Kohesivitas kelompok merupakan indikasi penting dari sebuah organisasi yang baik tanpa adanya kohesivitas kelompok, kelompok akan terpecah dimana anggota kelompok menarik diri dari kelompoknya. Selain itu kohesivitas kelompok menjadi indikasi keberhasilan kelompok (Forysth,2010). Kohesivitas didalam kelompok juga menunjukkan saling tertariknya atau saling senangnya anggota satu dengan yang lain dalam kelompok, dengan kata lain kohesivitas akan dapat mempengaruhi saling hubungan atau interaksi anggota dalam kelompok bersangkutan (Walgito, 2007). Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Psikologi Universitas Negeri Malang sangat berarti bagi kelangsungan seluruh kegiatan mahasiswa di Fakultas Pendidikan Psikologi dan di harapkan pula bisa memberikan dampak positif bagi anggota yang tergabung didalamnya. Akan tetapi sekarang berdasarkan pengamatan dan wawancara, fenomena kohesivitas kelompok di dalam Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa selama tahun 2012 hingga 2014 mulai beragam, salah satunya adalah banyaknya anggota yang keluar sebelum akhir kepengurusan, hal ini mengindikasikan tidak adanya kohesivitas kelompok di dalam organisasi. Fenomena kohesivitas kelompok tersebut sangat terasa pengaruhnya di kepengurusan tahun 2015, hal ini ditunjukkan berdasarkan wawancara dari pimpinan terpilih Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa yang mengaku kesulitan dalam mencari anggota, sehingga menyebabkan pimpinan organisasi kerap kali mengajak beberapa mahasiswa secara personal untuk bergabung ke dalam organisasi. Dengan cara ini seakan menimbulkan kesan bahwa anggota yang tergabung di kepengurusan sekarang tidak memiliki ketertarikan,sehingga hal ini bisa saja mempengaruhi kohesivitas kelompok didalam Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kohesivitas kelompok pada Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Psikologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Metode pengumpul data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan member check. Subjek pada penelitian adalah anggota aktif Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Psikologi sejumlah enam orang yang mewakili enam divisi yang ada di Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Psikologi Hasil dari penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa dari penelitian ini menunjukkan Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Psikologi memiliki kohesivitas kelompok yang tinggi. Hal tersebut terlihat dari kerjasama dalam menyelesaikan masalah, proses pengambilan keputusan,aktivitas lain diluar organisasi,dan antusiasme anggota dalam setiap kegiatan kelompok. Sehingga diharapkan bagi anggota Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Psikologi yang sekarang diharapkan mempertahankan upaya – upaya positif sehingga dapat mempertahankan kohesivitas kelompok didalam Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa

Get PDFBurn injuries are a major cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide, accounting for approximately 180,000 deaths annually. Conventional treatments for burns often cause side effects such as allergic reactions and antibiotic resistance. Aloe vera has been traditionally used as a natural remedy for burns due to its bioactive compounds. This study aims to investigate the effect of aloe vera leaf extract administration on burn wound healing in male Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus). This experimental research employs a post-test only control group design with 12 rats divided into four groups: negative control, positive control (silver sulfadiazine), and two treatment groups receiving different doses of aloe vera extract. Second-degree burns were induced using a heated iron plate. Parameters observed include wound diameter, healing time, and histopathological analysis of skin tissue. Aloe vera leaf extract contains bioactive compounds such as vitamins A, C, E, flavonoids, saponins, and tannins that play roles in wound healing through anti-inflammatory, antibacterial activities, and collagen synthesis stimulation. This research is expected to provide scientific evidence regarding the effectiveness of aloe vera as a safe, affordable, and accessible natural treatment alternative for burns in the community

No full textAn employment agreement is a relationship between someone who acts as a laborer or worker and someone who acts as an employer. Work plays a vital role in human life, so it qualifies as a means of generating income to meet needs. One of the inalienable human rights that needs to be upheld is the freedom to work and receive rights in the form of wages to meet daily needs. Based on the author's background, here are several problem formulations raised by the author, first, how can an employee be fired for committing serious violations in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. Second, what is the legal protection for employees whose employment relationship is terminated due to making serious mistakes at work. The research used by the author is empirical research, namely conducting research directly at the research location to obtain accurate data which is carried out by means of interviews and documentation. The nature of the research used by the author is sociological law, by consistently expressing facts in the field. The location of the author's research is PT RAPP, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency. The method of drawing conclusions used by the author uses a deductive method, which involves conclusions from general to specific matters. From the results of the research and discussion, the author found that employees can be fired if they make serious mistakes in the form of making double gate passes without PT RAPP permission and taking action to ask PT RAPP employees for additional money. Legal protection for employees whose employment relationship is terminated is by taking legal action by conducting bipartite negotiations and the final effort by workers is by registering an industrial relations dispute lawsuit in the industrial relations court

Get PDFThe author's interest in the legal analysis of the Court's decision to legally annul the Notarial Deed by the South Jakarta District Court (Case Study Case Number: 782/Pdt.G/2020/PN Jkt.Sel) dated 21 October 2021 is because the Notarial Deed is an authentic deed made by an authorized public official, but in this case the Notarial deed made by the Notary was said by the Judge to be not an authentic deed but rather a deed that was null and void (having no legal force) even though it was made before an authorized official. The problem that the author raises in this thesis is what causes an authentic deed made by a Notary to be declared null and void by the South Jakarta District Court in case Number: 782/Pdt.G/2020/PN Jkt.Sel and what is the legal consideration of the Panel of Judges regarding notarial deed which is declared null and void by law. This research is classified as normative research, namely studying case Number: 782/Pdt.G/2020/PN Jkt.Sel which is descriptive in nature, namely aiming to describe and provide clear and systematic details of the main problem being studied. From the results of research conducted by the author, it can be seen that the cause of the Notary's deed was declared null and void by the court in case Number: 782/Pdt.G/2020/PN Jkt.Sel because it did not meet the objective requirements (a certain thing and a lawful cause) in the agreement and in making the Notarial deed it was based on unlawful acts, namely falsifying all documents from the Plaintiff and his wife, making and filling out the deed without the Plaintiff's knowledge. Potential of Sibayak Natural Bathing as a Tourism Destination in Merdeka District, Karo Regency
No full textThe first bathing place established in Semangat Gunung Village was Sibayak Natural Bathing Place in 1980 and until now it still exists and is developing well. The purpose of this research in this paper is to determine the tourism potential of Sibayak Natural Bathing Place as a tourist destination in Semangat Gunung Village and to determine the participation of local communities in the development of Sibayak Natural Bathing Place. The author uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The results obtained are that Sibauyak Natural Bathing Place has a Unique and interesting Natural Potential, in the potential for cultural tourism, Sibayak Natural Bathing Place has less potential, only using some symbols of Karo Cultural Customs, meaning it is less cloudy in strengthening and preserving the celebration of Karo Culture. Has strong potential in man- made tourism potential.
