domain walls. The efficiency of the motion of these chiral domain walls may be controlled using in-plane magnetic fields. This property has been used both for measurement of DMI strength, and for improved performance in applications. While micromagnetic simulations are able to accurately predict domain wall motion under in-plane fields in these materials, collective coordinate models such as the q-phi and q-phi-chi models fail to reproduce the micromagnetic results. In this theoretical work, we present a set of extended collective coordinate models including canting in the domains, which better reproduce micromagnetic results, and improve our understanding of the effect of in-plane fields on magnetic domain walls. These models are used in conjunction with micromagnetic simulations to develop simpler descriptions of DW motion under specific conditions. Our new models and results help in the development of future domain wall based devices based on perpendicularly magnetized materials.Comisión Europea (P7-PEOPLE-2013-ITN 608031)

Echinopsis leucantha (Gillies ex Salm-Dyck) Walp. (Cactoideae): interactions with nurse plants in the central argentine desert
Get PDFEn el presente estudio se examinó la distribución espacial de E. leucantha mediante el análisis de patrones espaciales bi-variados, en relación a la disponibilidad de sitios de instalación bajo los arbustos en tres unidades fisiográficas diferentes (geotopos). Se analizó la influencia de los arbustos en la radiación fotosintéticamente activa y en la temperatura a nivel del suelo. A escalas inferiores (0-1,6m) E. leucantha se encontró asociado en los tres geotopos a Larrea cuneifolia y/o a Zuccagnia punctata. Respecto a estos arbustos, la asociación encontrada mostró una alta relación con el gradiente de radiación solar fotosintéticamente activa encontrado desde el centro hacia la periferia de los arbustos. En relación a otros arbustos, la distribución fue aleatoria. El efecto de los arbustos en la temperatura del suelo no influyó de modo claro en la distribución espacial de E. leucantha.In this study we examined the spatial distribution of E. leucantha, through the analysis of bivariate spatial patterns, with respect to available installation sites under bushes in three different physiographic units (geotopes). The influence of shrubs in the photosynthetic active radiation and temperature at ground level was evaluated. A lower scales (0 to 1.6 m) E. leucantha was associated in three geotopes with Larrea cuneifolia and/or Zuccagnia punctata. Regarding to these shrubs, the association found showed a high relation to the gradient of photosynthetic active solar radiation found recorded from the center to the periphery of the bushes. In relation to other shrubs the distribution was random. The effect of shrubs on soil temperature did not influence in the spatial distribution of E. leucantha.Fil: Almiron, Martin Guillermo. The author with his poetry states philosophical theses on the historical evolution of the native peoples and mestizos in Latin America. Capitalist globalization that does not adequately value community life affects human dignity. In this work, emphasis will be placed on daily life, through the recovery and analysis of the author's sentences in three of his works such as: The book of hugs, Women and Mirrors.A un lustro de su partida, la obra literaria de Eduardo Galeano nos motiva a revisar su mensaje humanista fundamentado, insistentemente, en la crítica social. De manera poética, el autor enuncia tesis filosóficas sobre el devenir histórico de los pueblos originarios y mestizos de América Latina. La indignación y la esperanza resultan sentimientos vitales que se unifican al denunciar los actos injustos que propician desigualdades. La globalización capitalista que no valora la vida comunitaria vulnera la dignidad humana.
